Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our Cellular Pathology team. The post provides a vital link between Cellular Pathology, Cancer Services, clinical teams and external providers, supporting the timely progression of patients through the cancer diagnostic pathway.
You will monitor and track pathology specimens, investigations, results and reports against national cancer waiting time standards and locally agreed milestones, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays and escalating concerns where necessary. The role also includes attending Cancer PTL meetings, maintaining and validating accurate pathway information, monitoring performance and supporting service improvement.
We are looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised individual who can use their initiative, exercise judgement and manage competing priorities in a busy and pressured environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT skills and the ability to analyse and interpret information are essential.
Main duties of the job
- Co-ordinating and monitoring the pathology component of cancer patient pathways, tracking specimens, investigations, results and reports against agreed turnaround times and cancer pathway milestones.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential delays, expediting outstanding investigations and reports and escalating pathway risks or concerns appropriately.
- Attending Cancer PTL and relevant pathway meetings, providing pathology updates and progressing actions for patients requiring close monitoring.
- Working closely with Cellular Pathology, Cancer Services, tumour-site PPCs, clinical teams, external pathology providers and tertiary centres to support timely clinical decision-making.
- Maintaining, validating and reconciling accurate cancer pathway information across relevant clinical and administrative systems, identifying and resolving data-quality issues.
- Monitoring and analysing turnaround times and pathway performance, identifying trends, exceptions and breaches and supporting the production of performance information.
- Acting as a key point of contact for pathology-related cancer pathway enquiries, using judgement and initiative to resolve issues or escalate where appropriate.
- Supporting failsafe processes, including monitoring outstanding ancillary investigations such as IHC and genomic testing, to minimise avoidable delays.

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Endoscopy Booking Office for an Administrative Assistant working 27 hours per week. The position is based Monday to Friday within our office opening hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Applicants must be available to work on Fridays and, ideally, Mondays, with the remaining working days to be agreed upon.
Certain days may be required initially to support induction and training requirements.

Please be aware: This role is based within the Booking Office, providing administrative support to the booking team.This is not a reception-based role.Main duties of the job
You will need to be motivated, hardworking and have excellent administration and communication skills. The successful candidate needs to be a strong team member, conscientious and have a flexible approach. The main duties of this role is to provide an efficient and responsive admin support to the Endoscopy bookings team. Monitoring generic email accounts, adding waiting list entries to the PAS system and ensuring RTT clocks are started, being a point of contact for patients and colleagues, answering incoming calls and helping to monitor answer phone service. The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, have the ability to juggle priorities, to be a strong team member and excellent communication skills are essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and expanding independent healthcare provider delivering high-quality elective surgical services for NHS patients. Main duties of the job
The role will involve providing comprehensive spinal surgical services for NHS patients referred to One Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering outpatient assessment, diagnosis and management of spinal conditions.
Undertaking elective spinal surgical procedures in line with national standards, best practice and agreed clinical pathways.
Providing pre and post-operative follow-up care.
Working collaboratively with anaesthetic, nursing and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient care.
Supporting the development and expansion of spinal surgery services within One Health.
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
Producing high-quality clinic letters, operative notes and patient reports.
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical case discussions.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 4 Children's Continuing Care Associate Practitioner to work within the Greenwich and Bexley Special Children's Continuing care nursing team.
The post holder will be an individual that has experience working with children with complex healthcare and additional needs. You will also demonstrate commitment to continued development and innovation within the team.
We work as an integrated child & young people's nursing service and you will be required to work closely with our local and tertiary hospitals, our children's community nursing team and continuing care team.

Main duties of the job

- To carry out care plans provided by the Children's Community Nursing Team.
- To undertake skilled clinic tasks, for example enteral feeding (naso-gastric/ gastrostomy/jejunostomy), effective suctioning, changing oxygen probes, male and female catheterisation and basic life support following competency assessment.
- To maintain timely and accurate written electronic records in line with Trust and service policy and procedure.
- To be familiar with all equipment required to support the child and to report any deficiency immediately.
- To carry out and record defined safety checks of technical equipment during each shift reporting any issues to the family and community nursing team.
- To independently interpret observations, to recognise abnormal indicators and report to a registered nurse as required.
- To identify concerns and report to the family and continuing care nurse.
- To check and maintain a clean and safe environment and equipment when working.
- To identify emergency situations and take appropriate actions.

Main duties of the job
As a receptionist, you will act as a focal point for the practice, communicating effectively between clinicians, staff and patients. You may also be required to undertake clinical coding work when required by the practices.

NELFT is the largest provider of Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in England. The MHST deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in educational settings for children experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties aged 4 to 18 years old. The teams also have a strong focus on whole school approaches to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people. City & Hackney CAMHS are excited to be recruiting to 1 x full time post as Educational Mental Health Practitioner in the Schools Support Team. This service commenced in September 2019 and it has now received funding to increase the number of MHSTs in City & Hackney WAMHS service.
In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England.
The successful candidate will be offered a full-time educational programme specifically for the role. The course fees are fully funded, and the salary support for the job post will be funded at NHS Agenda for Change (AfC) at beginning Band 4. On successful completion of training, trainee EMHPs will be equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and capabilities to work as a qualified EMHP as autonomous and responsible practitioners within their scope of practice, alongside education colleagues.
EMHPs will play a key role as members of the new Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs), who will have the responsibility for delivering schools overarching approach to providing mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of Digital projects under their management on behalf of the relevant Project Board and within the constraints laid down by the board.

The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that projects meet the requirementsof the clinical services, to the necessary standards of quality, and within the specified constraints of time and cost. 1.Produce and revise all project documentation including Detailed Implementation Plans(DIP) that cover the overall timeframe of relevant projects within the programme;addressing specific periods of key activities (e.g. go live planning).
2.Work closely with Project Executives to manage projects effectively.

Job summary
Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (Band 7/8a) Perinatal Mental Health Service - Community post - Birmingham. 12 month fixed term contract. 32 hours/week
- To provide a high-quality specialist clinical psychology service within the Community Perinatal Mental Health Team to address the psychological needs of perinatal patients.
- To provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy at the same time as offering supervision, advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and to other, nonprofessional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- To utilise skills for clinical and service audit, policy and service development and research within the area served by the team/service.
Main duties of the job
The main clinical work undertaken is to provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention for mothers and their babies and families in the community. You will work with women with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, including birth trauma, parent-infant work and OCD and depression. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our service wide group programme.
The role will also involve contributing to the supervision of psychology trainees or psychology assistants working in the community setting. The post holder will act as a member of the MDT, attend meetings and offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to team colleagues.
