An opportunity has arisen in our Apprenticeship Delivery Team to support with all aspects of administration relating to our apprenticeship courses.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Confidence to work on their own initiative,

Ideally you would be able to work flexibly within a 37.5 hour week and be able to travel to other sites, including non-Trust venues.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve:
- General on programme support with enquiries, checking non-attendance, late submissions etc
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Supporting with events and marketing activities as and when required
- To support team meetings through agenda preparation, minutes taken and actions logged
- Progress review planning - tracking and booking of reviews to ensure compliance with funding rules
- To be involved with cohort planning to support increased numbers and start date availability in line with Talent for Care activity
- Diary and timetable management in line with cohort planning to ensure availability of staff, rooms and resources to include room bookings if required
- Support with management of the survey/learner voice process to ensure good completion results and to provide evaluation of services
- Supporting with tracking - to support an efficient and effective on-boarding process for taking enquiries through to active apprentices Supporting preparation of monthly reporting for governance group

Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city and with the opening of the medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered clinician to become part of the Teeswide CAMHS crisis team. The post is for a band 6 clinician who has a keen interest in childrens mental health and is able to work in a fast paced but rewarding service. The post is to work as an autonomous clinician carrying out crisis assessments and being able to formulate plans for young people and their carers during times of distress.
The crisis team is a 24 hour service that caters for children and young people up to the age of 18 living in the Teesside area and offers rapid assessment of mental health and emotional needs for children in crisis.

Main duties of the job
The main duties involve assessment of mental health and emotional needs of children who present in crisis. The clinician needs to be able to carry out thorough risk assessments and be able to formulate safety plans with children and their carers during times of distress.
You will offer telephone support to children, young people, carers and other professionals who need advice and guidance around emotional distress.
The successful applicant will complete short term interventions around risk management and monitoring of mental state with a view to maintaining young people safely in the community wherever possible.

We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and highly motivated psychology graduates who are keen to gain experience in order to progress towards applied training in psychological practice. One post is on the Greenwich Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and the other in Bexley MHST.
Main duties of the job
The posts are focused upon supporting data collection processes for Children and Young Peoples IAPT (CYP-IAPT), including clinical outcome monitoring and service-user satisfaction. The role involves supporting clinical staff in using and interpreting routine outcome measures, analysing data, producing reports and training staff in outcome measures. Having good IT skills and knowledge of Excel and SPSS would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are necessary to be able to liaise and support clinical staff and teams, and an interest in working with children and young people is essential. The post will be supervised by a Clinical Psychologist. Although the primary task in this role is to support data collection there will be opportunities to undertake clinical work under supervision.
Both teams are friendly, busy and thriving CYP CAMHS services, providing early mental health intervention to CYP/families within a number of local primary and secondary schools.

Main duties of the job
We are committed to providing care that is safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred, recognising the unique needs of women within mental health services.
As Clinical Team Lead, you will be pivotal in the recruitment, selection and development of your clinical team.
As a new service, the drivers will balance a therapeutic and medical model and you will support and influence the implementation, training and delivery of this.
You will clinically and operationally lead the new ECU team.As part of this role you will join the acute and urgent care leadership team, with access to senior and peer support from mental health inpatient services and the wider Mental Health division -unplanned care.
As part of the inpatient leadership team, there is an expectation to provide senior Band 7 duty cover on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holiday Mondays across the wider unplanned adult and older adult inpatient services. This currently equates to approximately one in every 15 weekends (around four weekends per year), with time off in lieu taken during the week. This role is supported by the weekend multidisciplinary team (MDT), which provides cover for all inpatient areas to facilitate urgent MDT discussions. The service is led by the Band 7 on duty alongside an inpatient Responsible Clinician (RC) or Approved Clinician (AC), both operating on a rota basis.

- Provide mental health assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention for patients presenting with acute mental health needs within the acute hospital setting.
- Undertake ongoing mental health risk assessments, including risks relating to self-harm, suicide, aggression, absconding, vulnerability, delirium/dementia, cognitive impairment and emotional distress.
- Deliver direct therapeutic engagement to patients requiring enhanced support, one-to-one observation or behavioural intervention.
- Support patients experiencing psychological trauma, distress, confusion, agitation or challenging behaviour using trauma-informed approaches and de-escalation skills.
- Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans that address behavioural, physical and mental health needs.

Job summary
The post holder will support the provision of the Autism Team to autistic individuals and complex healthcare needs across Lancashire and South Cumbria. Your role will be to ensure that the person's communication needs are assessed and considered. You will be a registered Speech and Language Therapist who will undertake appropriately delegated work to support the care and treatment of autistic adults within the community and inpatient settings. You will be a key member of the multi-disciplinary team and will work with the team to develop and deliver person centred care plans with the emphasis on preventing unnecessary hospital admissions. Where hospital admission is deemed appropriate, you shall support the inpatient team by providing intervention support regarding communication.
You will 30 hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is required to meet the needs of the team and the wider network. The specific hours are open to discussion however you will be require to work the same days at the team core meetings, currently these are a Tuesday and Thursday but may change.
The post holder shall support the delivery of the Specialist Autism Service team model through the provision of routine speech and language therapy assessment and interventions in order to maintain, restore or create a match beneficial to the individual between the abilities of the person, and the demands of the environment/ communication culture around them.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Speech and language therapist to join the Specialist Autism Team, a unique and continuously developing service which works closely with secondary mental health care services to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions for autistic individuals.
This role is to work within the team supporting the outreach and inpatient pathways with expert knowledge and neuroaffective practice. You will be required to support the team with the whole team tasks, such as duty and assessments as well as delivering your own specialist interventions. The Specialist Autism Team adopts a multidisciplinary team approach to working which supports the evolutionary scope of the service. The MDT is made up of Occupational Therapists, Nurses (RMN & RLD), Speech and Language Therapists, Social Workers , Therapy Assistants & Clinical Psychologists.

Main duties of the job
The work-load throughout the department is very varied and interesting with no two days being the same. The post holder will be required to move across sites and be able to travel independently to other bases during shifts. Our main hub is at the Beeston Hill Medical Centre in South Leeds and our spoke site clinics are in Armley, Beeston, Chapeltown, Leeds City Centre and Seacroft.
The post is full time permanent covering Monday to Saturday. The service operates 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday and 9am-1pm Saturdays. The successful candidates working pattern will incorporate different shift types.
Main duties of the job

- undertaking safeguarding assessments for young people and adults

Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Biomedical Scientist to join the Cellular Pathology Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
This senior BMS role sits within a busy, highly specialised diagnostic service and involves shared leadership of the main laboratory section. Responsibilities span the histology pathway from embedding through to H&E quality control and case sendout, ensuring the smooth delivery of diagnostic specimens throughout the laboratory process. Working closely with a second Advanced Biomedical Scientist, you will coordinate laboratory operations, lead staff within the section, manage workflow and resources, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality diagnostic service that supports safe and timely patient care. The postholder will also have shared responsibility for the management and operation of the department's training laboratory for embedding and microtomy, supporting the development of trainee staff and contributing to the department's education and workforce development agenda.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will join an established senior team comprising five other Advanced Biomedical Scientists, with leadership responsibilities across the main laboratory, reception and dissection, further work, and molecular diagnostics.
The team is further supported by dedicated full-time Training and Quality Managers, reflecting the department's strong commitment to professional development, quality management, and continuous service improvement.
The post is primarily based at St James's University Hospital, Leeds, and plays an important role within the Trust's wider Pathology service.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, organised, and collaborative individual with extensive experience in Cellular Pathology. You will be confident in leading teams, managing competing priorities, and working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary service. A strong commitment to quality, continuous service improvement, and professional standards is essential.
The department operates a six-day service between 7:30am and 7:30pm, with both standard and extended-day shift patterns. The successful applicant will be required to work 2 in 4 Saturdays as part of the established rota.
