Job summary
We are looking to offer a secondment into the mental health network community lead pharmacist role for 12 months due to the current postholder taking a career break. You would be part of the pharmacy leadership team accountable to the Chief Pharmacist and supported by the wider supportive team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead the management, development and delivery of the clinical pharmacy service and team to the Mental Health Network- community services with a focus on ensuring quality clinical pharmacy services are adequately aligned to patient need.
You will act as a clinical role model for clinical pharmacists working in the Mental Health Network- community services and demonstrate the ability to provide safe, clinically effective and cost efficient use of medicines in patients across all Mental Health Network- community services

Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a full time, substantive Consultant with an interest in Lower Limb surgery to work within the directorate of Trauma and Orthopaedics.
We welcome applications from the full spectrum of experience - those about to complete specialist training to those who have established careers.
Subspeciality interest in hip & knee arthroplasty is required. Experience in management of metastatic bone disease would be advantageous
Main duties of the job
We expect this person to help deliver and network the Orthopaedic service within Lancashire. This includes:
- Undertaking elective and fracture outpatient clinic
- Elective and trauma operating sessions
- Ward round duties and associated administration
On call duties are 1:8 week of on call shared with a colleague alternating days. All other weeks are based on elective activity and an occasional trauma list. The successful applicant will complement the team of established consultants and wider MDT within the directorate.
The post is subject to the Trust's terms and conditions of service. The post will have sessions at both Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Teaching Hospital.

Services are provided from our two main sites, the Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Teaching Hospital. They are also provided from our community sites at Pendle Community Hospital, Accrington Health Centre, Clitheroe Community Hospital and Rossendale Health Centre.
The Emergency Department at Blackburn is the only ED for East Lancashire and is a Trauma Unit in the Lancashire Trauma Network working closely with the Trauma Centre at the Royal Preston Hospital. The ED is supported by Urgent Care Centres at Blackburn and Burnley and a Minor Injuries Unit at Accrington.

Department Summary:Tameside West CMHT is the Community Mental Health Team which supports working age adults across Denton, Droylsden, Audenshaw and Dukinfield.. We are seeking to appoint a full time, substantive Consultant with an interest in Upper Limb surgery to work within the directorate of Trauma and Orthopaedics.
We welcome applications from the full spectrum of experience - those about to complete specialist training to those who have established careers.
Subspeciality interest in upper limb surgery, primarily shoulder and elbow but a broader spectrum including shoulder would be considered. Trauma experience is essential.
Main duties of the job
We expect this person to help deliver and network the Orthopaedic service within Lancashire. This includes:
- Undertaking elective and fracture outpatient clinics
- Elective and trauma operating sessions
- Ward round duties and associated administration
On call duties are 1:8 week of on call shared with a colleague alternating days. All other weeks are based on elective activity and an occasional trauma list. The successful applicant will complement the team of established consultants and wider MDT within the directorate.
The post is subject to the Trust's terms and conditions of service. The post will have sessions at both Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Teaching Hospital.
About us

The post is a full time (10 Programmed Activities) Consultant Stroke Physician role, at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, working across all parts of the stroke service. The stroke service is well supported by 10.5 WTE Stroke registrars who provide stroke cover in a dedicated 24/7 rota. The pool consists of an academic fellow, Stroke clinical fellow, Neurology registrar, Geriatric registrar and Trust Grade registrars.
SpR's take part in the integrated GIM on call rota for when they are responsible to the duty general medical consultant.
Junior medical support is provided by 4 x F1, 2 x F2, 3 x Trust Grade F2, 9 x Trust Grade CT1, 1 x ST (1MT1), 4 x VTS-ST2. All junior staff spend four months attached to the stroke unit and rotate across the stroke wards to ensure they experience all elements of the service.

Main duties of the job
The role requires that the job holder follows the duties laid out by the Caf Supervisor in the day-to-day operational management of the caf. You'll be expected to treat visitors and staff in a welcoming, friendly and efficient manner, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You'll be working as part of a motivated team in Courtyard Restaurant.
The job holder will assist the Supervisor to expand and/or make recommendations for improving standards and enhancing the service to all customers. This would be through quality initiatives and by looking at ways of maximising good customer care and income generation.
You'll need to be aware of menu content whilst understanding the importance of portion control, food presentation and customer care. In addition, you must ensure that the privacy and dignity of visitors, staff and patients is respected at all times.

The Regional Rehabilitation and Mobility Service (RREMS) provides clinical engineering expertise to 12 wheelchair services across the North-east of England and North Cumbria. RREMS Clinical Technologists specialise in the provision of Rehabilitation Engineering which is the clinical application of engineering principles and technology within the aim to restoring or improving the physical, mental and social wellbeing of 70000 NHS wheelchair users (of which approx. 4000 have powered wheelchairs) and their carers to their maximum potential.
Applications are invited from candidates with a degree level qualification or have equivalent experience in an appropriate discipline and have demonstrable relevant experience having completed a recognised engineering or technical apprenticeship or training course. In addition, the post holder will be required to be enrol onto IPEM Clinical Technologist Training Scheme, which will result in professional registered as a Clinical Technologist with RCT or AHCS.
RREMS Clinical Technologists work independently, or as part of multidisciplinary teams, providing specialist engineering services and technical knowledge enabling patient care.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing service with the Community Directorate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to join the adult bladder and bowel service.
The base for this post will be Innovation House, Bishop Auckland. This is a Countywide Community post so locality work will be required according to service need. This role involves a mixture of working within clinics, home visits, care homes and office environment, providing face to face as well as telephone assessments / reviews.
The post will allow you to work in a specialist service and develop specialist skills / knowledge and expertise in bladder and bowel dysfunction. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an innovative and forward-thinking community based team. You will make a valuable contribution to the way local bladder and bowel services are organised and delivered in order to provide high-quality, cost-effective services to people living in County Durham and Darlington.
The role is supportive of family friendly hours working predominantly Monday to Friday (day hours, eg: 08:30-16:30.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering high quality care to people with bladder and bowel dysfunction. You will be dynamic and caring with excellent communication skills as patient education and support is an important component of the job.
Prior experience in bladder and bowel dysfunction and the promotion of continence is desirable, however, this is an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and skills. Your professional development will be supported by a mentor and regular clinical supervision.
