These are required to cover shifts across 24 hours 7 days a week.
We have opportunities to work in the following areas; Moseley Hall Hospital, West Heath Hospital and Intermediate Care Centres
If you are an NMC registered adult nurse, with relevant skills and experience to support us in providing Best Care: Healthy Communities
Main duties of the job
You would have responsibility for the assessment of individual patient care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be expected to contribute to the setting and maintenance of achievable standards of patient care and quality outcomes.
Recruitment DBS Update
With effect from 6 January 2026, all new employees who require a DBS as part of their role and current employees who require a new DBS or different level of DBS, will be recharged for the cost. Costs will only be recovered where individuals are not already paying this directly through the annual DBS Update Service.
For substantive employees, the Trust will continue to pay for the DBS as part of pre-employment checks where necessary and these costs will be recovered in three equal monthly instalments from the monthly salary.
Deductions for bank workers will be made weekly upon completion of mandatory training when payment is made and before any shifts can be worked.

The roles are based at Moseley Hall Hospital, West Heath Hospital and West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre, but this role is with a view to be mainly based at West Heath Hospital. This offers the chance to work flexibly as required within Trust Facilities.
The Senior Housekeeper will work as part of a team providing high quality facilities service to patients, staff and visitors.
This will include working closely with the Housekeeping and Catering Supervisors.
Main duties of the job
The Housekeeping and Cleaning Service will enhance the patient's experience by ensuring that the clinical environment is presented and maintained in a way which maximises the patient's sense of comfort, safety and wellbeing
Catering Services assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages to patients, staff and visitors throughout Trust owned properties

BCHC are now looking to support adult student nurses to work as Bank Health Care Support Workers providing care to our patients in our inpatient settings.
Joining the bank as a student nurse will give you first-hand healthcare experience to provide person centred care and will allow you to work flexibly around your studies/ placements. Being a Bank Worker will give you the opportunity to experience different ward areas and identify areas of expertise or specialities which you enjoy.
You decide where you would like to work and the shifts that suit your individual needs, based on shift availability. These will be at at Moseley Hall Hospital, West Heath Hospital and our Intermediate Care Centres , covering 24 hours 7 days per week.
Main duties of the job
You will work with a variety of disciplines within the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients promoting their independence and wellbeing. This will be under the supervision and guidance of a registered nurse.
- To assist the patients with their individual activities of daily living as required. This will include washing, dressing, bathing, oral hygiene, food and nutrition, toileting, nail care, grooming, safety and maintaining an environment conducive to sleep.
- To contribute to the moving and handling of patients to maximize their physical comfort and to enhance their rehabilitation and independence
- To ensure that all visitors to the ward are approached in a helpful and welcoming manner and referred to the most appropriate person to answer their query.
- To respect the diverse cultural, ethnic and religious preferences of patients, to promote equality in care and service delivery.

The Therapy Hub is a community based team comprising occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation technicians, rehabilitation assistants and administrative support.

Birmingham Community Healthcare Foundation Trust Community Dental Services have an exciting vacancy for a Patient Services Administrator, working at Birmingham Community Dental Clinics.
The role provides administrative support to our patients. From booking appointments, issuing letters, and answering patient queries to co-ordinating outpatient clinics and supporting our clinical colleagues.
Main duties of the job
To be the first point of contact for Birmingham based Dental clinics.
To work flexibly within the dental team providing high quality dental care for a wide spectrum of patients.
The post holder will carry out clerical and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the dental service. The post holder will be responsible for the management of their own workload and will be expected to develop and maintain up to date knowledge of all services within Specialty Management Groups which will enable them to deal with any service related queries.
This is a multi-skilled and multi-tasked role therefore the post holder will be expected to be flexible and rotate with other team members thereby ensuring cover across other Specialty Management Groups and Locations as and when required.
