About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Mobile Domestic Caretaker to provide high quality cleaning support across multiple NHS health centres in Leeds. You will cover staff absence and may be required to move between sites at short notice, so adaptability is key.
You will work across multiple locations:
Burmantofts, Bramley, Chapeltown, Halton, Holt Park, Hunslet, Kirkstall, Meanwood, Morley, Pudsey, Rothwell, Seacroft and Woodsley.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with NHS cleaning standards
- Monitor and replenish cleaning stock
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Work independently as a lone worker
- Carry out moving and handling tasks
- Use basic computer systems for recording and reporting tasks

- A confident driver with access to a reliable vehicle
- Someone who is flexible, organised and able to respond to changing needs
- Ability to work across multiple sites, sometimes moving at short notice
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Main duties of the job
Travel Requirements
You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle, as you will travel to various sites across the city for both the morning and evening shifts.
What Youll Be Doing
You will play a vital role in delivering a high quality cleaning service across our health centres, ensuring all areas meet NHS Cleaning Standards. Your work will directly support safe, hygienic environments for patients, staff and visitors. Your duties will include using approved cleaning methods, equipment and materials to maintain:
- Clinical and office spaces, ensuring consistently high standards
- Sanitary areas
- Furniture, fixtures and fittings (high and low level)
- Carpeted areas and hard flooring
- Upholstery

Job summary
Due to internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity within the acute Speech and Language Therapy service in Lincoln County Hospital for an Assistant Practitioner. The post holder will work under the direction of Speech and Language Therapists to assist in the delivery of the Speech and Language Therapy acute service. We are a friendly and supportive team who look forward to supporting a new team member. The acute service comprises of wards specialising in ENT, respiratory, medical, care of the elderly and frailty. The post holder will be working with patients who have acquired communication and swallowing difficulties caused by a variety of aetiologies.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing speech and language therapy programmes and providing feedback to the Speech and Language Therapist following these sessions. Additional training will be provided to develop competencies in dysphagia to an appropriate level. The post holder will also be required to complete administrative duties and processes for the caseload.
We are looking for candidates who hold the required Level 5 qualification as are unable to offer B3 development posts at this time. Please see job description/person specification for details.
Those who have completed a nursing associates qualification who are looking to develop skills within speech and language therapy will be considered.

Main duties of the job
- To assist the Speech and Language Therapy team with daily administrative tasks which will include the use of Systm one and Microsoft Excel.
- To gather patient case histories from medical notes and discussion with the multi-disciplinary team and patient, as requested by the Speech and Language Therapist
- To assist the Speech and Language Therapist on the acute wards when they are conducting swallowing assessments.
- To independently carry out communication screens on inpatients, as directed by a speech and language therapist.
- To independently carry out speech and language therapy sessions with inpatients with communication difficulties, delivering therapy programmes written by a Speech and Language Therapist. This will include demonstration of communication aids.
- To independently carry out a protocol guided swallowing assessment on inpatients, in line with the services dysphagia policy and the individual's level of competency.
- To maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with service and Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) guidelines
- To feedback findings to the Speech and Language Therapy team.

Main duties of the job
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient services within a safe and efficient work environment by providing effective support to clinicians and staff.
- Maintain a calm and professional reception area.
- Be the first point of contact for patients, projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors.

Whiteacres Medical Centre is situated in the foothills of the Malvern Hills, this purpose-built building was opened in 2000 to provide excellent quality of care to the residents of Malvern.
The number of patients we care for has steadily increased to over 12000 patients.

We are looking for an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Berkshire West CAMHS Specialist Community Team (SCT) to cover Reading and Wokingham and when needed, Newbury.
CAMHS SCT provides a responsive, formulation led intervention for children and young people experiencing complex mental health difficulties or needing urgent and/or intensive specialist support. The service develops an early, holistic understanding of each young per by coproducing formulations with them, their families and key professionals across education, social care and the voluntary sector. This shared approach clarifies the young person's difficulties and the systemic factors influencing their presentation and creates the best care plan to meet their needs.
You will join a team of clinicians from various disciplines to provide assessments, care-coordination, and evidence-based psychological interventions to young people and their families. As a senior member of the team, you will be supporting and supervising less experienced and junior members of the team.
This role is a 12 month FTC and we are looking for someone full time. The hours are 9-5pm and you will be based at Erlegh House, University of Reading with free parking on-site.
Main duties of the job

5.1 Responsibility for People Management

Main duties of the job
* Undertake repeat prescribing duties for Appliance and enhanced monitoring prescriptions.

Our Practice is within a purpose-built Primary Care Centre in the heart of Nantwich with 20 clinical rooms and 1 operating suite on the ground floor from which with provide a minor surgery provision and an onsite Research Team.
Nantwich is a charming historical market town, set beside the river Weaver, with excellent transport links with Manchester only an hour away by train, the beautiful city of Chester is a 45-minute drive away and the North Wales coast just over an hour away. Nantwich also has a number of excellent primary schools and two very reputable senior schools.
We serve a population of circa 13,000 patients and our medical team comprises of 6 GP Partners, 2 salaried GPs, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, and 1 Health Care Support Worker and 2 Physiotherapists. We are part of Nantwich and Rural PCN and currently have ARRS roles in Care Co-ordinator, Nurse Associate, 2 Pharmacy Technicians, 2 Pharmacists and a social prescriber.
We also have an onsite dedicated Research Team with 3 Nurses, Admin and three of our own GP Partners, with valuable research studies constantly ongoing there is always the opportunity to become involved in our research team.

We are in an exciting position to be able to advertise for a community mental health nurse. We are seeking a mental health nurses who is looking to be at the forefront of future healthcare and integrated working for the older adult population, working within the Specialist Mental Health Services for Older People. As a multi-disciplinary team we provide holistic assessment and treatment pathways for older adults, and people with mental health and frailty needs. Our service provides seamless pathways between primary care and secondary care services for people with functional mental illness, and also dementia care.
As a team, we can offer multi-disciplinary support from Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, as well as Mental Health Nurses. We also provide regular CPD sessions, reflective practice, staff support sessions, individual and group supervisions, and academic training, as well as access to external training resources.
Newly registered Band 5 community nurses are supported in their transition from student to nurse through a 12 month preceptorship programme.

Job summary
The Children and Young People's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT) is a service transformation programme delivered by Health Education England and partners that aims to improve existing children and young people's mental health services (CYP MHS) working in the community. CYP-IAPT trainees will benefit from being integrated fully within CYP MHS.
This is an NHSE-funded training post as part of the Child and Young People's (CYP) Psychological Trainings, which involves part-time working as a Practitioner in an NHS CAMHS service (Ealing CAMHS, Hammersmith & Fulham CAMHS, or Hounslow CAMHS) alongside part-time studying with UCL/Anna Freud, undertaking a programme of training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Main duties of the job

Hull and East Riding Community Rehab is a multi disciplinary team consisting of Physios, OTs and Assistant Practitioners. Physios treat some patients in a clinic setting, whilst most people are seen in their own homes, therefore travelling across Hull and the East Riding is essential.
The role of the Physio in the team is to assess, develop and implement a rehab programme tailored to an individual's goals. This programme of intervention could be carried out by the Physiotherapist or delegated to an Associate Practitioner.
The successful candidate will be part of the CHCP rotation, which offers CPD sessions on a number of topics, and access to a Physiotherapy Professional Development Group also.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward thinking Occupational Therapist who can work flexibly. Ward 3 is an Orthopaedic Oncology ward. Age range of patients 16-90, taking referrals from all over the country.
We have a compassionate dedicated team of healthcare professionals working closely together to provide expert care to our patients.
We complete major orthopaedic surgeries, endoprosthetic reconstructions and sometimes amputations to enable patients to recover from their orthopaedic tumours. Advanced Specialist Pharmacist - Clinical Cancer Services, Band 8a (37.5 hours a week)
This newly funded Advanced Specialist Pharmacist for Clinical Cancer Services post will join the growing Cancer Service Pharmacy team.
This clinical post offers the opportunity to provide your cancer services experience and knowledge to a range of roles including screening of complex SACT prescriptions primarily for haematology patients, prescribing weekly in haematology SACT clinics, and training and mentoring junior staff members. Alongside the lead pharmacist for cancer services you will be involved in service delivery projects, writing clinical guidelines and provide clinical pharmacy expertise to high-cost drugs, clinical trials, palliative care as well as clinical haematology.
There could be opportunity for further specialist postgraduate qualifications, if desired.
Pharmacists will provide operational and clinical support to the wider pharmacy department according to the needs of the service. You will participate in weekend pharmacy services, and be involved with the supervision, training and support of junior pharmacists, foundation pharmacists and other pharmacy staff as necessary.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will work within the cancer services team, primarily in haematology
Screen complex prescriptions for SACT medicines and supervise junior staff to do so
Participation in prescribing haematology SACT clinics on a weekly basis
Advising prescribers on funding criteria
Requesting, reviewing and monitoring lab results and other relevant investigations
Prescribing and chart rewrites/transcriptions for day case admissions
Counselling patients on complex medication
Consultation with patients between appointments where required to resolve medication and prescription issues.
Respond to medication related questions from other members of the MDT
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, verbal and written documentation.
Review and write policies and procedures as required
Implement new medicines when they become available/NICE approved (e.g. formulary, pathways, setting up homecare service where applicable)
Participation in pharmacy department late night, weekend and bank holiday rotas will be required. Based on the needs of the service and at the discretion of the Associate Pharmacy Directors, the post holder(s) will be required to work at both the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and Cheltenham General Hospital sites.
