Ward 4A is a surgical ward specialising in general surgery and urology.
Main duties of the job

Part time, 0.61wte (23hours p/week)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist, with an interest in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Urology and Colorectal conditions has arisen, to join our friendly team. This post is to provide a highly skilled and specialised physiotherapy service in predominantly an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for providing a service to women and men with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor disorders as well as providing an obstetric service which will include the provision of classes. You should be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy with HCPC registration and have at least 2 years post graduate NHS experience as a Physiotherapist. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate appropriate CPD activity.
Main duties of the job
All applicants should be able to demonstrate skilled assessment and treatment techniques, clinical expertise and effective decision making. You will be enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated with excellent clinical, organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills are essential as a great deal of empathy and patience is required due to the nature of the conditions seen. A flexible approach to day-to-day tasks is essential, to meet the demands of the service. Our philosophy is to keep the patient at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to train to report plain film studies. Main duties of the job

Job summary
This is a dual Reception/Administration role, offering a combination of patient-facing reception duties and administrative work. The Reception element involves supporting patients, managing enquiries and appointments and helping clinics run smoothly, while the Administration element is primarily office-based and includes referrals, clinical databases, activity data, stock ordering and other service administration. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have previous receptionist and/or administrative experience gained within a Primary Care setting or the NHS. They will possess excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, with the ability to provide a professional and compassionate service to patients and colleagues alike.
A high level of attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to learn new tasks quickly and confidently manage a varied workload within a fast-paced environment.

Whitstable Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and patient focused Clinical Services Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team based at Estuary View Medical Practice.
This role will support both our busy reception team and wider Clinical Services department helping ensure patients receive a professional welcoming and efficient service at all times. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join our team in 5D Whiston Hospital
5D has 25 in-patient beds and also a specialist gym area for rehabilitation and group therapy. The main aim of ward 5D is to provide specialist rehabilitation for patients with a stroke, this is delivered by our multi-disciplinary team of Doctors, Nurses and therapists along with invaluable support of the National Stroke Association.
Main duties of the job
The Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) will:
- Undertake personal care duties for patients within the care setting accessing supervision from registered healthcare practitioner. Personal care refers to delivery of personal hygiene and assisting with feeding, not requiring clinical skills.
- Record patient's personal care information in accordance with local and trust policies.
- Work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Trust's vision and values providing safe, high quality compassionate, person centred care.
- Demonstrate ward routine to new employees in own work area, where required.

About Tonbridge PCN
Serving approximately 70,000 patients; Tonbridge PCN strives to develop collaborative working across Tonbridge GP practices and local health and care services. Tonbridge recently won a Kent and Medway award for its Integrated Home Visiting Service, jointly staffed by PCN GPs, paramedics and local community nursing teams.
The PCN aims to support and strengthen delivery of primary care, offering high standards of patient care centred on the needs of our population, whilst working to support a happy and resilient workforce through the development of robust multi-disciplinary teams. A Same Day Access PCN Hub service with GP supervision using ACP clinical skills is currently in development, and we hope this will not only support patient access but provide a greater range of clinical experience for ACPs working at PCN level.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Surgical division. We require a Ward Manager with substantial years experience post registration and at least 2 years at Band 6.
The post holder will carry professional, clinical and educational responsibilities for the provision of patient services within the Surgical/Colorectal Ward and an integrated Surgical assessment unit.

Administration Management of risk
- Ensure security of data at all times
- Summarise and code relevant information from patients paper records into the practice clinical system
- Extraction of necessary data from clinical correspondence and input into electronic patient record
- Check QoF requirements and record and code necessary data
- Electronically file copies of hospital referrals and letters and any other relevant correspondence into patients notes
- Action tasks to Clinical Admin Team in a timely fashion
- Processing new Mother & Baby letters/Task Perinatal Team with new baby information
- Record and code domestic violence/safeguarding reports
- Code the new clinical records when they arrive in the practice
- SystmOne administration and tasks (Summary care records/GP2GP extracts/Welcome Home Letters/Death protocol)
