Job summary
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse to take on the role of ECT Clinic Manager within our Trustwide Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) service. Based at Farnham Road Hospital, the clinic provides essential treatment for some of the most vulnerable people accessing acute mental health services across the Trust.
Working closely with the ECT Matron, you will support the safe, effective and compassionate delivery of our ECT service, ensuring high clinical standards, excellent patient experience, and smooth operational management.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health care, committed to service quality, and confident in providing strong clinical and managerial leadership.
About You
You will be an NMC-registered RMN or RGN with:
- Significant post-qualification experience, including demonstrable experience working with mental health service users, with previous/ current experienceat Band 6 in an inpatient setting
- Relevant professional experience working within anECT service
- ECTAS training would be an advantage
You will bring excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. A commitment to compassionate care, quality improvement, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment is essential.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
As ECT Clinic Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Staff Management
- Providing day-to-day leadership to the clinic team
- Managing staffing levels, recruitment, induction and training
- Coordinating appraisals, supervision and performance management
- Supporting the team through internal Quality Standards Reviews and external ECTAS accreditation
Operational Oversight
- Ensuring safe, effective and person-centred clinical processes
- Maintaining robust safeguarding, information governance and health & safety standards
- Contributing to Trust-wide policies, procedures and quality initiatives
Service & Budget Management
- Assisting with the development and monitoring of the clinic budget
- Ensuring appropriate procurement and invoice coding
- Identifying service needs and supporting improvement initiatives
Collaboration & Communication
- Working closely with the ECT Matron, Medical Clinic Lead and Senior Clinic Nurse
- Liaising with inpatient wards, referring teams, carers and external partners
- Ensuring timely and effective communication across all stakeholders

Working 16 hours per week, this is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist with a particular interest and expertise in spinal assessment and management in a progressive primary care environment.

Working as an autonomous special interest physiotherapist, you will work at the interface between primary and secondary care, providing advanced assessment and management of patients presenting with complex spinal conditions.
This is a patient-facing role and involves using evidence-based principles/ current best practice, skills and advanced clinical reasoning to establish appropriate diagnosis, formulate individualised management plans and determine the most appropriate pathway for each patient.

Undertake comprehensive specialist assessments of patients with complex spinal presentations, demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.

Provide support on Spinal Interface clinical and service development across the PCN, working with the secondary and community care & MSK services.
You will be HCPC registered, with substantial post-registration experience of in MSK and extensive experience in assessment and management of spinal conditions. You will possess advanced clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills, have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in order to respond to the challenging demands of primary care.

To assess patients, design and implement appropriate treatment regimes for patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and professional codes of conduct as defined by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Support patients with persistent and complex spinal pain using a biopsychosocial approach.
To be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with the CSP standards of practice.
To perform highly specialised comprehensive physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations, complex physical and psychological conditions and multi-pathologies using clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques to provide an accurate diagnosis of their condition. This may include interpretation and analysis of clinical and non-clinical information and investigations, including spinal imaging, within your scope of practice.
Formulate and deliver highly specialised individual treatment programmes based on a sound knowledge of evidence based practice and treatment options e.g. manual physiotherapy techniques, patient education, exercise classes and other alternative options.
Formulate accurate prognoses and recommend best course of intervention, identifying patients requiring onward referral to spinal, orthopaedic, rheumatology, neurosurgical, pain or other specialist services.
Work collaboratively with GPs, physiotherapists, consultants and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Contribute to MDT discussion and decision-making for complex patients.
Provide specialist advice and support to colleagues within primary care.
Contribute to clinical audit, service development and quality improvement.

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our highly regarded Surrey Perinatal mental health service.
The role is for our NW team based in Chertsey. We offer a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, EMDR, Systemic Couples therapy, IPT, CFT, and ACT, and this role would be suitable for anyone interested in transgenerational patterns of trauma, attachment and parent and infant mental health. Our MDT consists of highly skilled, and psychologically minded professionals including Psychiatrists, perinatal mental health nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, peer support workers and nursery nurses.
We are accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, highlighting the excellent and specialised care provided by the service. Our service aims to provide specialist and early help to parents and babies to help with a range of perinatal mental health issues. We are also involved in shaping trauma informed care in the perinatal period and thinking across wider services.
You will be one of a team of Psychologists who work in the three teams, we regularly meet for reflective practice and specialist supervision and have excellent training opportunities including opportunities to access specialist training such as EMDR, to develop an area of specialist interest and one's own style of working. Staff well-being and development are at the heart of our ambitions.
Main duties of the job
This Part time role involves providing individual and systemic support to women and their families within the community. The focus will be on delivering formulation based and NICE recommended psychological interventions to women with moderate to severe mental health difficulties who are pregnant or within 12 months of the postnatal period.
You will be responsible for supervision of Psychologists within the team and contribute to the supervision, consultation and training of the wider MDT.
We have a thriving group program which you will contribute to, and we welcome development of innovative clinical practice in all areas of our work. You will receive regular management and clinical supervision, and reflective practice, and will have support and supervision from the senior psychologist within the team.
All candidates should be registered with the HCPC, and eligible for BPS Chartered Status. The ability to work across Surrey is essential and a car is required.

Job summary
Reigate Neighbourhood team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic community mental health nurse or Health professional (CPN/HCPC) to join our team.
The team is moving through a transition to an All-Age Neighbouhood Mental Health Team to provide more joined up mental health care for our community.
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, the successful applicant will deliver comprehensive assessments and a variety of approaches, interventions, and treatments to individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, supporting them in their personal recovery journey.
Candidates must have a full driving license and a car to use for work.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users in primary care. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You must be committed to delivering a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of our well-established, innovative, and recovery-focused team to meet the needs of service users and their carers.
In addition to managing a defined caseload, the successful applicant will conduct initial assessments for clients referred to the service and support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community. There are various training opportunities available to enhance skills in delivering low-intensity psychological interventions.

Due to exciting changes, we are seeking Band 7 Crisis Intervention Practitioners within the Mindworks Crisis Intervention Service for Surrey.
Are you an RMN with experience working with Children and Young people, looking to lead & support assessments and interventions for young people who are in crisis?
Our team provide a 7 day week crisis intervention service, offering discovery conversations to children, young people & their families presenting with emotional and mental health crisis in local acute hospitals and community bases. Main duties of the job

Supporting junior staff to provide high quality care, sharing learning and developing skills through supervision and training while maintaining KPI's and collecting data to support the service growth and development are all part of this exciting role. We have an opportunity for an experienced senior administrator in our Core 13 Paediatric Liaison Service (PLS) which is part of the Children and Young People's Service (CYPS) Crisis Pathway
Our CYPS Crisis Pathway supports young people across Surrey who are experiencing mental health crisis and require intensive support.
In this role you would ensure the smooth running of the Core 13 Paediatric Liaison Service by providing a comprehensive, efficient and high quality secretarial and administrative service to the organisation it serves. The role is based at Theta although you would be expected to work closely with colleagues based at Frimley Park Hospital.
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the team, including the organisation of meetings/events and admin recruitment processes.
- Deal with the day-to-day demands in the Department and aim to resolve any problems, whilst using own initiative to ensure that urgent matters are dealt with proactively.
- Co-ordinate team rotas (i.e. Record Keeping Audits etc.), including assisting with Erostering
- Prepare documents for meetings and distribute them beforehand. Update and maintain the Referral Log and Referral Tracker through liaison with the Crisis Pathway admin team.
- Compile and distribute agendas and meeting invitations (Teams) for local meetings - such as regular Clinical MDT and Business meetings. along with booking any guest speakers.
- Clinic Management - responsible for overseeing provision of leaflets, ordering of supplies via SBS, staff lists (contacts, working hours, equipment log), in-boxes, up-loading, etc.).
- Assisting Core 13 staff with external systems with our Acute General Hospital colleagues and other external provisions associated with Core 13.
- Interface with a broad network of external services and provisions, being able to build on and develop good relationships with health, social care, school and voluntary organisations.

Senior Paediatric Liaison Mental Health Practitioner Core 13
We have an exciting opportunity to offer a Senior Paediatric Liaison Nurse/ Practitioner (PLN) B7 position within the recently established Core 13 PLN service at Frimley Park Hospital (FPH), supporting children and young people's mental health needs. You will be joining an exciting new service providing clinical leadership and supervision for the PLN's in the team and will be well supported by the General Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist as part of your own development.
The CYPS (Children and Young Peoples Services) Paediatric Liaison Service at FPH is vital to ensuring the needs of the CYP presenting at ED (Emergency Department) with mental health and emotional issues are met in a timely manner. The post holder will be required to comprehensively assess, plan their care and facilitate safe discharge in conjunction with the CYP and their main carer/s, as well as effectively interface and build on the relationships with ED Paediatric colleagues and associated CYP services and agencies.
The Core 13 Service at FPH - called as such because it will operate x13 hours a day from 9am-10pm, x7 days a week - is a new developing service assessing and caring the CYP with mental health and emotional well-being issues from any geographical area. You will be expected to be part of a rostering system to cover the hours of operation in this role.
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will lead clinical assessment of the CYP who may have a complex co-morbid mental health need and present in crisis, working alongside medical, nursing and other professional colleagues to ensure that the most effective care and treatment is provided resulting in safe and timely discharge
- Work closely with ED, the SABP Adult Psychiatric Liaison Service, Mental Health Crisis Teams, On Call Duty Psychiatrist, On Call Managers, other Paediatric Liaison Workers, ensuring the CYP's are seen in a timely manner, risk is assessed and a management plan is developed.
- To work within a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team involved in the assessment and treatment of CYP with serious and complex mental health difficulties in crisis.
- To manage own workload from referral to discharge/transfer, holding medium to high-risk cases as well as ensuring time to attend supervision.
- Be responsible for the initial assessment and subsequent facilitation of referral to Hope and/or discharge with a signed care plan regarding safety and recorded on the EPR
- Represent the Service at professional/network meetings to offer advice/consultation on complex cases.
- To undertake relevant CPD to improve assessment and treatment skills regarding crisis care.
- To lead on and provide clinical supervision for the PLN's and junior colleagues within the service
- Where appropriate to deputise in the General Manager's absence

The Mindworks Alliance is a partnership between traditional CAMHS Services and third sector/voluntary agencies working to meet the emotional and mental health needs of CYP in Surrey and now NE Hants.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled MRI/CT radiographer to join our friendly and dedicated cross sectional team as we expand our service. The candidate must be CT and/or MRI trained with at least 1 year recent experience in providing cross sectional imaging in a busy district general hospital or equivalent. The position is permanent and covers 37.5 hours a week with extended days, 7 day working with an expected change from a CT on-call service to a proposed night shift.

The dept has 2 GE Apex Elite CT scanners providing a wide range of imaging including Staging scans, Angiography, Trauma Imaging, Cardiac imaging and Radiographer led CT Colonography.
The dept has two 1.5T Siemens Sola MRI scanners. We provide a wide range of MRI imaging including MSK, Gynae, GI, Paediatric, Stroke and Breast imaging. Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Gastroenterology department . The Salisbury GI Service is an ambitious, forward-thinking department, combining gastroenterology, upper gastrointestinal and colorectal surgery, emergency general surgery, and endoscopy. The service provides complete care for patients with disorders relating to the gastrointestinal tract.
The position of Senior Clinical Fellow in Gastroenterology is a 12-month fixed term post as a Trust Doctor (IMT3+ equivalent). We are looking for a doctor who can work at registrar level to provide support with senior decision making and support junior doctors on the team to develop their clinical and non-clinical skills. Training in upper and/or lower GI endoscopy, including management of upper GI bleeds, will be supported, depending on the experience and needs of the applicant. The successful candidate will also be encouraged to attend general and sub-specialty gastroenterology clinics, in order to gain further experience in the specialty.
This post is suitable for a trainee with IMT experience who wishes to gain more experience in Gastroenterology and would provide excellent preparation for a candidate considering an application for Gastroenterology specialty training. We are keen to support candidates to develop their portfolio and there will be an opportunity to undertake educational, academic or quality improvement projects whilst in post.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will join the team to provide senior support with the care of gastroenterology and general medical patients on the main gastroenterology ward, as well as those on linked outlying wards. They will also provide advice and support to other medical teams caring for patients with gastrointestinal conditions within the hospital, supported by the gastroenterology consultant of the week.
The successful candidate will join our team to provide an integrated digestive diseases service across the Salisbury area.
Gastroenterology patients are treated on a dedicated gastroenterology ward - Redlynch Ward, with general medical patients being cared for by a general medical consultant. We also have access to an infusion unit, Stour day unit. We have a fantastic thriving hepatology service with Hepatology and alcohol CNS support. We have an IBD team involving specialist input from Southampton, specialist gastroenterology radiologists, biologics service, close relationships with IBD surgeons as part of GI unit, CNS support.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop skills and provide teaching for junior doctors in the department. Medical students from Southampton and other teaching hospitals are often attached to the department and all doctors contribute to their teaching and be expected to be involved in audit, risk management, research, and development.

The Deputy Head of Resource Planning is a senior leadership role within the Planning Directorate, responsible for leading the Trust's operational and Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) resource planning and scheduling functions. Main duties of the job

- Make a specialist assessment of a patients health status and occupational health needs (by history, physical examination, clinical procedures and relevant tests).
- Obtain or arrange for additional medical or paramedical information from specialists or relevant therapists.
- Make a functional assessment of the patients physical and psychological capability for their job (or the job they might be asked to do) and make highly specialist clinical decisions following assessment of complex cases.
