Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic IT professional to join our IT Service Desk.
The role provides first line IT support to the trust of all aspects of computing, including PC's, Laptops, Mobile phones etc.
Excellent communication skills and a customer focus are also key attributes that the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate due to the constant interaction and support required in supporting colleagues through this process.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging but rewarding environment, helping the Trust to deliver the best possible care.
We offer a hybrid working approach but you will be expected to work from the office certain days of the week.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a first line of contact for dealing with customer queries received by the service desk. To ensure accurate and timely recording of the Trust's logging system and to assign the call to the appropriate specialist or group.
- To use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage call resolution to the wide variety of personnel throughout the Trust.
- To assist and deputise, where appropriate, for the Service Desk Team Lead and Service Desk & Asset Manager across a range of information service issues.
- To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
- To promote at all times a positive image of the Information Services department and the wider Trust

Job summary
An exciting administration opportunity has arisen to work within The Cedars Team as a Medical Secretary working 30 hours per week.
The Cedars has 2 Adult Acute Inpatient wards providing recovery focused and compassionate care.
The post-holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to an assigned Consultant, associated medical staff and the multi-disciplinary team where appropriate.
There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills. The post holder will have high standard of abilities using Microsoft Office packages and experience of using bespoke IT systems.
The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. They will need to be able to work within a team effectively and share work streams where appropriate.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive diary management and ensuring Consultant/associated team members are briefed and ready for meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative function for the Consultant, which will include being point of contact.
- Meeting administration: taking and distributing formal minutes; recording clear actions and following these up to check completion; maintaining attendance records
- Supporting the Consultant and team by ensuring that records are up to date on all staffing and patient systems and that items are dealt with quickly and efficiently on appropriate finance systems
- Generate assessment and discharge letters
- Support with induction of Students

Specialty Doctor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology - Fixed term - 12 months
This is an exciting opportunity to join the friendly and supportive Obstetrics and Gynaecology Team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The posts give opportunity and support for training in specialty and special interests within the department as well as the opportunity to undertake Quality Improvement projects by mutual agreement to suit the individual. The posts are particularly suitable for doctors experienced in obstetrics and gynaecology, who are looking for more experience aiming to enter specialist training or to support CESR, and will provide clinical experience on the 2nd on call tier.
The post holders will be supported by, and work in conjunction with, the consultants in obstetrics and gynaecology, working alongside the other second on call doctors, junior medical team and nursing and midwifery colleagues. There is an on-call commitment on the 2nd on call rota; therefore, a minimum of 3 years obstetrics and gynaecology experience is required with 12 months 2nd on call preferably a minimum of 6 months clinical experience in the UK.
Main duties of the job
The duties will involve the day-to-day care and management of in-patients and outpatients in all aspects of general elective and emergency obstetrics and gynaecology, working under direct or indirect supervision of a consultant. The daytime direct clinical care sessions will include labour ward and gynaecology-on call, antenatal and gynaecology clinics, and theatre sessions. The post holders will participate in the 2nd on call rota, including out of hours on a 1 in 8 full shift with prospective cover for annual, study and statutory days leave.
The post holders will be expected to undertake mandatory training and attend local PROMPT training, and will be encouraged to undertake an audit or quality improvement project during their tenure, in order to enhance the patient experience or to improve patient management. The successful applicants will be supported to maintain requirements for Continued Professional Development as specified by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Job summary
We are seeking aBand 3 Therapy Assistant to join the Prehabilitation Team at Ashford and St Peter's NHS Foundation Trust.
Our prehabilitation service delivers a patient-centred, needs-led programme within community settings across north-west surrey, supporting individuals to actively prepare--rather than passively wait--for their upcoming surgery or treatment. The programme focuses on engaging, educating, and empowering patients to become medically, physically, and psychologically fit for surgery. Sessions include structured, targeted exercise circuits as well as brief educational components delivered through our "bite-size surgery school."
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience as a physiotherapy assistant or in exercise delivery to support and weekly exercise classes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the confidence to motivate and encourage patients.
You will work under the guidance of experienced senior staff within the Physiotherapy Department and will receive regular supervision and development opportunities.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Duties
- Deliver and support group exercise classes for prehabilitation cohorts across community gym sites.
- Complete one-to-one assessments with patients at the start and end of their programme, including basic functional measures and exercise readiness screening.
- Supervise patients throughout exercise sessions, ensuring safe and effective technique and adapting exercises where required.
- Monitor patient wellbeing, identify any concerns, and escalate appropriately to senior staff.
Non-Clinical Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and exercise areas in line with infection control procedures.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, discharge summaries, and onward referrals.
- Support data collection for service audits, outcomes monitoring, and programme evaluation.

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our established school age team and support with the experts at hand delivery model for children with SEND. You will have clinical skills in supporting the communication needs and development of school aged children.
Our wider SLT staff work across a variety of inpatient and community settings. We also benefit from being part of a large SLT service which includes adult services and great admin team support.

Main duties of the job
This is a specialist post with clinical responsibility to provide specialist preschool and school-age assessment, treatment and management in conjunction with the Head of Service for Children. This will include planning, coordinating delivering and evaluating the Speech & Language Therapy provided to children and young people (CYP) and their families within Wolverhampton on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking for staff who have energy, enthusiasm, commitment and drive and who are patient-centred.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the supervision of our qualified nurses, caring for patients during their rehabilitation and in achieving their discharge with the best possible outcomes.
The post holder will work under the supervision/guidance of a registered nurse/clinical lead and will work collaboratively with them and the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
As a HCSW you will be expected to demonstrate a genuine interest in this field of nursing and possess excellent people skills such as communication. You will be expected to work as an integral part of our team on Gwanwyn Ward and you will be required to carry out a range of assigned tasks involving direct and indirect care to ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred patient care.
We provide care to our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12-hour shift system or on a three-shift system.
Main duties of the job
Gwanwyn Ward is a friendly welcoming team looking to recruit individuals who have a passion for patient care, and are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting .
The successful candidate will ideally possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and good computer skills. They will be enthusiastic about change management and supportive towards their colleagues.

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced inpatient Speech and Language Therapist with knowledge and skills in stroke rehabilitation and a passion for rehabilitation to join our team. You will either be a proficient Band 6 or already working in a Band 7 role. You will be joining an established stroke rehab pathway in a large speech and language therapy team. You will have clinical skills in supporting the communication/swallowing needs of patients post stroke, including those with a range of other medical conditions. This role will lead on: Rehabilitation of patients in their place of residence following their diagnosis of stroke; AAC when appropriate; Training and education for the wider MDT, including nurses and AHP's and assistant practitioners.
Our team has access to videofluoroscopy, and an established FEES service, providing responsive instrumental assessment to support dysphagia management and swallow rehabilitation. We have a supportive admin team, embedded supervision, support structures for both professional development and wellbeing and CPD is very well supported and actively encouraged.
Our wider SLT staff work across a variety of inpatient and community settings. We also benefit from being part of a large SLT service which includes children's services. We have very strong SLT and AHP leadership within the Trust.
Main duties of the job
To work in collaboration with the Head of Adult SLT Service in planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the Speech & Language Therapy provided to patients within the Trust on a day to day basis.
To provide highly specialist SLT assessment diagnosis and treatment of patients.
To ensure the delivery of highly specialist care to all patients in the Trust according to clinical priorities and as required by the Head of Service, usually in the community stroke , as part of the community and rehabilitation SLT team.

Job summary
The Hastings ADHD Service forms part of the wider Focus Sussex ADHD pilot programme and provides a locally delivered pathway for patients aged 18+ requiring ADHD assessment and treatment.
Integrated Family Healthcare delivers the service locally in Hastings, working within the wider Focus Sussex pathway and in collaboration with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT).
The service provides ADHD diagnostic assessment, medication initiation, titration, clinical review and ongoing management for patients who are suitable for care within the agreed pathway.
As the service continues to develop, we are expanding our multidisciplinary clinical team and are looking for an experienced pharmacist with an interest in ADHD and neurodevelopmental care to support the medication management element of the pathway.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in the safe and effective prescribing and management of ADHD medication within the service.
The post holder will primarily undertake medication initiation and titration appointments, working with patients following an ADHD diagnosis to agree and implement an appropriate medication treatment plan in accordance with service prescribing protocols, national guidance and individual patient needs.
The role will involve assessing treatment response, monitoring side effects and relevant physical health parameters, adjusting medication where clinically appropriate, providing medication-related advice and supporting patients through the titration process until treatment is stabilised.
The post holder will work closely with the ADHD Clinical Lead, GPs, other prescribing clinicians, Service Navigators and the wider multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our established school age team and support with the experts at hand delivery model for children with SEND. You will have clinical skills in supporting the communication needs and development of school aged children.

Main duties of the job
