We are seeking a dedicated Senior Dental Officer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team and provide Special Care Dentistry services in a beautiful rural location in Ceredigion, West Wales.
You will provide a range of Dental services in accordance with approved Health board plans and policies. You will be required to assist with the training and development of community dentists, dentists with enhanced skills in special care dentistry and professions complimentary to dentistry.
Main duties of the job
The Hywel Dda Community Dental Service (CDS) is dedicated to providing dental care for vulnerable adults and children who may have difficulties in seeking and receiving dental treatment throughout the Ceredigion . Our clinics are different to high street dental practices in that we see patients on a referral basis only, which ensures that they receive their treatment from the most appropriately trained member of the team and in the best clinic to suit their needs. The Senior Dental Officer will be supported by the Clinical Lead and the Community Team.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
We have over 13,000 staff and together we provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services.
We work in partnership the three local authorities, as well as public, private and third sector colleagues, including our valued team of volunteers.
Our services are provided in:
Four main hospitals: Bronglais Hospital in Aberystwyth; Glangwili Hospital in Carmarthen; Prince Philip Hospital in Llanelli; and Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest.
Five community hospitals: Amman Valley and Llandovery hospitals in Carmarthenshire; Tregaron Hospital in Ceredigion; and Tenby and South Pembrokeshire hospitals in Pembrokeshire.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in East Cheshire as part of the Governments ambition to cover all schools by 2029. This post is a fixed term contract until December 2027.
Applicants should either apply as a Children's and Young Peoples Practitioner (CYPMHP) and therefore hold a core professional qualification and meet all other aspects of this job description or apply as a Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioner or Children's and Young Peoples Wellbeing Practitioner and meet all aspects of this job description, including significant post qualification experience of working within a CYPMHS or Child Mental Health related field.
The MHSTs offer hybrid working, including accessing CWP premises in East Cheshire, working from schools and working from home. Base can be negociated with the successful candidate - either Elm House, Macclesfield or Catherine House, Crewe.
We are a forward-thinking service dedicated to placing children, young people, and their families at the centre of everything we do. Our MHST is an integral part of the wider Access service within the Trust, working collaboratively with colleagues across the care group to deliver compassionate, high-quality support.
Main duties of the job
In this leadership role, you will:- Deliver and support a wide range of evidence-based interventions for children, young people and caregivers- Hold a clinical caseload while contributing to service development and leadership- Supervise EMHP / CYWP practitioners and work alongside the Clinical Coordinators to shape the MHST's growth- Participate in our duty rota to screen referrals into the service and contribute to weekly case allocation meetings You'll also work closely with Senior Mental Health Leads (SMHLs) in schools to embed a whole-school approach to mental wellbeing. Main duties of the job
To provide physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions
to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.

Our Reception team consists of the operations manager and 9 patient service advisors working throughout the week to cover our busy front desk, online requests and telephone system. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our innovative, supportive team in Epping.
The successful candidate will deliver specialist stroke and neurological speech and language therapy as a member of the Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team, providing care to adult patients who have had a recent stroke or are diagnosed with a neurological condition as part of the specialist in-patient service (Beech Ward, St Margarets Hospital) and Early Supported Discharge Team (community). The caseload will include in-patient, domiciliary and clinic based activity, with a focus on stroke rehabilitation.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be based at St Margaret's Hospital, Epping but will be required to provide services across West Essex.
The successful candidate will deliver person centred, goals-focused assessment and intervention to an adult stroke and neurology caseload, both within the inpatient unit and in patients' own homes.
The successful candidate will assist in service development, including supervision of more junior colleagues, supporting students on placement, and delivering education and training programmes to the multidisciplinary team.
There are regular opportunities for continuing professional development both within the team and through meetings and engagement with speech and language therapy teams within EPUT and also at PAH. We have access to regular videofluoroscopy clinics at PAH with the plan to develop a jointly run clinic in the near future.

Job responsibilities
To type clinic notes, operation notes, pre operative notes, ward notes, specialist reports, discharge summaries, conference notes and correspondence of varied medical terminology, accurately through audio typing distributing as necessary to the relevant healthcare professions. Job summary
The post holder will provide specialist nursing expertise in the assessment, management and ongoing care of children and young people with epilepsy, holding responsibility and accountability for a defined caseload.
They will undertake comprehensive clinical assessments, develop and implement individualised care plans, and coordinate care across acute, community, primary care and multi-agency services to ensure seamless, high-quality care. Working in partnership with children, young people, families and carers, the post holder will provide holistic support that promotes independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

The role requires the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information with empathy and compassion, empowering children, young people and their families to make informed decisions regarding their care.
The post holder will recognise and respond to the cultural needs of children and families, ensuring equitable and person-centred care, and when appropriate will act as a key worker in line with relevant national and local frameworks and guidance.
Main duties of the job
The Epilepsy Specialist Nurse is responsible for providing expert assessment, care coordination and clinical management for children and young people with epilepsy across the community setting. The post holder manages a specialist caseload, undertakes comprehensive assessments, develops and implements individualised care plans.
The role provides specialist advice, education and support to children, young people, families, carers and professionals, promoting effective seizure management, medication adherence, health promotion and self-management. The post holder works closely with acute, community, primary, secondary and tertiary services.
The post holder participates in consultant-led and nurse-led clinics, provides specialist epilepsy advice, supports complex decision-making, communicates sensitive information with compassion, and contributes to safeguarding care as required. The role also includes leadership responsibilities through the supervision and line management of junior staff, mentorship of students and healthcare professionals, and the delivery of training and education programmes.

Following the recent NHS 10year plan, Lewisham is transforming care by establishing Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INT). The INTs are designed to deliver coordinated, community-based care and support.

This is the ideal post for an enthusiastic and inventive Psychologist who is interested in working with individuals and families post stroke and leading a team of dedicated psychology professionals working in stroke care.The service started in 2013 and was an innovative partnership with the Community MDT Stroke Services and Commissioners. The service has grown in this time and there are posts covering Early Supported Discharge Team and the community rehabilitation ward based in Brentwood.
This growth and development is something which is a core part of the service and it is the close relationships we hold with community teams and partners which make this possible. The service provides one-to-one and group interventions forindividualswho have experienced stroke and their families;collaborative workwith our MDT teams in jointsessions; consultation and training.The service offers different modalities for intervention; face-to-face on the ward, outpatient sessions, home visits, video and telephone. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring high quality care is delivered in a timely manner in line with client needs, our wider services and national guidance.
Main duties of the job
This service lead role will offer the post holder the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills working as part of the senior leadership team in Mid Essex Stroke Services. Other key roles will be in supervision of qualified, training and non-qualified staff, service development with MDT stroke leads and wider initiatives in the Clinical Health Psychology Service. Neuropsychological skills are fundamental to this post. The post holder will be skilled in neuropsychological assessment but a working knowledge of the application of neuropsychological formulation in rehabilitation is essential.
Within the Clinical Health Psychology Services (CHPS), across Essex, there are other service leads in: Stroke (West and South), Mental Health Liaison (Essex wide) and Breathlessness (Mid and South) services for peer support. Within CHPS, there are a range of therapeutic interests; narrative therapy, systemic approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and cognitive behaviour therapy. Neuropsychology peer relationships will be supported through Clinical Health and Older Adults Psychology Services.
