Job summary

Administration time is built into each session to support completion of blood results, repeat prescriptions, correspondence and other clinical duties.

Main duties of the job
Main Duties
To support adequate programmes of SI courses so as to meet the requirements identified in the Trusts Risk Management and Training Needs Analysis
To assist in maintaining an up-to-date database of staff attendance on SI courses.
Organise and facilitate a range of SI courses, safely and effectively in line with Health & Safety legislation, Trust values and RRN Training Standards.
Work with others to staff following incidents, including debriefing and critical incident analysis, when requested.
Attend meetings, compile reports, and provide verbal feedback as required on issues within areas of responsibility as directed by SI lead trainer or Matron for Restrictive Practice.
To be involved in continual professional development to ensure courses and skills reflect best practice and meet Trust and legal obligations.

This is a vibrant team covering London, Luton and Bedford areas in providing a variety of non-restrictive and restrictive intervention training programmes to staff working in different client group services. The team's aim is to provide quality participatory training that is respectful and responds to clinical area needs.

We are seeking a fixed term - Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, to join the Southwark Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service for a fixed term period (9 months) due to maternity leave for the permanent post holder.

Consultant Ophthalmologist with special interest in Paediatrics
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are looking to recruit a Substantive Consultant Ophthalmologist with a special interest in Paediatrics although general clinics and cataract lists are included. The post holder should become involved in all aspects of the department's work including teaching, audit, elective, and trauma care.
The post holder is expected to be well experienced with cataract surgeries, including complex cases. The post holder should also have expertise in emergency ophthalmic procedures, laser treatments, intraocular and periocular trauma and endophthalmitis, ROP screening, strabismus, amblyopia and congenital management.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates shortlisted for the role will be invited to attend both a Stakeholder Interview and an Advisory Appointments Committee (AAC) Interview. Main duties of the job
General Duties

Main duties of the job
Our Salaried GP could expect to be issued a workplan upon joining the Practice of which would consist of appointment lists which would include a combination of face to face, telephone, video consultations, home visits and in time online consultations. We would look for the Salaried GP to have a list holding mentality, offering continuity and ongoing case management alongside associated administrative workloads including management of results, meds management and all other associated patient admin.
As a Practice that is very keen on education and development, we would be looking for support to the many medical student placements and allocations that we take and are keen to look to develop the training practice aspects of our Practice over time of which there is opportunity to be part of we also welcome applications from any GPs that currently educational / clinical supervisors presently.
You would work closely and be supported by our GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, Physician Associates, alongside our Primary Care Network colleagues of Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioner, First Contact Physio, Social, Health & Wellbeing Practitioners, and Care Home Teams. We have a vacancy for a Salaried GP to join our team due to a growing list size.
Initially the post would be for a 6 month fixed term contract which will be reviewed prior to the 6 month contract end date with potential to extend and increase session numbers.

Job summary
The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will provide autonomous clinical care across NEMS urgent care services. The role is designed to provide a true mix of telephone and face-to-face consultations, supporting patients across Integrated Urgent Care Services, urgent treatment centres and other agreed service models.
The post holder will be an experienced registered clinician, able to assess, diagnose, treat, refer and discharge patients with undifferentiated urgent care presentations. They will work within their professional registration, agreed scope of practice, NEMS policies and local clinical pathways.
Telephone consultations will usually be undertaken within Integrated Urgent Care Services. Following induction, and where agreed by the service, some telephone consultation work may be undertaken remotely from home, provided that the post holder is meeting agreed KPIs, quality standards, governance requirements and information governance expectations.
Face-to-face work will include assessment and management of patients presenting to NEMS urgent treatment services. The post holder will be expected to recognise serious illness, clinical deterioration, safeguarding concerns, mental health risk and presentations requiring escalation or transfer to another service.
Main duties of the job
Clinical Practice and Service Delivery
Work as an autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner across NEMS urgent care services, providing both telephone and face-to-face consultations.

Thornbury Road Centre for Health is a friendly and supportive GP practice in Isleworth, serving a patient population of over 9,000.
We are looking for a motivated Salaried GP to join our established clinical team for 4 to 6 sessions per week ( 13- months Maternity Cover).
This is a temporary 13 month maternity cover position, running from 1st March 2027 to 1st April 2028.
We are based in purpose built premises with staff parking and work closely with our Brentford and Isleworth Primary Care Network. Our clinical team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, nurse practitioners and healthcare assistants, with additional support from PCN colleagues including a clinical pharmacist, paramedic, dietitian, physician associate and social prescriber.

Main duties of the job

Each session is 4 hours and 10 minutes long and will consist of face-to-face and telephone appointments with home visits when required. The successful candidate will also be expected to do associated admin tasks and queries such as medicines management, test results and queries. The position would include on call duties on a pro-rata basis.

The post involves working in the inpatient ward teams under the supervision of Infectious diseases Consultants, and in the Hospital for Tropical Diseases outpatient clinics. Main duties of the job
The key responsibility is to work in the Hospital Tropical Diseases outpatient department, and inpatient infection service at UCLH. This provides unparalleled experience of managing tropical and imported infections as well as complex UK acquired infection. The post includes attendance at the rich program of learning and training opportunities throughout the week.
Additionally, the successful candidates will be on SpR the on-call rota for Infectious Diseases at registrar level this, including ward cover for ID inpatients, and admitting referrals to ID from the Emergency Department, as well as providing advice over the phone to referring hospitals with the support of the on call consultant. Job summary
HUC is seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (Nurses and Paramedics with V300 Non-medical Prescribing) to join our urgent and unscheduled care services, delivering high-quality clinical care across both Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Service pathways. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled clinician to work autonomously within a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team, providing timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for patients with urgent and unscheduled healthcare needs.
The role offers a varied clinical caseload across telephone, remote, and face-to-face consultations, requiring advanced assessment, clinical reasoning, and decision-making skills. You will play a key role in ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate service and receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. This position is well suited to an adaptable practitioner who is committed to clinical excellence, professional development, and contributing to the delivery of responsive urgent care services.
Main duties of the job
- Undertake autonomous clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge of patients across both OOH and CAS services.
- Manage a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries, including ENT and ophthalmic presentations, in line with evidence-based practice.
- Provide telephone, remote, and face-to-face consultations, including effective triage, streaming, and prioritisation according to clinical need.
- Recognise and escalate acutely unwell patients, safeguarding concerns, or patients requiring urgent or emergency intervention.
- Prescribe, review, and recommend treatment options in accordance with professional competence and local governance arrangements.
- Offer clear, compassionate advice and health education to support self-care and patient understanding.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient, and coordinated care, while maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to audit, quality improvement, and service development.
