Working closely with consultants, contractors, clinical and operational stakeholders, Estates and Facilities teams and New Hospital Programme partners, the role will support the successful progression of projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning and handover.

The postholder will provide professional guidance, oversight and support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed objectives and programme requirements.
Operating within a highly regulated environment, the postholder will apply specialist knowledge of project delivery, construction management, commercial processes, risk management and governance arrangements. The role requires the exercise of significant professional judgement and autonomy when managing complex projects, resolving issues and making recommendations that support delivery of the programme.
