Main duties of the job
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting the registered manager with CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patients' needs, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. You will provide care for the presenting patient, focusing on treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care. Operose Health is committed to supporting its staff with opportunities for continuous professional development, including support to gain an independent prescribing qualification and providing in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs. You will benefit from 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and 1 week's paid CPD/study leave per year, alongside access to a bespoke learning management system.

Main duties of the job
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You will strive to maintain qualify within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in qualify health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework and contributing to the practice achieving other qualify standards to include CQC standards.
