We have an exciting opportunity for a caring, self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our management team as Care Co-ordinating Reception Manager. This newly developed role offers the chance to lead and shape our Care Navigation service, supporting a dedicated reception team that plays a vital role in delivering excellent patient care.
We are looking for someone who can promote a positive image of the practice, lead by example, motivate and support colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing development of our front-line services. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, our reception team is central to the success of the practice, and this role provides the opportunity to make a real difference to both patient experience and staff development.
Whilst experience within a GP practice would be advantageous, we are keen to hear from individuals from a wide range of administrative, customer service, supervisory or management backgrounds who can demonstrate strong leadership potential and transferable skills. If you are an organised, people-focused professional looking for your next challenge, we would welcome your application. Full training and support will be provided to help the successful candidate develop an understanding of primary care systems and processes.

Job summary
The Urgent Care Practitioner will provide autonomous clinical care across NEMS urgent care services. The role is open to suitably qualified UCPs, ECPs and Nurse Practitioners who are independent non-medical prescribers, and is designed to provide a mix of telephone and face-to-face consultations across Integrated Urgent Care Services, urgent treatment centres and other agreed service models.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an experienced registered clinician, able to assess, diagnose, treat, refer and discharge patients with undifferentiated urgent care presentations. They will work within their professional registration, agreed scope of practice, NEMS policies and local clinical pathways.
Telephone consultations will usually be undertaken within Integrated Urgent Care Services. Following induction, and where agreed by the service, some telephone consultation work may be undertaken remotely from home, provided that the post holder is meeting agreed KPIs, quality standards, governance requirements and information governance expectations.
Face-to-face work will include assessment and management of patients presenting to NEMS urgent treatment services. The post holder will be expected to recognise serious illness, clinical deterioration, safeguarding concerns, mental health risk and presentations requiring escalation or transfer to another service.
The role will ideally include a mix of telephone and face-to-face work. Multisite working may be agreed, although some NEMS locations provide both from the same base. The post holder will also contribute to learning, audit, incident review and service improvement, ensuring that care remains safe, effective, patient centred and financially sustainable.

An Operational Executive Team, comprising Executive Board Directors, together with other senior leaders, is being established to oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day activities of NEMS.

We are seeking an enthusiastic SeniorHealth Care Assistant (SHCA) to join our Urgent Treatment Centre team. Working under the guidance of our Nurse Practitioners, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and high-quality patient care across our urgent care services.
As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will support the clinical team in providing care to patients attending our Urgent Treatment Centres and Minor Injuries Unit.
We are looking for someone who:

Main duties of the job
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with the Nurse Practitioners and wider clinical team to support the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care within the Urgent Treatment Centre and Minor Injuries Unit services.
Key responsibilities include:
Clinical Duties- Assist the Nurse Practitioner in delivering both the physical and psychological care of patients.
- Provide support and reassurance to patients, relatives, and carers as required.
- Report any concerns, changes in patient condition, or operational issues promptly to the Senior Nurse.
- Ensure compliance with quality indicator requirements for Type 3 A&E, Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), and Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) services in England.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation in accordance with agreed service standards.
Following appropriate training and successful competency assessment, you may undertake the following clinical tasks:
- Recording and monitoring patient observations.
- Performing 12-lead ECGs.
- Undertaking urinalysis and blood glucose testing.
- Providing simple wound care management, including wound closure and dressings.
- Applying Plaster of Paris (POP) casts and other splints.
- Delivering health promotion advice and support to patients.

The post holder will join the RTT (Referral to Treatment) Validation team within the Patient Administration Contact Centre and will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and patient-facing tasks.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of RTT data, identifying, and resolving pathway discrepancies, validating patient journeys, and supporting the Trust's elective access standards. Experience of working with PTLs, PAS systems, data quality processes, and managing complex patient pathways is essential. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced performance-focused environment.

Job Purpose
The Dermatology Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of our dermatology service. You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent tasks that pop up as in any busy patient facing environment. You'll provide administrative support for medical professionals (IT and paper based) and support clinical staff in the delivery of patient appointments.

Contact patients to offer and arrange dermatology appointments, reviews and follow-ups.

Job summary
St Mark's Hospital is looking to recruit a stoma and pouch care lead nurse to join their established team of stoma and pouch care team. The post holder will have responsibility for the daily operational management of the stoma and pouch care services alongside the nurse consultant, they will provide long term management and support to patients with stomas and an ileoanal pouch, and any related stoma care concerns the patient may encounter. This specific care will be provided through comprehensive clinical skills, information, advice and support to patients undergoing pouch/ stoma forming surgery in addition to the continued development and management of Nurse Led Clinics and the telephone and email advice lines.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be based at St Mark's Hospital, with principal sites at Central Middlesex Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital. There will also be a requirement to provide services at Ealing Hospital site and community cover as necessary. The post holder will be responsible for the strategic management and ongoing development of the specialist stoma and pouch care service across these hospital sites and the associated community settings.
The post holder will hold managerial responsibility for the stoma and pouch care team and will work collaboratively with the Nurse Consultant, the wider stoma and pouch care team, and multidisciplinary colleagues across the Trust to enhance clinical outcomes for patients undergoing stoma and pouch-forming surgery. They will function as a senior expert practitioner, providing specialist advice and prescribing stoma-related products to facilitate a seamless transition of care from secondary to primary services.
The delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care will be underpinned by engagement in research, audit, and educational initiatives. The post holder will provide comprehensive, long-term management and support for patients with a stoma, pouch or fistula, utilising advanced clinical expertise. Care will be delivered through nurse-led clinics, as well as via telephone and email advisory services, ensuring accessible and responsive support.
