Main duties of the job

You will support the professional staff with the overall responsibility for all patients on the inpatient Ward the scope of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Welcoming/greeting patients to the ward area.
• Answering the telephone, recording and delivering messages accurately and to the appropriate person.
• Assisting in the ordering and monitoring of stores and stock rotation.
• Running errands to other departments.
• Support other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

Working in a team of 15 and working with a wide range of healthcare professionals. You will also receive a golden hello payment of £3,500 which is paid in 4 instalments, upon starting.

Hours

37.5 hours working 11.5 hour shift patterns, 7am-7:30pm working 3 days a week. Rolling shift pattern.

Flexible to do occasional night shifts when required.

Main duties of the job

• To report all defects identified in theatre trays and instruments to the TSSU manager.

• To be responsible for identifying and checking all returned instruments and equipment as specified on the tray specification sheet
• To undertake quality checks for cleanliness and completeness of equipment before distribution

• To ensure that PPE is always used as appropriate in line with policy
• To ensure that universal precautions are maintained and processes follow infection control guidance.

Main duties of the job

Safely driving Practice Plus Group clinicians to and from patient homes during out of hours shifts. Planning and managing routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival for scheduled visits. Assisting clinicians with navigation and any necessary logistics related to travel during shifts. Ensuring vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and maintenance reporting as required. Supporting the clinical team by being a reliable and professional presence during visits. Communicating effectively with the clinical and administrative teams to coordinate travel and schedules.

Previous experience as a driver, preferably within a healthcare setting. Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record. We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Gartree. HMP Gartree is a category B prison based in Market Harborough, housing around 650 patients. You will be working close with the multidisciplinary team, including GP's and ACP's to deliver Psychiatric support to adult males mainly aged 28-50. Most of whom have complex mental health and historic trauma needs.
