CSH Surrey is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Podiatrist to join our Adult Services team in a developmental role, transitioning from a Band 6 to Band 7, over a period of time.This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Podiatrist with strong foundations in clinical practice who wishes to progress into a senior Band 7 position through a structured competency-based development programme.
The postholder will work within community podiatry services delivering high-quality care to patients with a range of foot health needs, including those at high risk of complications. You will be supported with structured supervision, mentorship, and access to training to develop advanced clinical and leadership skills.

Main duties of the job
Band 6 (Development Phase)
- Deliver evidence-based podiatry care to patients with at-risk foot conditions, musculoskeletal problems and minor surgery.
- Undertake assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a defined caseload, including domiciliary care.
- Develop skills in high-risk foot management, including diabetic wound care
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in acute settings
- Develop MSK clinics with the specialist team
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with organisational standards
- Participate in audit, service improvement, and CPD activities
- Manage a complex caseload including high-risk and ulcerated patients
- Participate in delivering of MSK services
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students
- Contribute to service development, pathways, and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead on clinical audits and implementation of best practice guidelines
- Support workforce development and training within the service
- Work closely with MDT colleagues including vascular teams, diabetes services, and GPs
Progression from Band 6 to Band 7 will be achieved through:
- Completion of an agreed competency framework
- Demonstration of advanced clinical reasoning and autonomous practice
- Evidence of leadership, supervision, and service development involvement
- Formal review and sign-off by senior clinical leads

An experienced and motivated Podiatrist providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions within community and multidisciplinary settings, including domiciliary working. Responsible for managing a complex caseload, including patients with high-risk foot complications, diabetes, musculoskeletal conditions, vascular disease and nail surgery.

We currently have an opportunity to provide a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover (0.8wte) for our Clinical Psychologist in a dedicated mental health service for older adults. The Trust's Older People's service has been rated as 'good' by the CQC. As the team psychologist, you will provide specialist clinical psychological assessments of individuals, carers and families of service users, using and interpreting complex psychological data from a variety of sources. This will include neuropsychological assessment and formulation. You will also provide formulation and implementation of formal psychological treatment and/or management plans, based upon an appropriate conceptual framework of the service user. The team works with older people who may have a range of complex mental health difficulties, including difficulties relating to attachment issues, trauma, people with dementia, including Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD), anxiety and depression.
Within West Suffolk Older People's services you will join a small team of psychologists, psychology assistants and Trainee Clinical Psychologists who have experience in CBT, CFT, ACT and Neuropsychology and we are currently looking to expand the access to and range of psychological therapies on offer to older people within our services.
We have excellent connections with other Older People's services across the Trust. There is a Trust wide Older People's Clinical Collaborative to promote clinically-led, evidenced based, practice. We also have a number of QI Projects happening within our West Suffolk OP teams currently underway include improving physical health monitoring for older people, research into co-production, and improving referrals through training Care Home colleagues. We are also involved with the Trust's LiA project to promote Proactive Resolutions.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist working 37.5 hours per week to join the Patient Services Team at Scunthorpe General Hospital. The working days will be Monday to Friday, with working hours between 8am and 8pm (normal working hours 8.30am to 5pm). The main area of working will be Oncology Department, however you may be required to work across all outpatient reception areas within the hospital site for cover purposes. We are looking for someone to provide a welcoming, professional and courteous service to patients and visitors who visit the hospital. Job summary
We have a 2 permeant full time posts available for a motivated and enthusiastic band 5 Occupational Therapist to work on a rotational basis across acute and community areas Scunthorpe. Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will receive formal support from senior staff within the team together with preceptorship in your first year and regular supervision and Appraisal. You will be responsible for the day to day management of your own caseload of patients and participate in quality assurance processes for the allocation of the work.
The rotations include community settings and outreach therefore you will be required to be able to travel across the county within your duties. You will have the opportunity to work very closely with social care staff and nurses.As a junior clinician you will hold a standard case load and you will have the ability and support to make clinical evidenced based decisions across a range of physical patient conditions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administratorthat is looking for a new challenge to work in an organisation that will help you develop and achieve your goals to become the best you can be.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Adult Mental Health Services based in Severn Fields Health Village, Shrewsbury. The Service offers mental health care and treatment across a variety of different age ranges and presentation. The role is fixed term for 10 months and would require you to work 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm). You would predominantly be based in Severn Fields, although you may be required to travel to work in other Trust locations to meet service need.
In the role you will be working as part of a team along with Administrative Assistants and Medical and Clinical Administrators. You will be expected to be able to use your own initiative and judgement, although you will be well supported by other Mental Health Admin staff and through the clinical and professional networks accessible through the community teams. The administration offices are busy, and the role is challenging but it is alsorewarding.
Main duties of the job
- To accurately maintain and keep secure patient health and staff records/systems in line with policy and standard operating procedure, to ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with the current Data Protection Law.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding information concerning patients, staff and sensitive Trust Business at all times.
- To carry out reception duties including meeting and greeting service users, carers, relatives and visitors, as requested by the Admin Support Supervisor and/or the Admin Team Leader.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner. Receive and deal with telephone enquiries referring telephone queries to a more senior colleague where appropriate. Taking accurate messages and passing them to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Type a range of documents including emailed requests, copy typing and audio transcription (via T-Pro digital dictation system) generated by the mental health pathway teams.
- Prioritise own workload and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post.
- Regular data entry and booking of appointments for service users on the clinical patient administration system, RiO.
- Take / transcribe minutes as required and at the request of the Admin Support Supervisor and/or Admin Team Leader.
- To work predominantly from a base, although travel to work in other Trust locations within the locality will be required to meet service need.

An opportunity for a motivated Nurse to join our established School Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) delivering the School Age vaccination programme in schools and community clinics in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent

In Telford/Shropshire we are proud to be at the front line of integrated multi-agency work with Neurodiverse (ND) children and their families.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to be part of our work alongside a range of professionals with ND expertise.
We want to hear from Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and others with a professional qualification in a health-related background. We are happy to support the Training of ADI-R and ADOS.
You will complete:
- ADI-R assessments and ADOS assessments
- Initial Neurodevelopmental assessments
- School observations
- Triage referrals
You will be part of an integrated MDT developing positive relationships with colleagues in Education, children and their families to ensure we understand and meet the challenges they face when children have additional needs.

Main duties of the job
- Ensure the delivery of high quality ND assessments within the CAMHS team. The work is with children and young people aged 5-18 years with significant concerns around their social communication and interaction.
- ADHD assessment involving the interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources including psychological and where appropriate self report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi structured interviews.Autism assessment involves contributing to and leading on specialistassessments for children with complex social, interaction and communication difficulties. This would include the use of standardised assessment tools e.g. ADI-R, ADOS.
- To ensure assessments are provided in line with NICE Guidance as well as other relevant local and national documentation.
- Demonstrate high personal standards in clinical practice.
- Responsible for prioritising workload, allocation of work to oneself and other staff, and to cover all levels of priority of work within the service.
- To make clinical judgements backed up by clinical reasoning andrecommendations regarding appropriate actions/sign posting in consultation with multi-disciplinary staff and in accordance with the service specification.

Job summary
This team will provide an active involvement in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of service user care which focuses on ensuring that the service users are supported to remain in their own homes wherever hospitalisation can be safely and appropriately avoided. Our service will deliver home treatment 24/7 to an identified group of children and young people in Crisis by responding quickly to those referred with urgent and high-risk mental health needs, and provide collaborative, effective, evidence based interventions at the right time with the right person.
There will be scope for creativity in this team, to develop evidence based interventions, to think systemically and work collaboratively with children, young people and families, informed by the local Transformation Plan, Future in Mind and the THRIVE framework. It really is time to think differently and creatively about how we can help more children and young people with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. You will be supported by some very lovely people in all parts of our service and the wider partnership
If you are currently working at an AfC Band 5 position, you are encouraged to apply for this role as part of a development programme.
You must be a fully registered Nurse, Social Worker or Allied Health Care Professional with appropriate mental health experience to apply. Working 37.5 per week you will be required to cover a 24 hr rota on a shift basis.
Main duties of the job
- Provide specialist assessment and care planning in conjunction with service users and carers, evaluation of individual treatment plans and discharge planning
- Contribution to the delivery of home treatment through nursing care to an identified community client group and within a multi-disciplinary team..
- To provide an active involvement in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of service user care which focuses on ensuring that service users are supported to remain in their own homes wherever hospitalisation can be safely and appropriately avoided.
- To contribute to the clinical service development as part of the 0-25 Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service.
- Triage and assess referrals received by service in liaison with multi-disciplinary colleagues as appropriate. Formulate and action appropriate response based on need, risk and urgency.
