Main duties of the job
The Ambulance Training & Community Response Services (ATCoRS) Tutor/Provider will play an essential role in generating income through the delivery of accredited and certificated first aid and medical emergency training. Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Band 4 Administrator, working 37.5 hrs across Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, as a member of the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Administration Team, to assist in providing a high level of confidential administrative and minute taking support to the Business & Performance Manager and Service Manager in the implementation, delivery and co-ordination of the locally deployed CRHTT services, service specification and Trust objectives. The post holder will also assist the Business & Performance Lead with collating data for information and performance requirements.
You will be joining a very dedicated administrative team. This senior role is invaluable for the smooth running and efficiency of the overall service. You will need to be highly organised and able to work well under pressure. Although this is a very demanding role you will be working with a very dedicated and forward-thinking team and you will be able to play a key role in the ongoing provision and development of service.
Main duties of the job
- You will need to work flexibly in response to service need across multiple sites

Job summary
The post holder is primarily employed to provide emergency repairs and routine maintenance of the NHS Trust's fleet of over 700 emergency and non-emergency vehicles.

Main duties of the job
The post holder is required to carry out efficiently and to the required manufacturers and Trust standards, the servicing, repair and maintenance of a range of vehicles from various vehicle manufacturers. This work is normally undertaken in the Trust Workshops but may be carried out at Trust stations or roadside locations, as the need arises.
In addition, the post holder will undertake maintenance and repair on vehicles and various items of specialised equipment as per accreditation, carrying out welding (arc/mig/gas) and fabricating work and reproduce/fabricate, construct the part that is no longer available as required and where appropriate, seek advice on the specification of the part to be produced to ensure that it is fit for purpose and meets Health & Safety requirements.
The post holder is responsible to the Workshop Managers for day to day work allocation and supervision (but able to make own decisions in the absence of the Workshop Manger, make necessary arrangements and order parts where deputising for the Workshop Manager and is accountable to senior Managers in the Fleet department.

There are currently 3 Cardiac Catheter labs and 1 procedure room. A few of the services provided include diagnostic coronary angiography & coronary intervention services (including primary angioplasty for patients suffering ST Elevation myocardial infarction), electrophysiology & ablation service that aims to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias, implantable devices (complex and simple pacemakers and internal defibrillators). We provide 24/7 care to our patients to ensure that any patient that requires percutaneous coronary intervention, is able to undergo this treatment as per NICE guidelines.

Clinical Research:

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join the North West Leicestershire GP Federation to support the Primary Care Network, as part of our Clinical Pharmacist Team. Clinical Pharmacists are supported and mentored by our Senior Clinical Pharmacist and Leadership Team, and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing environment. You would be supported to develop your role and to become a non-medical prescriber, if not already. The post holder will be employed by North West Leicestershire Federation and this position would be based at Long Lane Surgery and Whitwick Road Surgery.
Main duties of the job
You will take responsibility for medicines management, clinical medication reviews, improving prescribing processes and patient safety alerts. The post holder will be the primary support to general practice staff with regards to drugs monitoring, helping to support the repeat prescription system and dispensing team. You will work with the wider GP Federation Pharmacy team and will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking team. This is an opportunity to develop yourself, and successful candidates will be required and supported to enrol onto (if not already completed) CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy education pathway and, following this, an Independent Prescribing qualification.

Job summary
This is an established post into the Luton Community Mental Health Team Structure. The post will complement the current structure of consultant and trainee psychiatrists within the community mental health teams covering Bedfordshire and Luton.
The post holder will support the multidisciplinary team in the management of patients with mental health needs not on CPA and those patients subject to CPA, as envisaged in relevant NICE Guidance (at present). The post-holder will work with an MDT including pharmacy, psychology, social work, CPN colleagues, and trainees. Post holder will clinically lead the Team, overseeing the delivery of care under CPA and non-CPA, for a cohort of patients registered with certain primary care clinical networks.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will:
- Provide consultant leadership to the Luton CMHT.
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and management of issues relating to mental and physical health for adults with acute and severe mental illness in the community (over 18 years) so that intensive and timely treatment can be delivered to prevent chronicity and dependency on psychiatric services.
- Attend and be the clinical leader of weekly MDT meetings, supported by the team operational lead.
- Provide clinical advice and guidance to primary care physicians to manage patients in the least restrictive environment
- Undertake all work in the context of the recovery approach which is emphasised across the Trust, placing the service user at the centre of planning and decision making.
- Fulfil Responsibilities as a Psychiatrist approved under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act 1983, where relevant.
- The service has a KPI targets and a requirement to meet them. The post holder will work with the Team manager to ensure the targets are met.
- Provide support and training to other health care professionals and support service users through the care pathway as required

West London NHS Trust provides forensic mental health services across secure inpatient, community and court diversion settings. Serving eight boroughs in North West London, the Trust also delivers nationally commissioned secure services. West London Forensic Services has been selected by NHS England to develop an innovative model of care supporting the discharge and community reintegration of people with learning disabilities and/or autism from secure forensic settings.
As part of this specialist team, you will support a highly specialised psychology service for people with learning disabilities and/or autism who have a forensic history and are living in the community or transitioning from secure care. Under the supervision of a qualified psychologist, you will undertake psychological assessments, contribute to formulations, and deliver direct and indirect interventions.
You will also contribute to teaching, training, audit and service evaluation. We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a full time permanent Band 3 Screening Officer within the District Nursing Contact Centre.
This opportunity has arisen at an exciting time of development for the team and offers an ideal opportunity to contribute towards and be a part of its evolution.
You will provide a comprehensive support service to the District Nursing Team which is an integral part of the Adult Community Services Division with the Integrated Care Directorate.
You will be responsible for the processing of new referrals and discharging patients via the relevant trust systems. You will be responsible for managing the relevant team Microsoft Outlook inboxes and relaying messages to the clinical co-ordinators in a timely manner.
The service runs Monday to Sunday between the hours of 08:00-18:00 and you will work 5 shifts per week between these hours and days.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a customer friendly, responsive service at all times ensuring all contacts are dealt with confidentially and sensitively
- To screen and process District Nursing referrals by booking clinic appointments or arranging home visits, in a timely and effective manner, following the correct escalation policy when required.
- You will need to input patient information and/ or referrals accurately and efficiently into various database systems and be able to demonstrate attention to detail when handling sensitive personal data.
- You will be required to be an effective team player and be able to work on your own initiative, with excellent organisational skills, prioritising your own workload when necessary.
- To use a range of communication skills to develop excellent working relationships with staff in the team and other users of the service.
- Receive and respond to a range of enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- To alert the clinicians promptly to urgent referrals and other patient information and to understand and implement escalation processes should they be required
- To deal with patient enquiries with tact and diplomacy
- To prioritise and action incoming and outgoing mail, including email, with the timely dissemination of information as required.
- To demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively using alternative methods when required in order to prevent barriers between staff and patients.

Job summary
We are looking for organised and dynamic Administrators to join our Allied Health Professional Administration Team in Oldham.
The role will involve providing a high quality and comprehensive secretarial/administrative service to support several of our clinical teams, potentially at more than one base. The role include the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
Providing administrative support for musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy services. The role includes making and receiving calls to coordinate effective running of the busy outpatient clinics. Referrals come from a number of sources, including self-referral and need to be efficiently processed to maintain well-organised running of clinics which take place at a number of sites.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external contacts using a variety of methods. You will also ensure that the highest standards are maintained in line with the Trust's policies and procedures.
