If you are a registered mental health nurse, social worker or occupational therapist with an interest and passion for supporting young people and families, we would love to hear from you!
As a specialist mental health team we in Core CAMHS, support young people with moderate, severe and enduring mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties.
In the role you will join a robust multidisciplinary team, providing assessment and interventions for children and young people with complex, severe, and persistent emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties.
There will be scope for creativity in this team, to develop evidence-based interventions, to think systemically and work collaboratively with children, young people and families, informed by the local Transformation Plan, Future in Mind and the THRIVE framework.
It really is time to think differently and creatively about how we can help more children and young people with their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Main duties of the job
- Assessing and providing therapeutic interventions for young people who require intervention and support from a secondary mental health service.
- oversight and delivery of the provision of planned recovery focused care working in partnership with young people, carers and other professionals.
- working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and other services to provide seamless and holistic care for young people, this may include, social care, schools or our other partnership agencies.
- management of a caseload, which includes, assessment, care-planning in conjunction with service user and carer and utilising service specific outcome measures to guide and evaluate effectiveness of individual treatment plans.
- opportunity to be involved in service transformation and service improvement to meet the needs of children and young people in the local area.
- provide supervision to junior colleagues.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Teams Adult Social Care in South staffs for a Band 4 Care Act Assessor. This is a permanent position and is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their social care career who wants to experience a wide range of opportunities in adult social services. You will be fully supported to develop your skills and experience. The team successful applicant will be joining is configured of social workers, social care assessors and Care act Assessors, therefore it would be suited to someone who has an interest in the welfare of those in the community of South Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
The role involves being part of a busy community assessment and review team and involves working closely with service-users, carers, partner agencies and other professionals providing assessment of need, signposting, information, care planning and reviewing in line with The Care Act (2014) and Mental Capacity Act (2005).
Main duties of the job
A good knowledge of the services available to support and promote independence in the community is a benefit but not essential as an induction and full training will be provided. The post holder will be responsible for working in an identified adult community mental health service, with the flexibility of working across pathways, dependent on skill and service need. They will be responsible for key working of an identified caseload.

We are a large, expanding team covering the whole of Staffordshire, with office bases in Stafford, Stoke-On-Trent and Lichfield. We operate in a Hub system, which is, based on geographical location allowing us to ensure a supportive, small team feel across all hubs. We provide a 24/7 nurse on call service, ensuring a constant point of contact where support can be accessed.
We are looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team. We do cover a 24-hour period so there is an expectation that you would be able to work days and nights and the shift times are individual to each package of care. The whole of your shift will be spent with one client, so you will get the opportunity to really make a difference.

Main duties of the job
- You will be responsible for the provision of a therapeutic psychological / mental health service to children & young people presenting with psychological distress and mental health difficulties. The role will incorporate complex assessments leading to psychological formulations and the delivery of effective interventions to this population.

Main duties of the job
A key feature of this post is to promote individual person-centred recovery by drawing on the peer support workers own personal lived experience of mental health challenges and of accessing mental health services.
As a pivotal and highly valued member of the team, peer support workers will have a case load of identified patients who they will work with on both an individual basis and by delivering group interventions, working in collaboration with the wider multi-disciplinary team.
This formalised peer support will allow the post holder to provide a safe space for individuals to talk and make sense of their experiences whilst sharing wisdom from their own recovery to inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible.
They will promote choice, self-determination and opportunities and assist the individual to set and achieve their own unique recovery goals and recognising that everyone's recovery is a distinctive and deeply personal process.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our specialist Children and Young People's Eating Disorders Service. This rewarding role involves providing therapeutic support and spending meaningful time with children and young people experiencing eating disorders, helping to promote recovery and emotional wellbeing.
You will be responsible for delivering planned, recovery-focused care to a defined caseload of children and young people with eating disorders, ensuring support is tailored to individual needs. An exciting opportunity has opened up within the Inclusion Substance Misuse Team at HMP Gartree.
As a band 4 Recovery Support Worker you will be delivering evidence based interventions in a group and 1:1 setting with our service users.

You will be joining a well established, hard working team who will support you in your new role. Your day to day job will be to support the men in your care through their recovery plan. This will be through the delivery of group work session and 1:1 interventions.

Job summary
The postholder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide and co-ordinate the highest standard of care for women who, for a variety of reasons are considered to be vulnerable. These groups will include women for whom there are significant mental health or current domestic violence issues, illicit drug and alcohol use, a learning disability, pregnant teenagers, asylum seekers/refugees and where there are child protection concerns. The focus of the role may change according to identified need.
To be an autonomous practitioner for the care of mothers and babies who have complex social needs.
To support junior staff and students.
To act as an expert practitioner in working with women who have complex social needs and their families
To be an expert in safeguarding processes and offer support in this area to the wider team.
The postholder will be responsible for identifying gaps in areas of service provision and developing strategies to address areas of deficit.
The postholder will provide direct midwifery care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods to selected highly vulnerable women with high complex needs.
The postholder will participate in the community on-call rota providing support as needed across the service.

Promote a woman centred service which ensures safe and effective care throughout their maternity experience
Ensure effective communication with clients, relatives, carers and colleagues, acting as an advocate for the client
Provide holistic, evidence based, women centred care
Demonstrate that women and their partners / relatives where relevant are involved in both decisions affecting their care and wellbeing, and in service development. Practice in accordance with the professional, ethical and legal codes of the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and Trust's protocols and guidelines.

You will provide administration support for the Nottinghamshire IWS service for adults and families across Nottinghamshire.
You will be responsible for a range of administration, ensuring the smooth running of the office and the administration of the programmes to meet targets and deadlines set by the SPOA lead.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Providing a range of administration duties for the service including patient and health professional letters, patient database updates, appointment bookings, taking telephone queries, liaising with health professionals and colleagues.
You will be working as part of a large and friendly team of varied professions across the County of Nottinghamshire, and you will be part of the Single Point of Access team which is responsible for all administration duties for the service including referrals into the service via electronic database, telephone, website, text and email.

Key responsibilities will be:
Take incoming calls through the Nottinghamshire based Single Point of Access, ensuring that calls are transferred to the relevant person/ department and making sure messages are dealt with efficiently.
