Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive clinical team at our long established practice in Camberley that is part of the Surrey Heath PCN and Federation
The Salaried GP will provide high-quality primary care services to patients registered with the practice, including temporary patients. The role involves delivering clinical care, participating in practice meetings, and contributing to the overall functioning and development of the practice.The Salaried GP will work collaboratively with the practice team to manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, patient-centred care for all registered and temporary patients.
We are a proud training practice owned by a successful GP Federation and Linked PCN, with lots of opportunity for professional growth
We are offering up to 8 sessions per week, with a mandatory requirement for Tuesday availability.

Main duties of the job
- In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion Including reviewing and actioning lad reports, managing Docman and other clinical correspondence.
- Providing high-quality clinical care to patients, including consultations, history taking, examination, diagnosis, treatment and follow up. Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems
- Managing a range of acute and chronic medical conditions providing appropriate care and advice. Assessing the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standard and using agreed clinical systems
- Collecting data for audit purposes
- Prescribing in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary (or generically) whenever this is clinically appropriate
- Refer patients to secondary care or other healthcare professionals as necessary
- In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
- Working sessions covering 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9:00 to 17:00, as part of a rota, including working as 'Duty Doctor'

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our established clinical team and help shape the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred prescribing services.
The Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting the management of long-term conditions, medication optimisation, structured medication reviews and medicines reconciliation. You will work closely with GPs, nurses, care coordinators and other healthcare professionals to improve prescribing quality and patient safety.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist who enjoys autonomous clinical practice, running independent clinics, making complex prescribing decisions and contributing to medicines optimisation, QOF and service development within a busy primary care environment.
Hybrid working can be considered for the right candidate, although the role is primarily practice-based.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Run independent long-term condition clinics eg; hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma/COPD and other agreed areas.
Assess, diagnose within scope, prescribe and manage patients independently.
Manage medication authorisations, repeat prescribing and complex prescribing queries.
Support QOF, IIF and Enhanced Service delivery.
Lead medicines optimisation, prescribing safety and high-risk drug monitoring.
Undertake clinical decision-making for complex patients in a busy primary care environment.
Use population health management and risk stratification to identify patients for proactive review.
Support care home, frailty and anticipatory care.
Lead audits, quality improvement and prescribing projects.

The Role

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Band 6 Senior Radiographer to join The Imaging Department at Harefield Hospital, part of Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust.
The post holder will be required to rotate through General x-ray, Fluoroscopy, Theatre, CT and the Catheter Labatories. Participating in the delivery of a 24/7 service, wherein radiographers are contracted to work out of hours shifts at night, on weekends and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to work in the Imaging Department and participate in the provision of a 24-hr service in accordance with the procedures laid down by the Head of Department.

About us
Harefield Hospital, part of Guy's & St Thomas' NHS trust is a world-renowned specialist centre for heart and lung care. Famous for pioneering organ transplants and housing one of Europe's largest dedicated heart attack centre. The hospital has 168 beds, more than 1,300 staff, five operating theatres and four catheter laboratories.
The Four catheter laboratories have dedicated angiography equipment, a Toshiba Infinix, Siemens Q.zen, Philips Allura ( about to be replaced with a Philips Azurion) and a Philips Allura FD10/10 Bi-plane. Work in the department mainly relates to cardiothoracic imaging.
Plain Film general work is also undertaken using a Philips DR unit and a Philips fluoroscopy room. Mobile x-ray units for use in the intensive care, recovery units and other wards. There is a mobile image intensifier mainly used for thoracic theatre cases.
There are 2 GE CT scanners, and 2 Siemens MRI scanners, an ultrasound and nuclear medicine service and a Dexa Scanner.
The Imaging Department at Harefield Hospital is comprised of a team of Radiographers, Imaging Support Staff, Admin Staff and Radiologists.
As well as working within the Imaging Department, Radiographers rotate through the Catheter Laboratories working in the larger multidisciplinary workforce. At our dedicated heart attack centre, we deal with heart attack emergencies from outer north-west London and further afield, providing primary angioplasty in our specialist catheter laboratories which operate 24/7.

BERSHAM WARD - ACUTE STROKE UNIT
An opportunity has arisen for Band 2 Health Care Support within the Medical Directorate at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The successful candidates will work within acute adult wards within the Medical Directorate caring for patients admitted into hospital.
Applicants must have an approachable manner necessary to deal with patients and their relatives and desirable experience of a hospital environment. Applicants will work as part of a team of nurses on the ward and undertake patient fundamentals of nursing care tasks under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered General Nurse responsible for the patient's management.
Following an agreed level of training, NVQ level 2 & 3 in care, the successful candidate will be required to work internal rotation on the ward. Successful applicants will have an induction programme arranged for their orientation into the Medical team.
Main duties of the job
Applicants will work as part of a team of nurses on the ward and undertake patient fundamentals of nursing care tasks under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered General Nurse responsible for the patient's management.
You will need to be flexible and dynamic in your approach in delivering care to patients. The post holder needs to have good communication skills and be an effective team player.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious, self-motivated individual to work in our Inventory management team. There is one role within the Inventory Team and is based at The Northumbria Hospital. You should have experience of stock replenishment and / or working in a stores environment. You should have good interpersonal skills, be customer facing with a helpful, friendly and flexible attitude. You should be PC literate with experience of entering data into computerised systems. Main duties of the job
What Will the Role Involve?
As part of the senior management team and working with the GP Partners, you will take a clear lead in coordinating the day-to-day running of the Surgery.

Responsible for sharing information of normal and abnormal results to women and their local trusts following an invasive procedure in an expeditious manner.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will undertake a broad range of clinical neurophysiological investigations, working autonomously to support patient diagnosis and care. Job summary
Team members for the Single Point of Access service support the District Nursing and unplanned community response team, providing a mixture of call handling and administrative duties for the Community Response Team, District Nursing, Carepoint, Virtual Ward, and Two Hour Urgent Care Response services.
Based in the offices at our Seaton Delaval site, a standard shift will be a mix of duties depending upon the work needing support. Staff will use a variety of systems including Avaya and Liberty phone systems and IT systems such as PAS, SystmOne, Nerve centre, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
We are looking to recruit a diverse and flexible team with good people skills and ability to deal with customers over the phone. Team members need to be able to follow processes and work cooperatively within a team.
This service currently works 7 days a week 7am - 11pm working various shift patterns covering days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
To act as a first point of contact for service users, health professionals and other organisations wishing to access the service.
To support the team in the day to day running and maintenance of the Urgent Care Response Team by providing a high quality comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a Bank Medical Laboratory Assistant in Specimen Reception and the Blood Sciences Laboratory as required.
Your duties will include receipt, sorting and processing of samples. Entering requests onto the laboratory computer system, Telepath. Previous NHS and laboratory experience is desirable, further training will be given.
Please be aware that although this is a laboratory post, this is not a training position for Biomedical Scientist.
Specimen Reception is within the Pathology Department at Kettering General Hospital.

Main duties of the job
Your duties will include receipt, sorting and processing of pathology samples and data entry of requests onto the laboratory computer system, Telepath. Job summary
We currently have a vacancy for a full time Paediatric receptionist within the Paediatric Department on a 12month fixed term contract. Predominantly based on the two paediatric wards Dolphin and Sunshine, however you will also be covering shifts Children's Outpatients and back office administration.
We require a friendly individual with excellent communication and organisation skills for this key post in our close knit service. You will be working as part of team providing seven day cover for our reception areas. Your day to day tasks will include answering our security entry system and telephones, managing the patient administration system (CRS), liaising with other hospitals & departments and general clerical/office skills (filing, photocopying, note pulling).
This post involves direct verbal contact with parents, other family members, and visitors at a sensitive time in their lives requiring an empathetic and courteous manner. Our Receptionists /Care Navigators are key contributors in supporting the smooth running of the practice by providing internal administrative support necessary for the practice team to meet the needs of and caring for our patients. This role provides an accessible, safe and effective line of communication for patients and third parties whether via the phone, email, or in person. The purpose of this supporting role is to ensure that our patients receive an all-around excellent experience every time they visit or contact Clerkenwell Medical Practice.
Main duties of the job
Reception Duties:
