We are looking for a highly motivated administrator to join our team, based at our screening office based in Yate, near Bristol. In this key role, you will contribute directly to delivering a high-quality, patient-focused service.
We are looking for someone with comprehensive administration skills, who is computer literate and has excellent communication skills; previous NHS experience would be advantageous. If you are enthusiastic, proactive, enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and interested in joining a team who are dedicated to delivering the best service possible, this could be the role for you.
Main duties of the job
As a Bookings Administrator, you will work collaboratively to facilitate the smooth running of the patient pathway and will ensure a coordinated and streamlined administrative process that revolves around the patient and their individual needs.
You will play a vital role in the patient journey by managing inbound calls, booking a wide variety of clinical services, and ensuring patients receive timely and compassionate support.
A key aspect of the role is arranging appointments for patients. This requires excellent communication skills, with a degree of sensitively, empathy and sensitivity. The post holder will liaise with hospital departments, GP surgeries and external colleagues.

The Medical Equipment Management Service (MEMS) are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join the medical equipment contracts team, located at Kings College Hospital Denmark Hill. MEMS provides a comprehensive service to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, including clinical engineering, medical equipment library services on two sites, in-house repair services and device training. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be actively involved and support the Contracts Manager in ensuring that the Trust wide maintenance contracts relating to biomedical, laboratory & imaging equipment are managed to a high standard to maximise cost and patient benefits, within the required time frames and across various sites. The post holder is responsible for the renewal of a portfolio of contracts and ensuring the appropriate documentation is in place and that servicing and repairs are kept up to date and recorded accurately on the equipment database.
At all times the post holder will be required to communicate with stakeholders and supplier whilst adhering to the Trust confidentiality policy and procedures and will be required to engage with all stakeholders to ensure effective contract management
Financial Management
- Manage the order-to-invoice process relating to servicing and repairs of medical and laboratory equipment throughout the Trust.

Here on McElwain Ward at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, we are looking for a housekeeper to join our busy Unit treating children who have been diagnosed with Cancer. You would need to be enthusiastic, organized, and methodical in your approach to work. You would be responsible for ordering ward stores and equipment and maintaining stock levels of the same as well as ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout the ward in conjunction with our cleaning team. Main duties of the job

Job summary
The successful candidate will participate in delivering the echo service with the North Middlesex cardiology department. The candidate must hold a BSE TTE level 2 accreditation and has relevant NHS experience in the field of cardiac physiology. The successful individual will work alongside the team of 6 other BSE echocardiographers, ETP/registrar trainees , 4 imaging consultants and with the wider cardiac physiology team to perform transthoracic echocardiograms as well as assist with stress and transoesophageal echocardiograms. The department is BSE accredited and as a teaching hospital the successful candidate will be expected to support our trainee echocardiographers to achieve their BSE accreditation. The echo service is open 8am to 6pm on weekdays and also provide inpatient/outpatient weekend service. The individual will be expected to participate in this comprehensive service and flexible working pattern will be considered.
Main duties of the job
- Personally perform and report echocardiograms to a high standard,meeting BSE guidelines and departmental local standards.
- Work alongside the lead cardiac physiologist to provide structured training to junior cardiac physiologists and doctors with a view to their subsequent BSE accreditation.
- Maintain own BSE accreditation by ensuring appropriate CPD is up to date and course requests highlighted to the Head of Department in a timely manner.
- To provide an efficient running of the technical service by prioritising daily workloads.
- To maintain standards of technical competency in the provision of non-invasive, technical cardiac procedures.
- Remain up to date with current evidence in echocardiography
- Ensures that all echo studies are accurately recorded in our reporting system and outcome appropriately on the patient electronic record.

Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated qualifiedPsychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our team at CNWL Talking Therapies Service Brent. We are a large, well established service based in a diverse borough of London. Our service provides low and high intensity therapies at Step 2 and Step 3, alongside our Step 3 counselling service. We are passionate about the work we do and care provided to service users, and work by the trust values of compassion, respect, empowerment and partnership. Our team is key in the work we do and service provided to the population of Brent.
We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who are adaptable, enjoy challenges and diversity and demonstrate an enthusiasm for primary care work. We particularly welcome applicants who speak other languages and who have enthusiasm for and experience of working with diversity.
Main duties of the job
You will be working within a stepped care model, providing assessments and delivering evidence based low intensity interventions for people with common mental health problems. Assessments and interventions may be delivered face to face, via digitals platform (Teams) or via the telephone. You would also be expected to deliver psychoeducational workshops and become involved in working within the local community and establishing links with voluntary service organisations to promote the service.
You will receive regular clinical supervision and support from a qualified therapist and work closely with other clinical practitioners within the team. The Brent Talking Therapies service has close links with other IAPT teams in CNWL, as well as, wider links with other mental health teams within Brent. We have a strong tradition of supporting staff development and further progression onto higher training.
About us
The catchment area of the post is the London borough of Brent. The main hub for the service is based at Fairfields House in Kingsbury and there is a satellite hub at Bell House in Willesden Green. You will be required to work across both hubs and in other parts of the borough, e.g. GP surgeries and community settings.
We operate an agile working policy where staff combine remote working and being on-site to deliver face-to-face appointments and other service commitments that require a hub-based presence. The post-holder will work full-time hours and may be required to work at any times between 8am and 8pm on weekdays including an evening clinic as required by the service. Wellbeing is important within our service and we are a collaborative and cohesive team. Staffa Health is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our busy practice reception team to work at all of our three sites based in Tibshelf, Stonebroom & Holmewood. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the cross bay Ear, Nose and Throat team, This post is to commence from January 2027.

The post holder will support the development of the expanding Ear, Nose and Throat service, through nurse led clinics.

To work at the level outlined in the HEE Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice (2017) with equal focus on all four pillars of advanced clinical practice: Clinical, Leadership/management, education, and research/audit
Provide expert practice, exercising a high degree of specialist professional judgement through the management of a caseload of patients referred to them by GPs, consultant colleagues, Audiology and other health care professionals.
The post holder will be responsible for coming to an individual diagnosis following clinical assessment and examination of new patients. These clinics could consist of patients with the following conditions:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic band 5 Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Physiologist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team, working 36 hours per week (0.96 WTE). The post holder will contribute to the delivery of respiratory physiology testing within the Children's Hospital, as well as a high-quality sleep study service. It is essential that the successful applicant has previous experience of lung function testing, preferably with sleep physiology experience also. It is essential to have a good science background with a BSc in Healthcare Science or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a strong desire to continue a career in respiratory physiology are essential.
We are looking for individuals with enthusiasm, who enjoy working with children, and who are committed to providing a high-quality service in this healthcare science specialism. Previous experience in respiratory physiology investigations are essential, and recent NHS clinical experience is essential, as is a desire to continue with personal professional development. You will also need effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a busy and varied workload.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for contributing to an efficient & high-quality service in the field of Paediatric Respiratory Physiology & Sleep Medicine, & for providing the very best care for patients during their inpatient stay or outpatient visit.
- Undertaking a range of standard lung function investigations with inpatients & outpatients (spirometry, FeNO, nasal NO & bronchodilator response assessments), gaining accurate & clinically valuable measurements.
- Performing more complex lung function investigations (multiple breath washout, lung volumes & gas transfer) in line with service development.
- Facilitating the provision of sleep study investigations for inpatients & home sleep studies (overnight oximetry, overnight carbon dioxide monitoring and respiratory polygraphy), ensuring high quality data is captured.
- Performing analysis & reporting of sleep studies, following departmental & international standards.
- Maintaining equipment to ensure that it is functioning to agreed standards & specifications.
- Training and supporting junior staff, & participating in teaching & research activities within the department.

The Community Inpatient Unit provides short-term, bed-based rehabilitation, re-enablement, and recovery support for individuals following illness, injury, surgery, or significant health events. The service promotes independence, prevents unnecessary hospital admission or long-term care placement, and supports timely hospital discharges. We are seeking some highly motivated and passionate Healthcare Assistant to join the MDT team at Community inpatient unit. The service provides short term rehabilitation and reablement for Services Users who may need to regain their confidence and skills on discharge from hospital or to get over a short-term health exacerbation. We encourage and support our Service Users to live as independent lives as possible and we always act in a manner that supports the care, protection, health and well-being of the Service User.
You will work alongside a wider MDT based at CIU including Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists and Assistant Practitioner to support service users to reach their rehab potential and move forward in their health journey.
You will work under direction of the Assistant Practitioner and Nursing team and will carry out assigned tasks involving personal and nutritional care needs to patients.
You will follow protocols, guidance, and procedures under the direction of senior staff/ manager/supervisor.

The Operational Service Assistant will provide comprehensive, quality, confidential administrative support to the Physiotherapy team employed by the Trust. We have a Clinical Support Worker Higher Level, Therapy Assistant post, to work within the Middlesbrough Therapy Team to provide rehabilitation to patients in the local community.
Successful candidate must have access to a vehicle for work purposes to meet the requirements of the role
Main duties of the job
Working in the community, you will work alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to implement rehabilitation programmes in patients' own homes, care homes and group settings, working closely with statutory and voluntary services to promote and maintain independence.
As well as completing joint visits with therapists the post holder will be expected to undertake independent visits to implement exercise programmes, complete mobility practice, self-care practice, provide, fit and check equipment as requested by the therapist.
At present the service is provided 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with no requirement to work weekends. The post does require successful candidates to be able to travel independently within the local community to visit patients at home.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Royal Marsden Hospital for a Clinical Trial Administrator within the Sarcoma Unit.

Main duties of the job
- To support the clinical research team with study administration as required to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of clinical trials and other studies according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP),standard operating procedures (SOPs), trust policies and all applicable regulations and governance structures.o To ensure timely and accurate entry of data and relevant information into appropriate database systems.o To work with the clinical team to ensure prompt resolution of data queries.

Primary areas of responsibility: To ensure that data collection and (electronic) case report form ((e)CRF) completion is performed to the required standards of the current EU, UK and FDA legislation, Trust SOPs and Sponsor contractual obligations. Job summary
.An opportunity has arisen at The Royal Marsden to work within the Haemato-Oncology Unit as a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, providing governance support for our complex research portfolio.This is a pivotal role, and you will be part of a team of qualified and skilled medical and nursing staff, taking part in an exciting range of clinical research studies as well as having a key role supporting the administrative trial team.Ideally with previous clinical research experience and NHS experience, you will work within the guidelines and policies for the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring high standards of practice in accordance with the principles of GCP.Based at our Sutton location with occasional travel to our Chelsea location and some remote working, the successful applicant should have a flexible approach to their duties and the ability to work both as part of the team as well as independently. In addition, you will have excellent communication, administrative and IT skills and be supportive and open to new initiatives.
Main duties of the job
