Job summary
The Digital Services team is a fast-paced environment with over 24,000 calls logged in the past twelve months. The successful candidates will be able to work under pressure and tight timescales whilst providing first class customer service for 1,800 staff and 2,500 client devices.
They will have a passion for innovation, a keen interest in advancing technology and will want to develop current IT support skills.
They will provide first line support to staff across the organisation and be able to demonstrate the ability to diagnose, resolve and monitor technical faults/support calls remotely.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills would be advantageous for this role.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months, until 31st March 2027 to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
Have good communications skills for supporting a wide user base
- Work using Service Desk software to take and respond to calls
- Update Service Desk calls with updates and resolutions
- Be able to prioritise calls raised by users in person or through the Service Desk web portal
- Have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle enquiries professionally, and provide a positive experience for all service users
- Work alongside other Digital Services support staff to escalate issues
- Have experience in an IT setting, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Have experience providing support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications
- To try and resolve requests/issues at the 1st line where possible, or provide 2nd line with all required information to avoid unnecessary delays to the resolution of calls
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Job summary
The Training Programme Director for O&G Ultrasound Co-ordinator will coordinate delivery of the basic and intermediate ultrasound modules.
They will be a member of the School Board and be expected to attend School Board Meetings. They will work with ultrasound trainers in the region to coordinate delivery of the ultrasound curriculum and assessments to support the School Operational Programme.

Main duties of the job
The Training Programme Director will focus upon improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future. The role is evolving and will also focus on whole workforce transformation and developing multi-professional links.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced NHS Consultant with a thorough understanding of (specialty) training across the region and who will also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work effectively as a member of a multi-professional team.

We offer enhancements for Saturdays and any work between 8pm and 7.30am on weekdays at time +30% of your basic salary rate. For Sundays and Bank Holidays at time + 60% of your basic salary rate.

Village Health Group (VHG) is a large GMS practice caring for around 28,000 patients across Rushcliffe, South Nottinghamshire. The practice was formed in April 2020 following the merger of East Leake Medical Group and Keyworth Medical Practice, both previously rated Outstanding by the CQC.
We operate across four sites, with our main surgeries in East Leake and Keyworth and branch surgeries in Ruddington and Sutton Bonington. We are also a part-dispensing practice.

Leeds Student Medical Practice are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
We are a large, evolving practice with a unique student demographic. We have a list size of over 40,000 and are based in Leeds city centre in close proximity to the universities. Parking is available on site.

Join our expert Radiotherapy Team as a Senior Review Radiographer, based at Velindre at Nevill Hall Radiotherapy Unit, Abergavenny. Main duties of the job
To organise and lead on radiographer led review clinics, including assessing and managing treatment side effects, and advising patients and carers on how to manage these side effects. To include prescribing medications where appropriate utilising the current prescribing guidelines.

To be part of the multidisciplinary team involved in the total care of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment and highly specialist treatments e.g. SRS and SBRT

To assist in organising and planning the workload in review clinic and information and support service.
To take responsibility for training and supervising more junior review radiographers, rotational radiographers, support staff and students.
To work with more senior staff to provide a safe, accurate, efficient and caring treatment service.

We have a part time position available for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Wansbeck General Hospital.
This is a part-time position for 21 hrs per week
Hours of work for this post will be flexible whilst rotas are under review but will usually be worked as 3 x 7hr shifts per week between 7am - 7pm.

You will work as an autonomous specialist practitioner, providing expert assessment, advice, education and support throughout the patient journey, while working closely with our multidisciplinary teams.

You will work collaboratively across Gastroenterology and the wider Trust to ensure patients receive timely, safe and effective treatment and access to appropriate services.

Promote patient self-management, education, and improved long-term health outcomes. Support discharge planning, care coordination, and continuity of care across primary and secondary care services. Lead medicines optimisation initiatives and contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit, research, and staff education. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist, with an interest in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Urology and Colorectal conditions has arisen, to join our friendly team. This post is to provide a highly skilled and specialised physiotherapy service in predominantly an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for providing a service to women and men with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor disorders as well as providing an obstetric service which will include the provision of classes. You should be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy with HCPC registration and have at least 2 years post graduate NHS experience as a Physiotherapist. #TeamFlegg are looking for a Salaried GP to join the team between 3 and 6 sessions per week. There is the potential opportunity of Partnership for the right applicant, if of interest.
Fleggburgh Surgery is a small rural dispensing surgery providing healthcare to around 2000 patients. The staff are highly appreciated by our patients who consistently rate the surgery as one of the best in Norfolk & Waveney.
Main duties of the job
Your days will run from 08:30-18:00, appointments are 15 minutes in length with a maximum of 24 appointments per day. You may often be the only GP in the surgery, and therefore responsible for all patient administration on the day - including pathology, letters and tasks. We do however have a PCN Pharmacy Team who support with a large volume of our documents, and a Practice Pharmacist, ANP, Nurse, Physio and Mental Health Practitioners. We are a teaching Practice, supporting GP Resident Doctors.
Our patient population is elderly, however we do not have any care homes and home visits are very infrequent, limited mainly to palliative care visits.
We use SystmOne and have recently undergone a huge digital transformation at the Surgery.

Alyn Family Doctors is looking for a GP Receptionist/Administrator.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient focused Registered Nurse to join our growing Clinical Homecare Nursing Team as a Community IV Nurse.

Job summary
Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Consultant to join the Gastroenterology and Hepatology team at Hereford County Hospital on a 12-month fixed term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive and well-established service within a progressive District General Hospital. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality Gastroenterology and Hepatology services across inpatient, outpatient and endoscopy settings.
The services are well-developed with an established team of Consultant Gastroenterologists & Hepatologists, Specialist Registrars, Resident Doctors, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, and more. The department has developed a number of nurse-led and consultant-supervised services.
The department provides a comprehensive range of Gastroenterology and Hepatology diagnostic and therapeutic services.
The post will provide a varied clinical role, with opportunities to undertake inpatient Consultant of the Week responsibilities, outpatient clinics and endoscopy, alongside participation in the GI Bleed on-call rota. The existing Consultant of the week and GI bleed arrangements operate on a 1:8 basis. There is no mandatory Acute Medicine on-call commitment associated with the role.
The precise duties and job plan for the locum appointment will be agreed with the successful candidate accordingly.
Main duties of the job
The successful Consultant Gastroenterologist will provide high-quality specialist clinical care to patients referred to the Gastroenterology and Hepatology service at Hereford County Hospital.
The main duties of the post will include;
- Providing Consultant-level clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with Gastroenterology conditions.
- Participating in the Gastroenterology Consultant of the Week service, providing senior clinical leadership and decision-making for inpatients.
- Undertaking diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy in accordance with the candidate's experience, competencies and agreed clinical commitments.
- Participating in the GI Bleed on-call rota, including the assessment and management of patients requiring urgent endoscopic intervention, such as patients presenting with gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Providing specialist advice through the department's electronic Advice & Guidance and referral triage services, where included within the agreed job plan.
- Reviewing investigation results and undertaking associated clinical correspondence and administration.
- Contributing to safe and effective patient pathways, ensuring appropriate investigation, treatment, follow-up and referral.
- Supporting the education and supervision of junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
- Work in accordance with Wye Valley NHS Trust policies, procedures and clinical governance arrangements.
