Main duties of the job
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for service improvement, partnership working and delivering better outcomes for communities?
Locala, the lead provider for the West Yorkshire Vaccination and Immunisation Collaborative (WYVIC) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Support Manager to lead and coordinate projects that support the delivery and development of vaccination and immunisation services across West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across organisational boundaries, collaborating with provider organisations, commissioners and system partners to improve services, drive innovation and support transformational change.
As the WYVIC Support Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of projects focused on:

We are currently recruiting at Elmleigh Hospital for experienced Staff Nurses (full and part time) to join our amazing teams to supporting individuals in acute mental health crisis within a safe and secure environment offering high-intensity care focused on safety, dignity, and recovery.
As a Nurse Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering trauma-informed care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team, and supporting patients through their most challenging moments. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in mental health nursing.

Main duties of the job
As a Nurse Team Leader, the post holder plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health care while providing strong clinical and operational leadership. They are responsible for maintaining professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Conduct and supporting the Ward Manager in ensuring effective communication, organisation, and team cohesion. The Nurse Team Leader may be allocated to take charge of the ward, oversee clinical activities, and address professional or patient-related concerns.
Key clinical responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, planning and evaluating care programmes, participating in ward rounds, and ensuring safe administration of medications. They advocate for patients' rights under the Mental Health Act and offer expert guidance to colleagues managing complex cases. Educational duties involve supervising nursing students, delivering induction training, and contributing to research and audits that enhance mental health nursing practice.
Security responsibilities include safeguarding patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring patients' custody aligns with their leave status. Through a combination of clinical excellence, leadership, and educational engagement, the Nurse Team Leader ensures that patient care remains compassionate, safe, and evidence-based.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will effectively support and supervise the domestic & linen services team using available resources, whilst maintaining and continuing to improve the quality of the service. This includes monitoring the levels of cleanliness within the hospital environment, ensuring adherence to National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025, all relevant method statements, policies and procedures, ensuring corrective measures are taken within agreed rectification times.
The post holder will be expected to co-ordinate and effectively communicate with other departments within the hospital environment and across the Trust as appropriate.

The Psychology Adult Mental Health Service is very pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Assistant Psychologist position to work in an adult acute inpatient setting, on a permanent basis. The post is based on Morlais Ward, in Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen and is 0.6 wte (22.5 hours per week).
The successful applicant would be working as part of a welcoming Adult Mental Health Psychology department, which provides professional support and encourages future career development. The post-holder will be supervised by a Principal Clinical Psychologist and work alongside other Assistant Psychologists based across the three counties. The post-holder will need to be able to demonstrate innovation, commitment and enthusiasm for improving psychological needs of people with mental health conditions. They must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team to support the existing service.
The position is embedded within a multidisciplinary team, comprising of various healthcare professionals and the role includes opportunities to joint work alongside these professionals.
Applicants must have a recognised upper second-class honours degree in Psychology and have the Graduate Basis for Registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS). Experience of working with clinical populations would be beneficial.
Main duties of the job
Under the supervision of the Principal Clinical Psychologist (Acute Psychology Service Lead) the post-holder will deliver standardised low-level psychological interventions to inpatients on the acute psychiatric wards in both individual and group formats.
To assist in the administration of questionnaires and the collation of data (psychometrics).
To undertake protocol-based psychological assessment of clients using psychological tests, including neuropsychological assessments, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the client's care.
To assist in the formulation and delivery of care and treatment plans involving the psychological treatment and/or management of a client's problem, under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist within settings appropriate to the service.
The role requires development of clinical reports and correspondence to referrers, all which are reviewed by the supervisor.
There are opportunities for the post-holder to develop other psychological competencies within this role such as service evaluation and service development.

Job summary
To undertake decontamination science duties in providing a specialized decontamination of medical devices service contributing to the clinical care of the patient - to carry out the receipt, disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, packing and sterilization of reusable medical devices and record all tasks in the tracking and tracing database.

This role in the MEL is key, it can be physically demanding and involves the supply, tracking and retrieval of a wide variety of equipment loans and general medical devices from around the Hospital. This role in the MEL is key, it can be physically demanding and involves the supply, tracking and retrieval of a wide variety of equipment loans and general medical devices from around the Hospital. Accuracy and record keeping are key as is a wish to provide a good service and to help and support others. Once collected the equipment often needs inspecting, cleaning and processing to get it ready to use to go out again and be used by another Department. The MEL works closely with the technical teams within the wider Clinical Engineering department.
Full training will be provided but applicants must be able to demonstrate they can work well either independently or as part of a small team. You must be IT literate, physically active and also keen to help.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centred care in line with Trust values, professional standards, and NMC regulations. Working as a practitioner within the specialist area, they will support the effective delivery of a safe and responsive nursing service, contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for a defined group of patients.

The candidate needs to be an experienced Urology nurse with cancer experience. The job will include mentoring from our current team. Job responsibilities
The post holder will:
Coordinate training-related meetings, distribute agendas, maintain action logs and provide administrative support to the Training Team as required
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational managers, service leads and programme teams to support training planning and delivery
Communicate training requirements, deadlines and compliance information clearly to staff and managers across the Trust
Support data collection, data validation and performance reporting relating to organisational training readiness
Ensure training activities are coordinated effectively and delivered in line with programme timelines and deadlines
Assist the development, maintain and regularly review the Trust training catalogue and associated training communications
Coordinate the scheduling, booking and administration of classroom and virtual training sessions
Send out end user training details for the Trusts EPR (Electronic Patient Record) through the LMS (Learning Management System)
Maintain accurate records of planned training events, attendee lists, cancellations and non-attendance
Ensure course information, venues, joining instructions and training materials remain accurate within the LMS
Prepare training rooms and associated equipment to support classroom-based training activities
Provide on-the-day administrative support for classroom events including registration, attendance monitoring and issue resolution
Produce routine and ad-hoc reports on training attendance, compliance, booking activity and learner progress for managers and programme leads
Act as first point of contact for training-related enquiries received via the shared mailbox, LMS and service management system
Ensure all learner and manager queries are resolved within agreed service standards or escalated appropriately

Check end users EPR Training compliance using the LMS
Provide support to end users on how to complete their EPR training
Update and manage the emails and training guides that are sent out to staff prior to them completing their training
Undertake specific system administration activities to ensure the smooth running of the EPR
Assist with the uploading of SCORM packages to the LMS
Receive, prioritise, and resolve IT Service issues using the IT Service Desk system (Halo), ensuring logs are closed within specific timeframes or escalating to another division of the IT Department as appropriate.
Support the EPR Programme Training Manager by applying knowledge and logic to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the relevant personnel are involved or consulted for advice to resolve problems thoroughly and quickly
Ensure good communication and working relationships with the relevant personnel to keep them informed of progress or outstanding problems
Assist with the testing of any new software releases and upgrades to the LMS and highlight problems which need to be escalated to systems suppliers
Liaise with the relevant Service Managers and Departments such as User Access & Security, Medical Education, Medical Staffing and Temporary Staffing etc. with planning staff training
