Job summary
City Road Medical Centre is a GP practice looking for a part-time or Full-time receptionist and administrator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate should be flexible and provide excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for all patients and should be kind , attentive and willing to help. The ideal candidate should be able to multi task and work as part of a team and positively contribute to our culture. Previous experience in General practice will be considered however it is not required and training will be provided. Any previous customer service experience would be beneficial to this role.

- Receiving patients consulting with members of practice team
- Handling forms completed for or from patients and checking all relevant information is correctly completed and handed to the correct patient.
- Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary
- Process appointment requests for appointments from patients by telephone and in person.
- Process online patient forms
Administration
- To have a thorough knowledge of all practice procedures.
- To work in accordance of written protocols
- Pulling/filing notes for surgeries and update as necessary
- Filing letters in medical records
- Registrations of new patients - computer data entry and medical records.
- Process patients change of address computer data and medical records (have knowledge of practice area).
- Process repeat prescription request in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Process tasks in a timely manner delegated by the clinical team following practice guidelines.
Other Tasks
- Ensure building security have thorough knowledge of doors/windows/alarm.
- Any other tasks allocated by manager.

Job responsibilities
- Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice
- Deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages.
- Action repeat prescription requests and ensure that they are ready for collection by the patient.
- Enter patient information on to the computer as required
- Ensure correspondence, reports, results etc are scanned and filed promptly and in the correct records, ensuring that all recent correspondence is available when patients are seen.
- Use the Docman system to file patients records when received electronically or manually
- Make and serve refreshments, ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and air the waiting room in turn with other staff
- Open up and close the premises
- Ensure that all new patients are registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately
- Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the Partners, or the Practice Manager.

Health & safety:
The post-holder will assist in promoting and maintaining their own and others health, safety and security as defined in the practice health & safety policy, the practice health & safety manual, and the practice infection control policy and published procedures. This will include:
- Using personal security systems within the workplace according to practice guidelines
- Identifying the risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks
- Making effective use of training to update knowledge and skills
- Using appropriate infection control procedures, wearing the required PPE, maintaining work areas in a tidy and safe way and free from hazards
- Actively reporting of health and safety hazards and infection hazards immediately when recognised
- Keeping own work areas and general / patient areas generally clean, assisting in the maintenance of general standards of cleanliness consistent with the scope of the job holders role
- Undertaking periodic infection control training (minimum annually)
- Reporting potential risks identified

Radiology provides services for CT, MRI, US, Nuclear Medicine, Plain film, Interventional Radiology and Fluoroscopy.
The Receptionist role is responsible for attending patient on arrival, making nursing staff aware if needed, checking patient details are correct, dealing with many queries face-to-face and over the phone, liaising with transport for patients plus helping patients with queries they have.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide high-quality inpatient care for patients with Diabetes, Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine conditions, working as part of a consultant-led multidisciplinary team. Job summary
We are currently looking to recruit a Podiatrist to join the CPFT Podiatry Service working in the community in Cambridgeshire. The successful applicant will work primarily in their locality podiatry team but will be required to support the service across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough when needed. We operate out of key sites in Oak Tree Centre/ Doddington Community Hospital/Princess of Wales Hospital/ North Cambs. Hospital/ Chesterton Medical Centre/ City Care Centre.
There is scope for the position to be full or part-time alongside potential for compressed hours (e.g. full-time hours over 4 day weeks or 9 day fortnights).
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be competent across all core areas of Podiatry and have a strong team work ethic and sense of accountability. The successful candidate will work within the Podiatry team to support our core cohort of patients, with scope for specialist practice dependant on the individuals skillset.
We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust. Within the service there is ample opportunity for professional growth and development across the variety of specialisms we offer; from diabetic and high risk foot management, in both the community and acute settings, to assisting in our community-run Podiatric Surgery unit. As an integral part of the renal team, you will take on the role of Nurse Team Leader, with a focus on home haemodialysis training. You will provide care to patients with End-Stage Renal Failure (ESRF) who require renal replacement therapy and are interested in the home haemodialysis option.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will deputise for the Senior Sister and/or Charge Nurse in their absence with regard to the operational management of clinical service delivery at unit level.
You will provide clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff.
The successful candidate will contribute to the learning and development culture within the renal department, providing learning opportunities and assessment for staff.
You will also assess dialysis patients with their health and wellbeing needs, implementing care programmes accordingly. This includes interpreting the information available to identify the short and long term needs and risks.
The successful candidate may be based at either the CKC Dialysis Centre or Lister Hospital, or work across both sites, promoting Home Haemodialysis (HHD) options and supporting HHD patients.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will support the smooth and efficient running of the GP Out of Hours service, in providing operational shift support to our clinical teams working in our centres face to face or remotely as part of our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS).

- We have an exciting opportunity to join the friendly, highly motivated Coventry & Warwickshire Community Dental Service based in the City of Coventry Health Centre.
- We require an enthusiastic and conscientious Dental Nurse to join our professional and supportive team of Dentists, Dental Therapists and Dental Nurses to provide patient focused community dentistry for people with more complex needs and conditions.
- The service also comprises an Oral Health Promotion team, a domiciliary service, sedation service and provides regular GA sessions at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire & George Eliot Hospital.
Main duties of the job
- This new post holder will have the opportunity to assist in the provision of special care and paediatric dentistry, incorporating Inhalation and IV Sedation, General Anaesthetic sessions and domiciliary care.
- You will be responsible for assisting the clinician in the day-to-day running of the surgery working under the supervision of the Senior/Specialist Dental Nurses, Governance and Operational Leads.
- The Community Dental Services are based across Coventry & Warwickshire. The service currently operates Monday to Friday.

- To provide clinical assistance for a Clinician in the performance of their clinical duties which cover a range of procedures from full mouth dental examinations to minor oral surgery, in a clinical setting.

As a Urology Cancer CNS, you will support patients with suspected or confirmed urological cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular and penile cancers. Acting as a key point of contact, you will provide specialist advice, emotional support, patient education and care coordination.

Job summary
Lewes Neighbourhood Mental Health Team in Newhaven is a lively specialist, multi-disciplinary service for adults with severe mental illness. The base is in Newhaven, in the middle of the beautiful South Downs National Park and only a few miles from the cosmopolitan city of Brighton.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for experienced mental health practitioners to join our team and we particularly welcome applications from Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and RMNs.
The role is an exciting mix of assessment, care coordination, risk management and crisis prevention and there is a range of opportunities to get involved in innovative group treatments, psychoeducational interventions and research projects.
We work collaboratively with our wonderful service users to help them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. We work with Carers and the system around the person to create opportunities for growth and stability.
