As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in assessing, treating, and managing individuals with a wide range of conditions, helping them to achieve their maximum potential. This role offers a diverse caseload, working within our cutting-edge Neuro Hub and delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes and communities, and therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be a committed and motivated GP to complement our forward-moving, busy, Central Manchester practice working alongside 2 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, GP Assistant, Managing Partner, Practice Manger, Practice Nurse, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, HCA, Phlebotomist and full complement of support staff to meet the needs of our growing list of over 7000 patients.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make him/herself available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, visiting patients at home and in nursing homes, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.

We have an opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle. Working on our EDU ward, this is an excellent role for a Psychiatrist.
Main duties of the job
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding clinical care to patients referred to the hospital, ensuring they receive compassionate, evidence-based treatment tailored to their individual needs. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help provide holistic, person-centred care that supports recovery, wellbeing, and positive long-term outcomes.
You will take clinical responsibility for a defined patient caseload, leading key aspects of care delivery, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk assessments and reviews, strategic care planning, and the development of a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also fulfil the role of Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, providing clinical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care, governance, and legal compliance.

Ward AM2 is an acute medical ward specializing in respiratory medicine. We treat patients with a full range of respiratory diseases including: COPD, Asthma, Lung Cancer, Bronchiectasis, Sleep Apnoea and Infectious Lung disease.
All of our registered nurses receive training to care for patients on None invasive ventilation, patients with altered airways, tracheostomy/laryngectomy and chest drains.

Therapeutic Apheresis Services (TAS) is the only patient facing service provided by NHS Blood and Transplant and is highly regarded within the organisation as a flagship service. You will work within a service and team, supporting lifesaving treatments for patients across the region.
It goes without saying that no two days are the same for nurses working within TAS. You will have the opportunity to provide a variation of different lifesaving and life enhancing treatments to both adult and paediatric patients. Many of our treatments are provided by the team within a designated TAS unit but there will also be a requirement to work independently and provide outreach services within the host trust and off site at various hospitals.
In addition to working for a unique, national NHS Employer, we will provide you with an extensive residential induction and ongoing development programme specific to this role to support you in achieving your career ambitions.
Because our Therapeutic Apheresis Units are based within large NHS Trust our nurses, benefit from the infrastructure and facilities of NHS Blood and Transplant and the host Trust.
Main duties of the job
The Specialist Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and delivery of apheresis procedures for both emergency and elective patients and donors taking part in a 24/7 on-call rota. In this role you will be:
- Performing therapeutic apheresis and cell collection procedures in paediatrics and adults.
- Planning the nursing care of patients/donors and be responsible for all aspects of clinical care, providing advice to patients/donors and staff as necessary.
- Providing safe and compassionate care within a total quality system, upholding the clinical standards of the service by ensuring they are working within their limitations, ensuring best practice and clinical effectiveness is achieved within policy frameworks.

We are looking for a permanent part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team based at The Robert Darbishire Practice, the largest and busiest of the three GP practices in Better Health MCR. The post is 22.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday 08:00 - 12:30.
The postholder will be required to work flexibly and to provide cover for absence and busy periods. As part of this, they may be required to work Saturdays. There may also be a requirement for the postholder to work at our other practices from time to time.

Main duties of the job
Our reception team are the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in understanding patients needs, resolving queries, dealing with prescription requests and either booking an appointment with the most appropriate clinician at the practice or signposting the patient to a service outside the practice.
You dont need to have worked in healthcare before as long as you have excellent people skills, a good attention to detail and you are willing and eager to learn new skills. We will provide in-house training and support.

We are looking for experienced Clinical Support Workers to join CWPs Inpatient Bank.
Clinical Support Workers provide the highest quality of care to our patients whilst they are in hospital. At Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP), The bank covers staffing shortfalls within the trusts inpatient units. Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
Decontamination Services Department (DSD) is responsible for providing sterile services to five of the hospitals that comprise the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. The Department is run to the highest standards and is accredited to Medical Device European Directive 93/42/EEC, ISO 13485:2016. DSD is located in a large, state of the art, purpose built facility on the Oxford Road Site.
As a DSD Technician you'll undertake the decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilisation and distribution of medical devices (surgical instruments) for operating theatres and departments across the Oxford Road site, as well as to its outside customers. You'll also ensure that the service is provided efficiently and in accordance with the Department's policies, procedures and Quality Management System.
Whilst no specific qualifications are required, a background in sterile services would be useful, but is not essential as we provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme. You'll need to be reasonably fit too, as the role involves manual handling, walking and standing activities. What's more, you must be able to follow procedures in a production environment, have effective communication skills, a conscientious and methodical approach to work and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest microbiology departments in England as a Biomedical scientist. The Manchester Medical Microbiology Partnership (MMMP) is a collaboration between UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
You will work as part of the laboratory team, providinga high levelof microbiological analysisin order toprovide patients with the highest level of diagnosis and treatment. The Microbiology delivered from the Manchester Royal Infirmary site employs around 130 staff and has a workload of approximately 1.2 million specimens. The department embraces all aspects of a modern clinical bacteriology service combining traditional methodologies with laboratory automation.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will act as a registered Biomedical who provides scientific services to patients and clients as an aid to clinical diagnosis of microbiological disease.Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
To perform a range of bacteriological technical and scientific activities, including testing samples referred from other NHS and UKHSA laboratories.
Utilising theappropriate testing, andin a timely manner, toassistthe Consultant Microbiologists, and thus ensure the correct clinical diagnosis.
Toassist in any UKHSA co-ordinated response or activity of a national/international nature, e.g. Bioterrorism incident or a major disease e.g. COVID, SARS, H5N1 influenza, Enteric outbreak etc..

Main duties of the job
The Care Coordinator within an acute care ward will be responsible for coordinating aspects of patient care including liaison with other agencies both internal and external to CWP.
The post holder will be the central coordination point forward based multi-disciplinary activity, organising and supporting with ongoing regular meetings to facilitate progress to recovery and discharge with relevant CWP team members, relatives and carers and other external agencies.
