The post holder will be a key member of the Learning Disability Services Leadership Team and will contribute to the overall management of those services.
The post holder will represent the clinical professions across the Learning Disabilities locality based services and will be responsible for driving forward and innovating robust evidence based practice in the delivery and development of the multidisciplinary services.
The post holder will be accountable to the Business Unit Service Manager (SM) and will have lead responsibility for the first line management and co-ordination of multi professional Community Learning Disability Teams.
Main duties of the job
Direct management responsibility for a multi-disciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff within a business unit.
Budgetary responsibilities: to manage and control a delegated budget for the multidisciplinary clinical service circa £2.4 million, determining and actioning cost improvement programmes and ensuring financial balance is achieved.

Main duties of the job
There is requirement that therapies are provided at NCCC however there may be a requirement to travel to other NUTH sites and deliver complementary therapies in accordance with NHS policies, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
You will need to be able to work closely with the nursing and medical teams to identify patients who would benefit from the services provided
The right candidate will be able to cope well under potentially emotional circumstances, remaining calm, caring and professional at all times. You will be able to communicate effectively and sensitively, whilst have an understanding of the complex needs of patients undergoing cancer treatments.
The role will require you to be in contact with patients, their families and a wide range of medical professionals involved in their care. There may be times where this is distressing or where there are barriers to communication
There will be a requirement to access and update patient records accurately, documenting consent for treatments, treatments provided and any other relevant information - you will also be required to communicate information to the wider medical teams so will require strong communication and IT skills. You will need to be highly organised and able to manage your own caseload of patients.

Job summary
We are seeking a suitably qualified Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust. We are a very active department providing a wide range of investigations and are looking to expand our team of multi-skilled cardiac physiologists.
The successful applicant will be influential in the direction of the department and development of the EP services that we provide; we are the leading centre in Surrey for Electrophysiology studies and ablation. The applicant will be participating in 24/7 PPCI service.
Applicants should have extensive experience in invasive and non-invasive cardiology, and be specialised in Electrophysiology & Cardiac Rhythm Management. The post holder will still benefit from the opportunity to rotate through all aspects of the department as EP lists run two to three days each week.
The department offers a wide range of invasive and non-invasive investigations. including echocardiography, physiologist-led exercise testing, 24 hour ECG and BP monitoring and event recording. We have a busy Pacemaker/ICD implant and follow-up service; we are the leading implant centre in Surrey for ICDs and CRTs with an extensive remotely-monitored patient population.

We are a multidisciplinary team who provide advice and support for GPs and work with individuals and their carers and can refer or signpost to a number of statutory, independent and voluntary sector agencies. We seek to work closely with individuals and their families as well as other organisations where consent has been given.
Main duties of the job
To ensure provision of the necessary physical care to help people who use our services i.e.: personal hygiene, diet and fluid intake, clothing and laundry, personal environment, manual handling, elimination, maintaining rest and sleep and activity, physical observations.
To act in a manner to respect the customs, individuality, values, sexuality and spiritual beliefs, actively supporting the individual to fulfil these.
To ensure provision of therapeutic activities, emotional support and stability to clients to ensure effective engagement whilst maintaining professional boundaries.

We are seeking two exceptional individuals to act as Enhanced Care Team leaders, who will deliver effective and efficient operational management and clinical oversight of enhanced care within the organisation to our most vulnerable patients. The postholder will work closely with emergency department and inpatient ward staff, providing expert assessment and allocation of resources, and providing motivational leadership to a team of junior staff, role modelling a psychologically safe and trauma-informed approach.

The enhanced care team leader will be responsible for working within the set budget, clinical governance, and staff development and training. Job summary
Mortuary Services at the Whittington hospital incorporates a busy hospital mortuary as well as a public mortuary for the London Borough of Islington. The mortuary is fully licensed by the Human Tissue Authority, the UK regulatory body that oversees the use, storage and disposal of human tissue. An autopsy service of the highest standard is provided both for the hospital and H.M Coroner, Inner North London District.
The mortuary also offers a CT scan autopsy service to the police and wider community.
An opportunity has arisen within this mortuary for a qualified Anatomical Pathology Technologist to join our team. The individual must hold the Level 3 Diploma in Anatomical Pathology Technology or equivalent. They must be motivated, enthusiastic and flexible and able to work in a challenging and sensitive environment with a calm and professional attitude. Frequent exposure to emotional and distressing situations is required to carry out this role.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will also contribute to supporting the hospital Medical Examiner (ME) system.This involves the administration of documentation pertaining to patients that die within the hospital and local community.
The candidate will carry out the technical work of the department with particular reference to the management of the autopsy suite and body handling area as required by the mortuary manager. They will assist the mortuary manager in the monitoring and control of work and supervision and training of junior staff.
The candidate will display good organisational skills, whilst carrying out varied and complex tasks.
The candidate will also be required to assist with the arrangement of 'Public Health' funerals' on behalf of London Borough of Islington.

You will support the growth of students and new employees and actively contribute towards the development of Older Adult services
Main duties of the job
The Nurse Associate role is suitable for someone who is passionate and committed to providing excellent, high quality, recovery focused care to older adults in our inpatient service. You should be confident in the delivery of holistic care planning, involving our service users and enabling them to make independent choices. You will also be willing to work closely with families and carers where possible to support the pathway to recovery. You will have an aspiration fordeveloping your clinical nursing career.

A Clinical Support Worker (CSW) is responsible for providing healthcare to patients andsupporting with basic clinical duties under the supervision of Registered Nurses, doctors andother registered healthcare professionals.
