This will include consultation sessions (both in person and by video), telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing and other clinical administration,safeguarding lead, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on-call (excluding out of hours).
- To adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC and to put individual patient care as your priority.
- Working with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan including list growth, patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management.
What we look for in new colleagues:
- Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list and engaged in regular clinical work.
- An experienced doctor with GP accreditation - MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services.
- Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and use of appropriate coding.
- Ideally have a working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
How well support you:
- Annual salary of up to £112,500 depending on experience and £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs.
- Full indemnity cover.
- Six weeks annual leave and one week study leave pro rata.
- Support for SPIN fellowship applications.

Main duties of the job
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, you will deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan. You will ensure the practice maintains quality within ensuring participation in clinical governance activity. <p>Are you an experienced clinical leader looking for an opportunity to shape the future of community-based urgent and acute care?</p><p>Were looking for an experienced Clinical Service Manager to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across our Swale Virtual Ward and Urgent Community Response services.</p><p>This is an influential role with the opportunity to lead services that help prevent avoidable hospital admissions, support earlier discharge and enable more people to receive high-quality care within their usual place of residence.</p><p>Youll take responsibility for the safe and effective day-to-day delivery of both services while also looking ahead, developing pathways, building partnerships and identifying opportunities to transform how care is delivered.</p><p>Leading a multidisciplinary workforce including Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, youll create an environment where colleagues are supported to develop, innovation is encouraged and patient safety and quality remain at the centre of decision-making.</p><p>You wont be working in isolation. The Integrated Community Paediatric Service (ICPS) is looking for enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Healthcare Support Worker's (HCSW) to support the Children's Care Package Service. The Care Package Service supports children and young people with complex health needs and their families across all community settings- home, school and social activities. Work in partnership with the family, professionals and other agencies in providing holistic care for the child. Follow individualised plan of care provided by a registered children's nurse to children with complex and continuing health care needs, some of which may be life limiting.
To undertake training and competency based assessment of clinical skills to enable the delivery care to children with complex health needs including: mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, airway management, oxygen therapy, suctioning, gastrostomy feeding and medication administration. The development of these competencies and skills will be supported by the services training team.Administer prescribed medication working within Bolton FT medicines management policy.
Provide personal care, continence management and assistance with mobility on an individual basis, ensuring at all times infection control and safe moving and handling practices are adhered to.
