Looking for a role where you can make a lasting difference to children and their families every day? Join the Children's Ward at Noble's Hospital on the Isle of Man as a Registered Nurse, where you'll assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high quality care for children from newborns to adolescents. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support children and families through their healthcare journey, provide health education, contribute to discharge planning, and help mentor junior colleagues while delivering evidence based nursing care.
Main duties of the job
You'll love this role if you're passionate about child centred care and want to use your skills, judgement and compassion in a supportive and varied clinical environment. The role allows you to care for children with a wide range of needs, work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, develop specialist paediatric knowledge, and build on your clinical skills in a supportive ward environment. If you're ready to take the next step in your nursing career and help shape positive outcomes for children and young people, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
About us
By joining Manx Care on the Isle of Man, you'll enjoy the opportunity to work in a healthcare system that is similar to, but separate from, the NHS, offering a refreshing change from many of the pressures and demands experienced elsewhere in the UK. We are committed to supporting your professional development through a wide range of learning and continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities, including access to our well-equipped Education and Training Centre. Many of our sites offer free on-site parking, and we provide generous relocation packages for the majority of our roles to help make your move as seamless as possible. Beyond work, the Isle of Man offers an exceptional quality of life, with stunning landscapes, a safe and welcoming community and excellent schools. Residents also benefit from lower personal tax rates than those found in many other European jurisdictions, helping you make the most of your earnings.
