Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a four-session Salaried GP to join our experienced clinical team. This post is supported by the 2026/27 Practice-level GP Reimbursement Scheme.
We are a friendly practice on the outskirts of Sheffield, serving a mixed urban and rural community of over 8,700 patients.
We are flexible on working days for the right candidate, although we would particularly welcome applicants who are able to work on Fridays. Each session consists of 12 consultations, comprising a mix of telephone and face-to-face appointments. There is no requirement to contribute to on-calls or duty doctor commitments, and 15-minute consultations can be facilitated on request.
We have a multidisciplinary clinical team, including an ANP and paramedic team. Home visits are occasional, with the majority undertaken by our paramedics. GPs contribute to the remaining visits as required.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with the option to extend subject to the national funding continuing into future years.
The position is eligible for the NHS Pension Scheme. Salary is dependent on skills and experience, with 6 weeks' annual leave pro rata.

The GP will undertake a variety of duties governed by the GMS contract and objectives of Enhanced Services, including:

About us
Tramways Medical Centre is a well-established, medium-sized, single-site practice providing friendly and supportive care for over 8,700 patients.
We have a multidisciplinary team including GP Partners, nurses, paramedics, and other clinical staff, supported by dedicated reception, administration, and secretarial teams. We have low staff turnover and value a collaborative and supportive working environment.
We are an approved training practice with two GP trainers and GP trainees. We meet for lunch daily and have regular clinical team and whole-practice team meetings.
We do not provide care home services. We use SystmOne for clinical record-keeping and do not currently use AI scribes for documentation.
We are a high-achieving QOF practice and were rated Good by the CQC at our last inspection.

Main duties of the job
The role falls within the multidisciplinary team in the Ophthalmology Department comprising of Ophthalmologists Optometrists , Orthoptists, Ophthalmic Technicians, Ophthalmic Science Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners and Health Care Assistants.
Ophthalmology provides services to eye casualty , day case, inpatient and outpatient facilities. We have a large team of Consultant Ophthalmologists, who provide outpatient and surgical services in a full range of Ophthalmology sub-speciality clinics including AMD, corneal glaucoma, medical retina, vitreo-retinal, neuro-ophthalmology, ocular plastics and paediatrics.
The postholder will participate in the delivery of Ophthalmic Imaging services including a wide range of core clinical services including OCT, slit lamp photography, FFA, and provision of services to the expanding virtual clinic service with Ophthalmology

Consultant in Gastroenterology WSI ERCP & EUS
The Gastroenterology Directorate is seeking to recruit a substantive Consultant Gastroenterologist with a specialist interest in Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) Endoscopy (ERCP and EUS) to join our dynamic, innovative and expanding team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and developing high-quality HPB endoscopic services and related patient care across the Trust. This is substantive 10 PA job but LTF will also be considered. On a 10 PA job plan the successful candidate would be required to deliver a minimum of 2 out-patient clinics and 2 endoscopy lists per week.
The post holder will join an established team of Consultant Gastroenterologists and HPB Endoscopists, contributing to the provision of diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP and EUS services, while supporting the wider gastroenterology service. There will be opportunities to further develop the advanced endoscopy service, contribute to training, service improvement and multidisciplinary working.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work across our hospital sites including Sandwell Health Campus, City Health Campus and the state-of-the-art Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH).
Applicants must hold MRCP (UK) or equivalent and have completed higher specialist training in Gastroenterology or equivalent. Candidates must be on the GMC Specialist Register for Gastroenterology, or be within six months of obtaining CCT at the time of interview.
The post will enable the successful applicant to develop sub-specialty interests in HPB Endoscopy to complement the existing consultant staff. The appointee will take equal responsibility with existing Consultants for the proper functioning of the clinical service, working with clinical and managerial colleagues towards achieving and maintaining national maximum waiting times and developing clinical pathways in line with the maximum 18-week patient pathway guarantee. There will also be a commitment to the gastroenterology ward on-call as part of this post (consultant of the week 1, COW1), which at present is 1 in 12 (which may change in future) providing gastroenterology input 7 days a week and currently has a supplement of 3%. There will be a rest day following the COW1 week on Monday.

Emergency Care Assistants work in a challenging but rewarding role that provides essential support to our qualified clinical practitioners in responding to Accidents, Emergencies and Urgent Care requirements of the public.
No two shifts will be the same, you might be called out to a road accident victim with multiple severe injuries or to someone who has had a heart attack, you could even be transferring a very sick baby to a specialist centre or dealing with an elderly person who has fallen down the stairs.

EIIP Support Time and Recovery (STR) Worker - Nepali Speaking (22.5 hours per week- 3 days)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIIP) Team in West Surrey and North East Hampshire as a part-time Nepali-speaking STR Worker, from 9am-5pm, working ideally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Work days can be discussed at the interview.
Our EIIP service is a supportive, innovative multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care to people experiencing a first episode of psychosis. This role is key to strengthening our engagement with the local Nepali community by providing culturally sensitive support, education and advocacy to people and their families.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in Nepali and English ( written and speaking ). Who has excellent communication and organisational skills, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about improving mental health outcomes within the local community.
Based primarily at Aldershot Centre for Health, with our main team base at Unither House, Chertsey, you will work across the locality, including attending team meetings in Chertsey.

Main duties of the job

This role will be primarily based within Wickham Low Secure Service, with opportunities to work across our medium and low secure hospitals.
You will also join a diverse and highly skilled Psychological Therapies Service (PTS) which includes Clinical, Forensic and Counselling Psychologists, Art, Drama and Music Psychotherapists, alongside trainee psychologists, assistant psychologists and psychology students.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising medical, nursing, occupational therapy, social work and speech and language therapy colleagues, providing senior psychological leadership and contributing to formulation-driven assessment, intervention and care planning.
Secure Inpatient Services consists ofFromeside, an 81-bed medium secure unit, and Wickham, a 30-bed low secure unit, both located on the Blackberry Hill Hospital site in North Bristol. The service includes a specialist women's ward and a ward for men with learning disabilities and/or autism. Our large and friendly psychology team has expertise in violence, sexual offending, firesetting, learning disabilities, autism, personality disorder and psychosis.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve providing direct clinical work, consultation, teaching, staff support, and supervision for assistant psychologists and Band 7 psychologists, as well as working collaboratively with other members of the MDT, including psychiatry, nursing, arts psychotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. The role will also involve completing specialist assessments, developing complex formulations, and designing and delivering individualised therapeutic interventions, as well as facilitating therapeutic groups and engaging in complex systemic work. There will also be opportunities to engage in service development projects.
The successful post-holder will need to be adaptable and creative, have good communication and team-working skills, and have experience and/or an interest in working with people with significant mental health difficulties, such as psychosis, who present a significant risk to others. There will be regular supervision and support for the role.

Job summary
This is a new, exciting training role within the Psychological Therapies for Severe Mental Health Problems (PT SMHP) service in Basildon and Brentwood. The service is an innovative psychological therapies service that sits within Primary Care that fills the gap between NHS Talking Therapies services and Secondary Care mental health services.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will undertake a 2-year postgraduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy for personality disorder (PGDip. CBT for PD). The post-holder will work clinically within a NHS Talking Therapies service and the PT SMHP service in the first year, and solely in the PT SMHP service throughout the second year. The post-holder will provide assessment and psychological interventions whilst undertaking the PGDip CBT PD training programme. - A minimum of a 2:2 in a UK undergraduate degree (or equivalent overseas qualification).
- A core mental health practitioner qualification or evidence of meeting the Knowledge Skills and Attitude (KSA) requirements of the BABCP.
- Demonstrable experience of working in the mental health sector with the ability of managing own caseload.
- Ability to evaluate and apply theory to practice as learned on the training programme.
- Ability to communicate to a high professional standard, including writing clear clinical notes, reports, and letters to referrers.
- Demonstrable understanding of a range of mental health difficulties as they may present in PT SMHP.
- Ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and demonstrate an understanding for the need to apply evidence based psychological interventions.
- Able to attend 70 to 80 days training at UCL over the 2 years of the programme, delivery of which will by a hybrid of remote and face-to-face teaching.
- An awareness of, and commitment to, supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking team for 2 sessions per week working alongside our existing GP Partners with no on-call commitment . With a stable list (4400), strong MDT support, protected administration and CPD time, and efficient systems designed to reduce unnecessary workload, this is an opportunity to enjoy being a GP again.
Clinics are 2.5 hours in length and consist of 4-6 x 15 minute face to face appointments and 6-9 x 10 minute telephone calls. You will support our two experienced Nurse Practitioners and have a GP Assistant working alongside you. The number of appointments are in line with safe working practice on all days and home visits are low volume (max usually 1 per week).

The Specialist Midwife: Drugs/Alcohol/Mental Health (Band 6) is a key member of the Saint Mary's Managed Clinical Service, providing high-quality, evidence-based care to women with complex needs relating to substance misuse, alcohol use, and perinatal mental health.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of compassionate, safe and holistic midwifery care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period. Working closely with the Band 7 Specialist Midwife, the role supports the coordination and effective management of a specialist clinical caseload, ensuring that high standards of care, safeguarding responsibilities, and multidisciplinary collaboration are maintained.
The role requires strong clinical knowledge of the specialist area, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to reducing health inequalities for this vulnerable patient group. The post holder will act as a role model, provide specialist advice, and contribute to service development, education and audit.
Main duties of the job
Provide specialist midwifery assessment and evidence-based care planning for women with drug, alcohol and mental health needs.
Develop personalised care plans and ensure information is shared sensitively to support informed decision-making.
Deliver direct clinical care with a strong understanding of the specialist needs of the caseload.
Support the Band 7 Specialist Midwife in coordinating the specialist service and deputise as required.
Maintain high standards of documentation, communication and referral pathways with internal teams and external agencies.
Act as a visible clinical role model and resource for staff, patients and carers.
Work in partnership with safeguarding teams, social care, voluntary agencies and multidisciplinary partners to ensure safe, integrated care.
Contribute to service improvements, clinical audit, research, and the development of guidelines and protocols.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurse with a specific interest in Children and Young People to work within the Focused Support Team in Royal Manchester Children's Hospital (RMCH) and the Managed Clinical Services which include Starlight Ward at Wythenshawe, the Children's Resource Centre at Trafford and the Children's Ward at North Manchester.
The Focused Support Team support delivery of high quality care to children and young people with learning disability, autism and mental health within the acute hospital setting.
The successful applicant will become a key advisor across the hospital and build relationships within clinical settings providing guidance, leadership and expertise to ensure both the physical and individual needs are met.
The post holder will work closely with multi-disciplinary professionals providing a link for the paediatric nursing teams to the relevant CAMHS and Learning Disability Teams.
The post holder will also work alongside the RMCH and Managed Clinical Services (MCS) Education Team to develop and deliver on an Education Strategy in RMCH/MCS to teach, empower and support clinical teams to achieve high standards of care in hospital for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and or Neurodiverse needs.
Main duties of the job
Undertake person centred assessments to ensure care is appropriately assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated for Children and Young People.
Enable clinical and administrative teams to implement and ensure appropriate risk management and reasonable adjustments are in place. As a specialist advisor lead and model positive behaviour plans to support and meet any Learning Disability, Neurodiverse and or Mental Health needs of children and young people when attending hospital. Work in collaboration with the multi disciplinary team and external agencies to agreed and achieve high standards of care.
Support the Team Manager by taking an active role to lead and guide team members and assist with management tasks such as rostering and coordinating the team
Support hospital ward staff in their care and management of children and young people. Advocate for children and young people with Mental Health, Learning Disability and or Neurodiverse needs and their families.
Attend MDT care planning meetings and work in partnership with departments and agencies to ensure care delivered is aligned to NHS Standards and legal frameworks.
Build and deliver education and training for staff to enable and empower their professional development. Mentor and supervise junior staff and students providing support and advice.
