We are looking for someone who is impartial, open minded with, administrative and analytical skills and has the confidence to ask questions to gain a better understanding of an issue.
The post holder will have the capability and knowledge to support the administration of meetings and have the ability to master a new brief and deliver it with confidence, believing in your presentation ability. You will be passionate and willing to contribute to the culture of learning and safety in the organisation and ready to make a difference.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide comprehensive administration support to the Head of Patient Safety Incident Management using knowledge and experience of a full range of administrative procedures and software functions.
The post holder may, at times, come into contact with highly emotional and distressing situations and information. This must be dealt with in a confidential and appropriate manner, which may include liaison with service users and their families/carers, taking action where and when necessary.
The post holder will play a key role in the day to day organisation/updating of the department's administrative databases.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
As a Mental Health Triage Clinician, you will be one of the first points of contact for people accessing urgent mental health support through NHS 111.
You will complete telephone-based mental health triage, gathering relevant information to understand the person's current presentation, level of need, risk and any immediate concerns. You will use this information to support safe decision-making and ensure people are directed to the most appropriate service or support.
The role will involve identifying and responding to concerns around mental health risk, safeguarding, physical health, social circumstances, medication, substance use and available support networks.
You will use relevant Trust IT systems to accurately document triage assessments, risk information, decisions, outcomes, safety advice and onward referrals in a clear and timely way.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre (BHOC) as a Locum Consultant Medical Oncologist specialising in breast and urological cancers for a 12-month fixed-term appointment.
BHOC is one of the UK's leading comprehensive cancer centres, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across the South West. The centre brings together a wide range of specialist services including systemic anti-cancer therapies, radiotherapy, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, haematology, palliative care, clinical psychology, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), and adolescent and young adult cancer services.
The successful candidate will join established multidisciplinary teams within a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities to contribute to service development, teaching, and research within a highly regarded oncology service.
Main duties of the job
Clinical: The successful candidate will be expected to comply with all relevant Trust policies relating to administration of patient care. This includes working to set timescales for the triage of referrals, the completion of discharge summaries prior to patients being discharged, following the specified process for the management of patients that do not attend (DNA) their appointment or admission, and the completion of all paperwork deemed necessary to support the management of their patients within agreed timescales. Consultants are also expected to work with service managers and clinical colleagues to manage their caseload in a flexible way, to ensure both clinical, national and local priorities, such as maximum waiting times for referral to treatment, are achieved.
Management and Leadership Responsibilities: The management responsibility of the post-holder will be to the Clinical Chair who is responsible to the Chief Executive and Trust Board.
Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance: The successful appointee is expected to take a full role in the delivery of the Trust's wide agenda for Governance. The Trust believes in an open learning environment with a clear risk management strategy that allows innovation and improvement in care whilst placing patient safety at the centre of our values. The Consultant will take an active part in the department audit arrangements.

We are currently seeking an experienced GP Plus Practitioner, at Band 6 to work via a Bank Contract, based in Stevenage for our Primary Care Mental Health Service. You will be joining our Temporary Staffing Team within HPFT - Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
The role of the GP Plus Practitioner will be to work across the interface between Primary Care and Mental Health Services to work alongside the service manager(s) to facilitate mental health assessment in primary care and support GPs about decision making in relation to secondary care referrals, support transition of service users from the care of secondary mental health services back to Primary Care and to facilitate re-access where appropriate.
The post holder will do this by providing consultation, support, education and problem-solving approaches to the Local Primary Care Teams particularly in the area of assessment and management of mental health problems in adults of working age.

There are approximately 10,000 deliveries across the two sites. These posts are part of a workforce expansion to facilitate the uplift of SJUH to a Level 2 (LNU) neonatal unit. Our St James’s NNU where this job is based has 18 cots with a stabilisation space for babies unexpectedly requiring intensive care. There is a transitional care ward (13 beds) attached which admits infants of 33 weeks gestational age and above. Babies requiring intensive care are transferred to the LGI unit which cares for the full range of medical, surgical and cardiac neonatal intensive care. There are 24 cots on NNU including 13 ICU and 10 surgical. There is a fully integrated specialist neonatal surgical service with joint care provided by medical and surgical consultants in the intensive and high dependency areas. The Leeds Neonatal service is award winning and leading the field in family integrated care, infection prevention and benefits from a well-established Outreach Service. The service is also supported by a comprehensive AHP team. The Neonatal Service is also very active in its participation in research and is part of a number of large national trials. Are you a compassionate phlebotomist? Our Weymouth and Portland Community Team based at Weymouth Community Hospital are looking for a Community Phlebotomist to join their experienced team.
As the Community Phlebotomist you will support the DN and Anticoagulation teams and housebound patients with their venepuncture requirements. You will be able to work autonomously and manage your own workload (with support). You will be expected to visit patients in their own homes to take required bloods tests and deliver them back to the collection points in a timely manner.
The Community Phlebotomist is a part time role of 24 hours per week, 4 days a week, Monday to Friday. We like to promote a positive work life balance; we can be flexible with how working hours can be met. This includes start and finish times to support childcare/carers responsibilities. Hours can be discussed further at interview stage. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we can provide an opportunity for you to develop your clinical skills and experience in a supportive team, with regular supervision and appraisals. Main duties of the job

Experience

- Extensive post-registration clinical experience performing echocardiograms to BSE standards.
- Significant knowledge and practical application of clinical governance, together with evidence of continuing professional development.
Desirable
- Experience working within a cardiac catheter laboratory, including assisting with temporary and permanent pacing, angiography, electrophysiological studies and PCI.
- Experience in one or more of the following: ETT/TILT, Stress Echo, Holter monitoring or blood pressure monitoring analysis, together with experience of change or productivity management.
