We are recruiting a Community Healthcare Coordinator Telephonist to join our Community Support team. The post holder will be responsible for handling the day-to-day telephone communications and general administrative duties at our site based in Rickmansworth.
Main duties of the job

Job summary
Longrove Surgery are looking for a General Practice Assistant (GPA) to join the team. The applicant must have experience in working with the NHS, have good computer skills and offer excellent customer service. A candidate who has undertaken the General Practice Assistant course for Primary Care is preferable, however this is not essential.
Our GPAs are key contributors in supporting the smooth running of the practice by providing internal administrative support necessary for the practice team to meet the needs of and caring for our patients. About us
We are a friendly, supportive training practice in North London. We currently have 8 salaried GPs, 5 GP Partners and a Management Partner. We also have nurses, HCAs and a pharmacist in our clinical team.
We are a training practice and have approximately 17,500 patients.
We are located in a Primary Care Health Centre and are looking to expand our administration team. We have a large admin team to assist the clinicians which includes GP Assistants, Prescription Clerks and Medical Secretaries.
Our practice is part of a Primary Care Network and actively involved in a range of schemes and services to provide high quality to the local population.

The IMS Business Change Manager will play an active role in supporting the management and delivery of the new Inventory Management System (IMS) project in support of the Trust's business and service objectives.
Responsibilities to Support the IMS Project Manager (Deputy Head of Supply Chain) and Senior Business Change Manager in delivering the following: -
The procurement, development, and implementation of the IMS
The negotiation of contracts and in certain instances the management of contract performance
Ensuring that organisational change drives the project requirements.
This role will require operational working at all Trust sites.
Main duties of the job
We are searching for a hard working individual who is looking for an exciting new challenge and wants to be part of the new Inventory Management System implementation at ULTH.
You will support the Deputy Head of Supply Chain and the IMS Senior Business Change Manager set the strategies for deploying inventory management systems in a variety of stock control areas, working closely with the Head of Supply Chain, Materials Management Site Managers and fellow clinical, non-clinical and operational procurement teams. The scope of operational work managed by this team is significant - encompassing the full roll out and maintenance of an inventory management system across ULTH. The department already maintains the highest standards of stock management across all areas of the hospital from Theatres to A&E and beyond but is looking to revolutionise current methodologies to transform the control and flow of consumables entering and leaving the hospitals. This newly created team will lead the support for internal stakeholders by managing the inventory system, the e-catalogue and enacting meaningful operational and strategic change by generating ideas for savings and service improvement for patients, whilst ensuring we meet the Trust values and standards.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a hard-working person to join our deep clean team. You will be based at Kendray Hospital in Barnsley but work trust wide, deep cleaning our sites. The role involves hand and machinery cleaning of hospital premises and wards. Experience would be great, but training will be provided for the right candidate. We use trust vehicles to get around our many sites, so a full clean driving licence is essential. Shifts are normally Monday to Friday but will also include some weekends and Bank Holidays. Shifts are normally 6AM 2PM although we do work as late as 3PM 11PM in certain areas. Shift times will occasionally change at short notice. Flexibility is key in this role.
Duties include
Hand and machine internal deep cleaning of trust properties.
Outbreak infection control cleans.
Using mechanical cleaning equipment such as scrubbing machines, carpet cleaners, high vacuums and steam cleaners.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health Visitor/midwife to take on a leadership role and join the new Pre and Post Birth Multiagency Team. The team will work jointly with Children's Social Care to offer an enhanced health visiting service throughout the antenatal period until 1yr post birth. The team will be co-located within Lynton House in Ilford to ensure good multi agency working. The role of NWAS Vehicle Technician is to ensure all Trust vehicles (Petrol / Diesel / Hybrid and EV) are serviced, repaired and maintained to the Trust and DVSA's exacting standards. The post incorporates the skilled service and repair of specialist ambulance equipment.
The successful applicant must hold a recognised apprenticeship e.g. Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience along with NVQ or C&G level 3 qualifications. A full UK driving license is essential for this post along with having full category C1 entitlement.

With over 1185 vehicles across the entire NWAS Fleet, each day offers variety.

Job summary
This is a 24month developmental apprenticeship role with the University of Lincoln due to commence in February 2027.The Student Nurse Associate Apprentice (SNAA) will work towards progression into the post of a Registered Nurse Associate through successful completion of the Student Nurse Associate Apprenticeshipprogramme. The apprentice will develop and maintain knowledge, skills and competencies related to the role of Nurse Associate within Lincolnshire Community & Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG) and through completion of the level 5 foundation degree apprenticeship with a Higher Education Institute (HEI) which includes working in a variety of clinical placements and delivery of person-centred care under the supervision of a registered practitioner.
Training posts /bases will only be made available where a vacancy exists and can be accommodated within the ward establishment. All training posts will be identified centrally and agreed by the Director of Nursing in advance.As a result, successful candidates may be required to transfer to other wards or departments where the vacancies exist - these could be in either a community or hospital setting.

Main duties of the job
Working closely with the Rotational Pharmacists, Senior Clinical Pharmacists, Clinical Pharmacy Technicians and Medicines Optimisation Technicians, the postholder will provide expert clinical pharmacy service across Langdon and Exeter inpatient wards.
The postholder will attend relevant multi-disciplinary team meetings such as ward rounds, risk-review meetings and discharge planning meetings to ensure that clinical experience and expertise is provided to patients with complex medication regimes and critical medications. In a targeted approach, the Clinical Pharmacist will review clinical information from the electronic patient records as well as gathering the views and wishes of the patient, carers and/or relatives to recommend and guide evidence-based and person-centred treatment plans.
The potholder will also provide line management and support the Rotational Pharmacists to develop and progress within their roles. Clinical Pharmacists will also support wider ward-based action plans to address areas of improvement relating to medicines management.

It is an exciting time to join our growing, enthusiastic and dynamic imaging department. At MKUH we are embarking on an extensive redevelopment programme which includes the building of a state-of-the-art imaging centre and implementation of our new community diagnostic centres. We are currently looking to appoint a Consultant MSK Radiologist with interest in General Radiology.
The post offers 10 PA per week (i.e., approximately 7.5 DCC and 2.5 SPA). As a department we are open to flexible working patterns which suit the imaging service and individual needs with agreement with the Clinical Director
This is a replacement MSK consultant position. The appointment offers an opportunity to strengthen a well-established cohort of radiology colleagues who deliver a reporting service across 7 days. In general, the Consultant Radiologists on call rota involves covering one weekend in twelve and one weekday in thirteen. MKUH NHS FT have successfully implemented a Tele-Radiology on-call service for CT scans from 2000 hours till 0800 hours every day.
The successful candidate will have completed formal training MSK and will have experience in all aspects of intervention as well.
Main duties of the job
As a Specialist, autonomous working would be expected at consultant level.
The successful candidate for the MSK consultant radiologist post would be expected to be proficient in all aspects of diagnostic and interventional MSK Radiology, including reporting of Plain Film, US, CT and MRI, as well as interventional skills in ultrasound-guided intervention and fluoroscopy.
At MKUH NHS FT, we use Magentus CRIS for our Radiology Information System and Insignia Medical Systems for PACS. Radiology reporting is performed in PACS and is available on Trust and home reporting workstations.
The main base for these posts will be Milton Keynes University Hospital but there may be a requirement to work at any other location where the Trust provides services such as community diagnostic centres

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Surgical Division for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Oral/Maxillofacial/Orthodontics Admin team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, as a Support Medical Secretary working 30 hours per week.
We are looking for a conscientious and adaptable person to work with the service. As part of our team, you will be helping to provide an efficient and comprehensive secretarial service to Consultants and specialty registrars within Oral/Maxillofacial/Orthodontics. Experience of providing administrative support is essential.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous, however, full training will be given on our in-house IT systems.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team along with an ability to prioritise and problem solve. This role would ideally suit candidates who wish to embark on a career in healthcare administration and are keen to learn.
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative assistance and secretarial support to the Consultants and Senior medical staff. This includes Orthodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, skin surgery and the prosthetics and dental laboratory.
To type Oral maxillofacial clinical staff correspondence, e.g. transcribe digital dictation.
To deal with day-to-day incoming mail according to the office policy, assigning priority and/or taking any necessary action without reference to consultant staff if necessary.
To assist in the management of waiting lists by :- Ensuring that patient details are entered correctly onto waiting lists. Liaising with admissions office staff to ensure patients are sent for to come into hospital. Ensuring information on the PAS patient administration system is up to date at all times. Ensuring medical records are made available to the relevant departments. To assist with the validation of patients awaiting outpatient and inpatient attendance. To be familiar with the requirement for the recording of patient details in relation to the 18 week pathway. To be familiar with the National and Local 18 week initiative / objectives / requirements. To maintain patients records and track notes electronically in a manner acceptable to the trust.
