Job summary
We are recruiting for a Recovery worker to work within our integrated Substance Misuse Service in HMP Peterborough to deliver a comprehensive range of needs-based health care services to patients with substance misuse issues. The post holder will provide psychosocial intervention in individual or group-based settings to support prisoners with current and/or a history of substance misuse, using Trauma Informed principles to aide recovery of the patients.
Please note this post is subject to security vetting. Main duties of the job
The Substance Misuse Team is part of the integrated Healthcare provision at HMP Peterborough. The team consists of Integrated Substance Mis-use Nurse, HCA and Substance Misuse Workers (Recovery). The team works closely with the Secondary Mental Health team and Healthcare Services to provide a Trauma Informed Well Being Service for residents.
The Substance misuse service (ISMS) maintains strong links to the local community with a focus on resettlement. We aim to deliver quality of life services and support people to change their lives for the better. Opportunities for learning and developing work-ready skills are on offer for all who come in-to custody, but our commitment to reducing reoffending in local communities does not end at the prison gate. We support people released from custody through innovative partnerships in substance misuse services working with people to maintain recovery and lead law-abiding lives.

The post holder will be responsible for:
- Assisting the surgical team to provide a quality service.
- Assisting the surgical team to deliver safe patient care

Job summary
As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology & Haematology you will provide an oncology and haematology clinical pharmacy service to our chemotherapy day unit and inpatient ward.
Part-time / flexible working may be considered for the right candidateYou will be a source of advice for pharmacists and other healthcare professionals for cancer services, will develop other pharmacists' skills by supporting rotations in cancer services and will participate in multidisciplinary and governance meetings.
The post holder will deputise for Accountable Pharmacist for the aseptic unit in their absence and provide professional pharmacist support to the aseptic production unit; this will include clinically screening prescriptions for chemotherapy and authorising final release of products for administration to patients.
Main duties of the job
Key areas of responsibility include:
Provide person centred care and ensure that pharmaceutical care for cancer services patients is safe, effective and cost-effective.
Liaise with commissioners, including NHS England, to ensure correct funding channels for the use of all medication.
Act as an authorised pharmacist in the pharmacy aseptic unit.

1. Provide comprehensive reception service in a busy reception in a community mental health team setting which include assisting people in a helpful, diplomatic and tactful manner, screening and re-routing calls, as appropriate. We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic Termination of Pregnancy Team. They will be expected to deliver an effective and competent level of clerical and administrative support for our service based at Bridgend Health and Wellbeing Centre at Bridgend working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Penrhyn Bay & Deganwy Medical Centre is a friendly and highly regarded practice with a list size of 6500 patients, situated on the North Wales coast close to Llandudno.
Due to the additional capacity funds and local housing developments, we are looking for a GP to join our practice as a GP Partner or salaried GP with a view to partnership in the future.
We offer flexibility in the number of sessions with flexible surgery sessions to suit work-life balance. Special interests will be facilitated and encourages . We will support academic and clinical management issues and professional development. The practice hopes to become a training practice soon and support will be given to applicants willing to become trainers. We are willing to mentor new or returning GPs.
Main duties of the job
The GP will be responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS Contract. We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a part-time Psychologist, working 3 days per week (22.5 hours) within the Mole Valley Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS). HCPC registration is required . Please note this role covers the SABP work locations in Mole Valley.
We are currently at an exciting stage in our community mental health transformation, bringing together GPIMHS/MHICS (operating within Primary Care Networks), CMHRSs (secondary care adult mental health services), and CMHTs (Older Adults teams) into Integrated Mental Health Neighbourhood Teams. The post holder will work within the framework of the three Adult Community Service functions: Brief Interventions for Significant Needs, Complex Needs, SMI and Recovery and Later Life Frailty and Dementia.
This role will primarily sit within the Complex Needs, SMI and Recovery pathway, offering psychological assessment and interventions to adults experiencing complex, severe, and enduring mental health problems. The post holder will also contribute across the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, supporting collaborative and flexible working where required.
Subject to reasonable adjustments in respect of any disability, candidates must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive and have the unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work at all times including community based work.
Main duties of the job
- To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and To maintain high standards of care in all areas of practice in accordance with the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines and Trust Policies and Procedures. To act within the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act (2005). To be aware of and implement Safeguarding Adult and Child Protection Policies, Procedures and legislation.
- To carry out comprehensive psychological and cognitive assessments and formulation, plan implement and evaluate delivery of psychology interventions and consultations to support people with specific and complex needs.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust is one of the largest acute hospital Trusts in England, serving the populations of Birmingham and Solihull. The Trust is composed of four main hospital sites; Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEHB), Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital and Solihull Hospital (HGS). The post-holder will be expected to be based at Heartlands Hospital unless service provision is required across site. The department will be looking into taking on a HCPC registered biomedical scientist.
The department provides a 24/7 diagnostic and monitoring service for routine and urgent automated investigations. The Clinical Chemistry department is equipment with Abbott Alinity c and i series analysers and the Abbott a3600 track.
Specialist Chemistry provides a wide range of services to the Trust as well as other Hospital Trusts. Equipment includes IDS iSYS, Cascadion, Shimadzu HPLC and Sciex Tandem Mass Spectrometry analysers, with several tests measured including immunosuppressant's and steroids. There are manual methods using radio-immunoassay for alpha-subunits and ELISA for faecal Elastase.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HCPC registered BMS and becoming fully competent in all areas of Biochemistry.
This is a full time permanent post (37.5 hrs per week).

Main duties of the job
These fixed-term locum consultant posts in anaesthesia based at The Royal London Hospital have arisen due to temporary staff redeployment.The posts are to start in November 2026, and will be for a period of 6 months. The term may be extended by mutual agreement to fulfil ongoing service needs if appropriate.
The successful candidates may be asked to cover surgical lists at Barts or Mile End Hospitals if required. The post holders will be employees of Bart's Health and there may be future opportunities or requirements to work at any of the other hospitals in the Barts Health group. Applicants should have the general knowledge, skills and training appropriate to the role of Consultant in Anaesthesia.
The appointee must be able to work flexibly and be able to cover the range of specialties provided for in the Anaesthesia service at The Royal London Hospital. Job summary
We have the opportunity for individuals who are caring and compassionate and enjoy being part of an established and hard-working team, to join us on Ward 21 in a Health Care Assistant role. The right candidate will implement a high standard of care and ensure patient safety is paramount.
Previous care experience is essential, and completion of care certificate is desirable.
Main duties of the job
- Assist the Registered Nurse in administering direct patient care.
- Communicate clearly with patients, carers, relatives and all members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Communication with patients including discussion on patient comfort and safety and recording of communications on Wirral Millennium.
- Prioritising own workload.
- Inform qualified staff of changes in patient's condition
- Escort and chaperone patients as appropriate.
- Communicate with patients/carers taking into consideration the needs of the individual.
- Undertake some clerical duties such as filing.
- Ensure availability, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment .
- Assist in the safe handling of patients valuables and property.
