Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a part-time Complaints Investigation Officer (18.75 hours per week).
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of people in order to conduct thorough investigations.
This position involves liaison with complainants, staff across the Trust, and members of the Patient Experience Team. The successful applicant will be expected to work efficiently and deliver high-quality, evidence-based responses for complex cases within set timelines to address areas of concern.
Main duties of the job
- To investigate the care, treatment and support in place when complaints have been made in order to inform improvement in the safety and quality of services provided by the Trust.
- To facilitate timely and inclusive case specific investigations; to establish the facts, identify possible contributory or causal factors, highlight resultant learning, consider improvements required and recommendations from the reports of reviews undertaken.
- To undertake complaints investigations as set out in the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009.
- Liaise with those affected by complaints and their carers (meeting with managers/practitioners/clinicians/relatives following complaints to consider issues arising, learning resulting and service responses required).
- To coordinate the Trusts response in relation to complaints, ensuring that final response letters are produced to a high standard and in the agreed timescales.

Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our well established team on Critical Care.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are an essential part of the role along with previous telephone and computer skills. A polite and courteous manner towards patients and relatives will also be required for the role, together with your ability to work under pressure as part of a team on a busy department with a high number of admissions and discharges.
Previous experience as a ward clerk would be desirable however full training can be provided.
The successful candidate must be able to prioritise their workload on a busy department, work flexibly and be ready to adapt to changing priorities at short notice.

Main duties of the job
- To ensure that all notes are retrieved and prepared for patient's admitted and discharged from the department.
- To ensure that all correspondence is filed within patients case notes in a timely manner and that case notes are maintained and updated.
- To ensure the timely admission of patients onto Careflow and Medicus.
- To ensure that medical notes are taken to Coding to ensure that all patients' episodes are coded.
- Retrieve case notes and record their movement using the electronic folder tracking system (Filefast).
- Make and receive phone calls to and from various stakeholders (internal and external to the Trust).
- Order stationary and admin supplies in a timely manner.

We are excited to offer a fixed-term Band 5 Paediatric Dietitian maternity cover post. We are a small yet dedicated community paediatric dietetic team covering the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our service offers flexible working patterns, including virtual, telephone, and face-to-face clinical sessions.
We use telephone and video consultations and work closely with our multidisciplinary team via MS Teams to ensure safe and effective practice. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive attitude who is as passionate about our work as we are. We work with a range of children, including those who are looked after and those who may have complex healthcare needs.
Our service covers one-to-one clinic sessions, telephone clinics, input into special schools, MDT meetings, and group education sessions. We work with a variety of clinical presentations, including allergies, nutritional support, very restrictive food intake, nutritional deficiencies, enteral feeding, and learning disabilities. The team is committed to training and keeping skills up to date so that we can be as specialist as possible within our area of practice.
We strive to provide excellent student training to A, B, and C placement students and work closely with universities and our Humber Dietetic colleagues.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
The Catering Department at Bronglais Hospital is currently looking to recruit a Cook to join a large team of individuals within the department, to provide an effective and efficient cooking service.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a Patient Experience Clerk to join our team here at the Great Western Hospital.

Senior Clinical Advisors are required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the service provided by providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to the immediate needs of the patient.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and supportive multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be a pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, providing clinical support within the PCN and working as part of multi-disciplinary teams in general practice. In this role you will receive appropriate clinical supervision. The SuffolkPerinatal Community Mental Health ServiceatNSFTis seeking a compassionate, enthusiasticSenior Perinatal Mental Health Practitionerto join our team.
You will have a passion for supporting Mums in their recovery, whilst holding the baby in mind too. We are looking for a practitioner with some experience in supporting people with moderate to severe mental health conditions, ideally you will also have experience working with mums, families and infants/children, although we would welcome applicants in a developmental position if you share our passion and values. You will need to have professional registration such as NMC or HCPC.

You will have a comprehensive induction and will be allocated a "buddy" for your orientation/ induction, which will include shadowing Triage, Duty, Case Manager, risk management and attending Safeguarding meetings, undertaking assessments etc. You will be expected to undertake the HEE competency framework for Perinatal Mental Health team members
You will have monthly Management and Clinical Supervision as well as opportunities for continuous professional development.
Main duties of the job
The Perinatal Community Mental Health Team provides prevention, detection and management of mental health problems that complicate pregnancy and the postpartum year.
As a Perinatal Nurse you will be responsible for:
- Triaging new referrals coming into the service
- Undertaking detailed initial assessments
- Formulating an appropriate plan of care/ signposting to other services
- Thinking about the parent infant relationship
- Participating in the Triage and Duty rota
- Escalating concerns about safeguarding to ECFS /Children's Services
- Ensuring all service users have a co-produced care plan and combined assessment
- Managing a caseload of women with moderate to severe mental health needs
The team offers therapeutic interventions, nursery nurse interventions, medication reviews, Consultant appointments and advocacy through Peer Support.
