Job summary
We are looking for a committed, reliable administrator to join our administrative team who will assist in welcoming, supporting and directing all visitors to the Newsam Centre. You will be directed and guided by the Team coordinator but will at times work using own initiative within the boundaries of the role.
We provide a high-quality support service which is integral to the success of the service, and we are looking for someone who feels they can enhance the admin provision already being provided.
You will be an experienced team player who has the skill, knowledge, and the right attitude able to assist in the delivery of a high quality, reception service. You will be self-motivated and able to work effectively, in what can at times be a pressurised environment. You will have good networking skills able to approach, discuss and advise visitors within the boundaries of the role.
You will have the following skill and experience, note taking experience, basic word processing skills. Previous experience in a similar administration post will be beneficial, proficient user of the Microsoft package.
The role will also require excellent and proven communication skills, organisational skills, basic word processing skills with some knowledge/experience of digital dictation systems. You will have the ability to work independently but able to accept direction from the Line Manager as required.
Main duties of the job
As the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate service
- Managing telephone enquiries and providing accurate information
- Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating empathy when dealing with sensitive situations
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.
Therefore, the following experience is essential:
Photocopying etc.
o Basic knowledge of office systems and processes
o Basic Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Word, Outlook
o Knowledge of other MS Office software (Desirable).
o Understands the responsibilities of working with confidential information
o Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of communication systems e.g. e-mail, telephone
o Basic knowledge of Mental Health Services (Desirable).
Good communication skills are all key skill for the role.

Job summary
The Clinical Team Leader for the Out of Hours Nursing Service is responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational support to the out of hours team, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The post holder will support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective nursing services, ensuring the team is appropriately supported and managed.
Main duties of the job
While the role is primarily undertaken during weekday hours, there is an expectation to provide occasional out of hours cover to support service delivery. This may include starts from 7:00 am or finishes at 9:00 pm, with working hours adjusted accordingly to ensure compliance with Working Time Directive (WTD) requirements. The role requires flexibility, effective leadership, and a commitment to maintaining continuity and quality of care across the service.

The postholder will working alongside the existing team of Advanced Podiatrist, based at Sherwood Forest Hospital within the multidisciplinary team caring for the diabetic foot.

Main duties of the job
As a member of the Nottingham Community Podiatry Team your main duties will include -
To provide a podiatry service for people requiring the care of the Multi-disciplinary (MDT) Diabetes Foot Clinics within Sherwood Forest Hospital
Clinics within the location are both consultant and independently podiatry lead.
Provide highly skilled podiatric interventions for people with the most complex/highest need for treatment and management of their foot conditions.
You should also have experience of team working, but be able to work independently to deliver a highly skilled and demanding needs of the service provided.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other health professionals both internally and externally to develop and enhance services to meet the changing needs of the population and the national and local picture.
Applicants must be HCPC registered and hold a degree or Diploma in Podiatric Medicine and a certificate for Local anaesthesia. You should also have experience of team working, but be able to work independently to deliver a highly skilled service.

General Overview of Role
To work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) delivering
services for veterans with PTSD and other trauma-related mental health difficulties,
and alcohol/substance misuse problems
To contribute to residential, outpatient, community and digital care and treatment
programmes, working flexibly to meet veteran need
To provide comprehensive psychological assessment, collaborative formulation, and
treatment planning
To provide evidence-based CBT psychological treatment, including third wave CBT
interventions, on a group and individual basis, to Veterans attending PTSD treatment
and recovery focused programmes.
To offer CBT-based consultation and support to other MDT members and advice to
referrers, external agencies and carers on veterans psychological needs/suitable
interventions
To provide CBT supervision of trainee psychologists/students
To be contribute to service development and audit and training and research initiatives
as appropriate.
To work closely with the Senior Psychologists/Senior CBT therapists and Heads of
Psychological Therapies to contribute to the development and enhancement of

Clinical Responsibilities
To provide specialist psychological assessment using a CBT framework for referred
veterans, using structured and semi-structured clinical interview, psychometric
instruments and other assessments methods as appropriate
To formulate and devise CBT treatment and management plans for referred veterans
with a range of psychological problems, and of varying severity and complexity,
including those with challenging behaviours

Education and Training
To provide CBT supervision to trainee clinical and counselling psychologists and,
where required, of assistant psychologists, recovery support workers and others
engaged in delivering CBT-based interventions
To provide CBT advice, consultation, training and supervision, where appropriate, to
other multidisciplinary staff working with veterans
To contribute to the development and delivery of internal staff development activities
as appropriate
To always fulfil the mandatory training requirements of Combat Stress
Administrative Responsibilities
To communicate skilfully, tactfully and sensitively highly complex and sensitive
information with veterans, carers and external referrers, considering sensory and
cultural barriers relevant to veterans in particular, in this communication.
To use Information Management and Technology effectively in accordance with
the policies of the organisation.
All staff who contribute to Veterans records are expected to be familiar with, and
adhere to, Combat Stress Standards of Records Keeping Policy. Staff should be
aware that Veterans records throughout Combat Stress will be subject to regular audit.
All staff that have access to Veterans records have a responsibility to ensure that
these are maintained efficiently and that confidentiality is protected in line with Combat
Stresss Confidentiality of Health records Policy.

Research, Audit and Service Evaluation
To utilise evidence-based literature and research to support evidence-based practice
in all facets of individual work (e.g., individual, group & family interventions, practice of
supervision) and work with other team members.
To undertake appropriate evaluation and audit research within Combat Stress as
negotiated with the Manager of Psychological Therapies.
To participate in and contribute to clinical audit and service evaluation with colleagues
within the service, to help evaluate and improve service provision and develop

The Bromley Health visiting service is looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Health Visitor, who is keen to develop their leadership skills and shape the future of Public Health Nursing in Bromley. Bromley 0-19 is a caring and progressive service, which provides support to families with children aged zero to 19 years. Applicants would be responsible for managing a caseload of families, working to identify need, provide support and offer early intervention packages where needs are identified.
Applicants would be responsible for adopting a Think Family approach to safeguarding, with the aim of keeping children safe and well. We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Stroke Rehabilitation Team within Dudley Rehabilitation Service.
Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred therapy and collaborates closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT) to continually enhance our service. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will undertake key responsibilities, including the supervision and development of junior staff and students, as well as leading on aspects of training and service improvement initiatives.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Pathway in Dudley Rehabilitation Service; providing effective and efficient Occupational Therapy for a caseload of patients who have sustained a Stroke.
Duties will include assessment, therapy (both group and/or individual as appropriate), planning therapy programs, self-management advice and discharge of patients, as well as appropriate delegation of work to assistants and students.Clinical work will be carried out both in patient's place of residence and clinic settings.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator with the knowledge, skills and confidence to work effectively in a senior position within a busy primary care environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in care coordination and a strong understanding of primary care processes. They will be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, deal confidently with complex or sensitive situations, and use their experience and professional judgement to make appropriate decisions.
