The appointees will be integral members of the consultant team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality emergency care and supporting the service during a period of increased demand. A key focus of these posts will be to enhance senior consultant presence Monday to Friday evenings, ensuring timely decision-making, supporting patient flow, and maintaining safe, effective care during peak activity.

You will be supported in developing and maintaining your professional clinical, educational, and academic interests.
The Consultants as a group, in conjunction with the Specialist Registrars in the Department, organise and take part in teaching programmes for junior medical staff, medical students, nurses, and paramedics who train in the department.
