An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join the team at our Bolton Workshop.
The role of NWAS Fleet Supervisor is to manage, supervise and control the day-to-day running of the fleet workshop and staff, including vehicle technicians, apprentices, fleet drivers and workshop assistants. Ensure all Trust vehicles (Petrol / Diesel / Hybrid and EV) are serviced, repaired and maintained to the Trust and DVSA's exacting standards.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant must hold a recognised apprenticeship e.g. Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience along with NVQ or C&G Level 3 qualifications. Diploma or Certificate in vehicle workshop management, general management, or evidence of relevant supervisory experience. A full UK driving license is essential for this post along with having full category C1 entitlement.
Working in a modern workshop environment, our fleet supervisor's benefit from significant levels of training, job satisfaction, and an opportunity to progress their current skill sets and CPD whilst beingsupported by a dedicated management team structure, ensuring our teams have everything available to maximize vehicle throughput, reduced workshop delays and minimal supply chain frustrations.
With over 1185 vehicles across the entire NWAS Fleet, each day offers variety.
Operational requirements for the workshops cover 365 days per year via a rotating shift pattern which attracts an additional salary uplift of approximately 12.5% on top of the basic salary banding.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.
Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.
We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Job summary
Are you a compassionate, experienced, and motivated healthcare worker looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking Healthcare Support Workers to join our dynamic and dedicated Physical Health Inpatient Wards in Lymington and Romsey Hospital.
Lymington New Forest Hospital is a large modern community hospital providing five in-patient wards including a stroke rehabilitation unit and medical assessment unit.
There are two wards at Romsey Hospital with 19 beds in total. Our aim is to rehabilitate or re-able people to return to their own homes within two weeks of their admission/transfer, or where people are not able to return home to have undertaken appropriate assessment and liaised with relevant services
In this role, you will work as a core member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), delivering high-quality, holistic, and safe patient-centred care. Working under the guidance and supervision of Registered Nurses, and alongside delivering fundamental patient care, you will take on clinical responsibilities to assist in the monitoring, treatment, and recovery of acute physical health inpatients.

Main duties of the job
Implement delegated care plans under the supervision of a registered professional. Provide essential personal care (hygiene, nutrition, mobility, sleep). Perform and record clinical observations, including NEWS2 vital signs, venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring, simple wound dressings, urinalysis, and cannula or catheter removal.
Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients, relatives, and colleagues using a trauma-informed approach. Address barriers to understanding (e.g., physical or mental health conditions) using empathy and reassurance. Build strong relationships across departments while strictly maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Monitor and assess patient comfort and conditions through test results or observation. Safely identify potential clinical deterioration, signs of distress, or vulnerability/abuse, initiating emergency procedures and escalating appropriately to a registered nurse to maintain safety.
Manage competing demands, organise your own day-to-day work tasks, and carry out duties within your scope of practice. Engage patients in meaningful everyday living activities and therapeutic interventions, and participate in audits or surveys as required.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date manual and electronic patient records, including clinical observations, position charts, and fluid intake, in line with Trust policy.

As a Band 7 Radiographer, you will be expected to rotate across both modalities, provide senior clinical support within the department, manage the work area when required and offer professional advice and supervision to radiographers, students and radiographic assistants. The role includes responsibility for maintaining safe clinical standards, supporting patient flow, reviewing image quality and contributing to the daily running of CT and MRI services.
The post holder will also contribute to the development of radiology services across the Trust, supporting audit, quality assurance, training and service improvement. There will be opportunities to take on line management responsibilities, including rostering, appraisal, staff development, performance management and sickness absence management.
Main duties of the job
Delivering high-quality MRI and CT examinations, ensuring appropriate patient preparation, positioning, image quality and adherence to departmental protocols.
Assessing imaging referrals, acting as an IR(ME)R Operator and working within delegated Practitioner responsibilities where applicable.
Administering IV contrast, including cannulation, use of pressure injectors and assessment of patient suitability for contrast examinations.
Maintain ILS competency and provide an immediate response to clinical emergencies, including recognising deterioration and initiating appropriate emergency care.
Providing senior clinical support and leadership within the department, including supervising junior radiographers, students and radiographic assistants.
Reviewing image quality, identifying urgent or unexpected findings and ensuring appropriate escalation before the patient leaves the department.
Supporting audit, equipment quality assurance, protocol review, staff training and service development across CT and MRI.

The Royal Free Ophthalmic services are located across 6 clinical sites based across London. You will be required to work in an outpatient or day surgery setting at Royal Free Hospital . .

Main duties of the job

We are seeking to employ a Therapeutic Radiographer to be part of the team of radiotherapists on the treatment units at the Kent Oncology Centre.
At Kent Oncology Centre we operate as one team across our two sites at Maidstone and Canterbury.
We are equipped with nine linacs including seven Truebeams, two Halcyons . HDR is delivered at Maidstone with treatment radiographers rotating through the service. Consultant Palliative Radiographers and MacMillan specialists support the teams on both sites.
As a Therapeutic Radiographer you will be part of the team delivering a range of techniques including SABR, DIBH, VMAT and IGRT.
The post will be linked to a professional development package which will assist the post holder to progress through a career pathway.
Previous experience within image evaluation and knowledge of IGRT techniques would be an advantage. Students qualifying this year are welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job
To act as part of a team in the treatment process ensuring the highest professional and technical standards are set and maintained.
To provide a patient focused service within the team
To undertake radiotherapeutic procedures efficiently and to treat patients with ionising radiation within a timely manner in accordance with prescribed protocols, radiation control measures and medico-legal requirements.
You will be expected to undertake imaging assessment for all sites using both KV and CBCT imaging modalities
To plan and organise daily work and some complex activities or programmes for an area of practice, some of which may be ongoing.
To be aware and report any variances in the performance of equipment by the normal reporting system.
When necessary to cover emergency duties in accordance with the Department Policy.
To attend Departmental meetings.
To identify and report any possible risks.

Main duties of the job
As a Night Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will;

We are seeking to appoint a motivated Consultant Community Paediatrician, to take the lead as Named Doctor- Children We Care For (Looked After Children) and to join a dynamic community paediatric team, based in Crawley and Horsham Child Development Centre, in Crawley, West Sussex.
The successful applicants will join a team of 9 consultants, to participate in all aspects of community paediatric work. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team offering high-quality care for children with a wide range of developmental needs. The team are actively involved in training and there are paediatric trainees at the Child Development Centre. This centre was purpose built in 2022 and is well equpipped with modern facilities to promote a child/ young people and family friendly environment for multidisciplinary working.
The team at the Crawley and Horsham Child Development Centre is part of Sussex Community Foundation Trust (SCFT) wider Child Development Service, consisting of three other CDCs. There are opportunities for joint working and professional development and networking with over 20 consultant paediatric colleagues across the Trust.
This post is suitable for either Community Paediatric or Neurodisability Paediatricians. This post is also open to paediatric trainees who will be within six months of CCT from date of interview.Interview Date set for 23rd October 2026
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have a lead role as Named Doctor for Children We Care For (Looked After Children) and will carry a neurodevelopmental/ neurodisability caseload. They will be encouraged and supported to undertake further training when in post if needed. You will be expected to work within the multidisciplinary team, to provide a comprehensive community paediatric service. There are close links with CAMHS, East Surrey Hospital, University Hospitals Sussex, and with Education and Social Services within West Sussex. There is a requirement for the post holder to support the teaching of medical students from Brighton and Sussex Medical School, and in supervising paediatric trainees. They will participate in quality improvement, and peer review activities within the department.
There is not an out of hours on-call commitment but we operate a Weekday, 9am-5pm Safeguarding on-call rota.
The post offers regular SPA time and supports continued professional development.

An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join the South Finance team leading our financial reporting and analysis team.
The Finance team oversee the financial performance of the systems, ICBs and Trusts within the South East Region system, providing the necessary advice, guidance, support and challenge as appropriate. Main duties of the job
Take the lead responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information within the South East region ensuring that the financial reporting and analysis team develop and implement best practice in financial reporting.
Develop financial reporting in the South East region to enable understanding of trends in financial performance and triangulating financial positions with other sources of assurance.
Provide advice and prepare strategic reports and briefings for directors and stakeholders as required including in depth analysis, interpretation and production of complex and multiple reports including financial returns.
Be the subject matter expert in relation to national changes in reporting and analysis and responsible for disseminating best practice across the South East region.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Superintendent Radiographer (Diagnostic) to join the Imaging leadership team at The Royal Marsden.
This senior role combines leadership of x-ray services across Chelsea, Sutton and Cavendish Square with Trust-wide responsibility for radiology education, workforce development and clinical supervision.
As Lead Diagnostic Radiographer, you will provide clinical and professional leadership for x-ray, fluoroscopy, mobile/theatre and dental imaging services, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety and quality. You will lead service improvement and standardisation, working closely with radiologists, radiographers, physicists, educators and multidisciplinary teams. As Radiology Education Lead, you will oversee education and workforce development, including training, supervision, CPD, advanced practice and career pathways. You will also work with universities, apprenticeship providers and regional imaging networks to support future workforce needs.
We are seeking an HCPC-registered radiographer with substantial senior diagnostic radiography experience, Master's-level study (or equivalent expertise) and evidence of ongoing CPD. Main duties of the job
Provide clinical leadership for all x-ray, fluoroscopy, dental, mobile/theatre imaging services, and any future x-ray modalities across all Trust sites. Act as the lead radiographer for service development, clinical excellence and educational visits, and liaise with referrers to ensure the most appropriate imaging examination is selected for each patient.
Ensure the timely, efficient and patient-centred delivery of x-ray services across multiple sites and imaging systems, making best use of available resources. Support staffing arrangements, including on-call provision, and assist the Radiology Services Manager with the operational management of the Imaging Department.
Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, relatives and colleagues, providing a professional, welcoming and supportive service. Receive and guide patients attending for investigations and ensure relevant previous imaging is available for comparison to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Support the Radiology Services Manager and imaging leadership team with workforce planning, recruitment and retention initiatives. Review staffing requirements before vacancies are advertised and contribute to the selection of new team members. Line manage Practice Educators and x-ray staff, support Clinical Supervisors within training programmes, and oversee the supervision, training and development of staff in line with departmental and organisational objectives.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The post holder will provide an efficient reception service to our patients, doctors and nursing teams. The tasks will include front of house reception, telephone duties and other administrative duties. The work will involve use of telephones, computerised systems including appointments, filing and general surgery assistance. The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and the general public so it is essential that they present a professional and caring image of the practice and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. This is a responsible role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reception and Administrative Duties
Prepare premises punctually in the morning
Receive and direct patients, assisting frail, elderly, less mobile patients or any patient as appropriate
Answer the telephone courteously and efficiently, taking and recording messages accurately
Operate the appointment system as directed; take requests for bookings and home visits and record these on clinicians lists
Make necessary arrangements for repeat prescriptions, blood tests, X Rays and hospital transport
Assemble items for hospital and health authority transport
Open, sort, process and distribute mail
To maintain delegated QOF areas as given by the Operations Manager
Receive private fee payments and issue receipts
File correspondence, keeping paper medical records in appropriate condition
Update computerised records as required
Undertake additional administrative tasks as requested
Prepare consulting rooms before and after surgery
Lock and secure premises at night as and when directed, checking that the telephone system has transferred correctly to the Out of Hours service
Report to the Operations lead any matter affecting patient confidentiality, safety or security.
- General Responsibilities
All staff are expected to comply with practice policy and protocol.
All staff are expected to dress smartly and professionally and in the uniform which is provided.
All staff receive "on-the-job" training from experienced Receptionists. In addition all staff are required to attend all Statutory & Mandatory training courses which include annual Basic Life Support as instructed by the Operations Lead. The post-holder will attend relevant training as identified either at appraisal or to meet the requirements of the practice. It is expected that the knowledge and skills acquired from attendance at such training will be shared and applied within the practice.
- Receptionists will monitor reception areas for cleanliness and tidiness and take action as required, helping to ensure that patient waiting areas are welcoming and give a good impression of the practice. Ensure premises are kept clean and tidy during the day; tidy and sort notices and leaflets in waiting areas; discard old or damaged items where necessary.
- It is important that all members of practice staff are flexible and prepared to adapt and take on additional duties or to relinquish existing duties in order to maintain efficient running of the practice. The Directors and the Management team reserve the right to redistribute duties and functions amongst staff from time to time based on service needs and the existing skills of the post holders.
- The post holder is expected to personally comply with the statutory provisions of health and safety at work legislation and local policy and to always work in a safe manner and not to put self or others at risk.
- It is a requirement that all employees of the practice comply with the rules of confidentiality pertaining to patients, staff and business information.

- In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust us with, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their health and other matters. They do so in confidence and have the right to expect that staff will respect their privacy and act appropriately
- In the performance of the duties outlined in this Job Description, the post-holder may have access to confidential information relating to patients and their carers, Practice staff and other healthcare workers. They may also have access to information relating to the Practice as a business organisation. All such information from any source is to be regarded as strictly confidential
- Information relating to patients, carers, colleagues, other healthcare workers or the business of the Practice may only be divulged to authorised persons in accordance with the Practice policies and procedures relating to confidentiality and the protection of personal and sensitive data

- Using appropriate infection control procedures, maintaining work areas in a tidy and safe way and free from hazards

We currently looking for a Support Time Recovery Worker Band 3 to join us as an essential contribution to our MDT.
Nationally it has been recognised that rehabilitation is an important clinical area that supports longer term recovery for people experiencingcomplex psychotic illnesses.
The Community Rehab Team (CRT West) work to support people to reach an optimum level of function; re-establishing connections within their chosen communities and engagement in meaningful activities of work or leisure. STR workers are an essential part of this work.
You will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team that may include Mental Health Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychology Assistants, Support Time Recovery Workers, Employment Specialists, Social Workers, Care Managers, Admin Assistants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Medical Staffing.
The CRT West is based at Forston Clinic. We offer a pan Dorset service (bar BCP) and as such all staff will be provided with appropriate IT equipment to support their role and enable capacity to work at a variety of locations.
Working hours for this post are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, flexibility will be considered.
Main duties of the job
You will be part of a community multi-disciplinary team, providing rehab focused mental health care that supports people to manage more independently at home and in their communities.
A car driver with own car and full licence is an essential criteria as you will be providing community based care across West Dorset.
As part of the mental health rehab team you will be supported to provide interventions that are focused on an individual's own goals, increase participation and independence with social, leisure and work activities and managing their own mental and physical health.
You will work with an allocated group of people, alongside a named clinician, promoting recovery and social inclusion and facilitating participation in their preferred community activities and make a real difference by supporting people on their recovery journey

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ability to travel across Dorset to provide community-based care
