You will be responsible for the day to day clinical and operational management of the ward, ensuring all internal and external compliance is met. Working closely with the MDT and Director of clinical services.

Waterloo Manor part of Inmind Healthcare is gender specific, and the largest female Personality Disorder service in the United Kingdom which provides assessment and treatment services for women with complex mental health & disorders. The Hospital provides low secure, high dependency PICU and rehabilitation services.
Our focus is on treating female patients with complex and enduring mental health conditions in the least restrictive environment who may or may not be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. With 31 beds across two locked rehabilitation wards and nine semi-independent flats, we offer a supportive and structured environment in which every individual can work towards their recovery goals.
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to become part of an MDT by supporting the team with meeting schedules, taking the minutes, and ensuring external agencies and family members are invited to attend the treatment review meetings and other tasks.

To co-ordinate & schedule inspectors visits and add their recommendations into Clinical Governance and Health & Safety agendas so that staff are informed and that all action plans are in one document for monitoring.
Liaise with the Manager and Deputy on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the Unit in all aspects.
