Job summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced secretary in our Vascular Department to provide comprehensive secretarial support within the department.
It is essential that applicants have previous NHS experience and possess a high level of audio typing skills. You should hold a Medical Secretarial Qualification (or have equivalent previous experience) and are qualified to a minimum of RSA Stage 2 (or equivalent).
The successful applicant will be able be able to work as part of a team while managing their own independent workload and competing priorities. The post holder will have a good understanding of Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways and the ability to maintain good and reliable records.
Main duties of the job
To support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements to provide a high quality supportive secretarial service to the consultant, medical and nursing team. To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. To support the facilitation of the patients along a defined pathway.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will provide psychological interventions, staff training, support and supervision within the acute care pathway and inpatient adult mental health units.
The post holder will also be required to provide direct expert psychological clinical input to service users and families.
The post holder will receive professional and line management support from within a friendly and growing AMH Clinical Psychology & Psychological Services Department.

Main duties of the job
- To be an active and integrated member of the inpatient multidisciplinary mental health team.
- To provide a highly specialised clinical psychology service to clients of the sector, providing specialised psychological assessment and therapy to clients, and consultation to staff.
- To work autonomously in accordance with The British Psychological Society Code of Conduct, Ethical Principles and Guidelines 2004, and Health and Care Professions Council.

The unit uses a positive behaviour support model, with ABC charts and incident management systems in place to support the functional assessment of behaviour. Cygnet Paddocks: Cygnet Paddocks is our specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men. The service provides a dedicated care pathway for men affected by acquired brain injury or neurological conditions, where behaviours that challenge are the overarching impairment to recovery and rehabilitation.
The service opened in June 2024. Role Overview

Job summary
**Fixed-term opportunity for a senior Pharmacist with an interest/background in Oncology & Aseptic Services.**
Following the 'Cancer and Aseptics' element of the Job Description, you will join a committed, professional team in the delivery of excellent clinical pharmacy service. You will experience Oncology, Haematology, Clinical Trials and PN and work with high cost drugs and quality risk management systems.
The Cancer and Aseptics team support two busy treatment suites and external hospitals through our licensed aseptic unit. As a specialist pharmacist you will be directly involved in the clinical verification of chemotherapy prescriptions, the final check and release of products made under license and section 10 exemption. You will be involved in service development tasks such as training and change implementation in our expanding service. You will help provide a clinical ward service on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job
To provide a high level of specialist pharmacy services to one or more of the specialist service areas listed below, working closely with other pharmacists, medical/ nursing staff and senior technicians /ward technicians.
Our aim is that some of these posts will be rotational (year-long rotations) and include the below specialities:
- Acute Medical Admission

- Family Health
- Frailty Assessment unit/Frailty
- Medicine (Respiratory, Diabetes, Stroke, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology and Rheumatology)

All rotation are ward based, clinic based or based in the cancer team as the dispensary only requires minimum pharmacist input.
Posts that are non-rotational will be speciality based as per the advertised role therefore general aspects and appropriate specialty aspects will apply

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join Evington Ward, an 27 bedded Stroke Rehabilitation ward based in Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
Our aim is to provide quality, planned care for the patients. Main duties of the job

Oxford University Hospitals NHS FT are looking for an Anticoagulation Administrator to join their team. The successful post holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative duties within the Thrombosis Service, based in their Oxford Centre.
The Oxfordshire anticoagulation and DVT service operates across two sites; the Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre at the Nuffield Orthopaedic site, and the pathology department at the Horton site. The service is responsible for the management of patients in Oxfordshire taking anticoagulation medication and comprises education clinics, point of care clinics, and remote telephone and software assisted dose titration. With a caseload of often long term patients the thrombosis team get to know the patients well and enjoy interacting with them on the phone and in person on an outpatient basis.

This is a Locum Consultant Dermatologist post. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative consultant to become a core member of our friendly, supportive Dermatology Department at Beckenham Beacon. Beckenham is a pleasant suburb in the London Borough of Bromley, with excellent transport links to central London (25 mins) and surrounding areas. There are high quality schools nearby, including state grammar schools.
We provide a very high-quality multidisciplinary dermatology service, with high levels of patient satisfaction. We offer services in general dermatology (including biologics), skin cancer, paediatric dermatology, skin surgery, phototherapy, PDT and iontophoresis.
We have a highly successful teledermatology service, through which we assess patients aged under 70 referred on the urgent skin cancer pathway. The quality of the images taken by our highly skilled medical photographers allows us to confidently discharge a large proportion of patients, so that we can focus on providing face-to-face appointments (including same day surgical procedures) for those who need them.
Main duties of the job
The post is based at Beckenham Beacon. The post holder will also cover acute dermatology at Princess Royal University & Orpington Hospitals. The job plan comprises 8 Programmed Activities. There is no on-call commitment. The postholder will ensure patients receive early specialist input and to help develop patient-centred models of care to meet the increasing number of referrals. They will deliver general dermatology, paediatric dermatology and skin cancer clinics and skin surgery procedures. They will also participate in a weekly skin cancer MDT meeting and monthly departmental meetings.They will also be expected to have a commitment to teaching and training of medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. General dermatology outpatient clinic templates typically comprise 5 new patients and a maximum of 8 follow up patients. The team offers community based intensive support to children, young people & their families. CAIST aim to establish trusting therapeutic relationships, to reduce risks when children & young people may be experiencing high levels of distress.

Main duties of the job
Whilst experience in working with children and young people would make you perfectly suited to this role, we are really open to welcoming people from clinical backgrounds who have experience in other areas of mental health. You will offer direct clinical work (crisis assessment and individual interventions via intensive support) with children under 18 years that have presented in crisis, alongside their families and carers where appropriate. We regularly work alongside other mental health services and social care teams, working collaboratively to support the needs of young people.You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and may have some supervisory responsibilities for junior colleagues.

Would you like to be part of a service which is innovative, forward-thinking and committed to enabling people who are experiencing eating disorders to recover and discover their potential?
We are seeking to appoint someone with a caring, compassionate nature, who is innovative, creative, flexible and highly motivated. Primarily you will undertake specialist assessment, therapeutic work and physical health care for people presenting with an eating disorder within the East locality. You should be an excellent communicator and team player, with the successful applicant joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals to provide assessment and treatment to children and adult service users and their families/carers. The team includes a range of other psychological professionals, nurses, dietitians and a consultant clinical psychologist/clinical lead.
Main duties of the job
Existing experience in eating disorders across the age range is desirable but not essential, however, a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this field and a strong desire to help service users and families is vital. The successful candidate will benefit from regular clinical supervision as well as professional supervision, with encouragement to engage with CPD activities as appropriate.

Job summary
- Provide a professional, effective and efficient administrative support function to the Guardian.
- Collate and provide information to support Health Board compliance with the 2026 Terms and Conditions for Resident Doctors.

Main duties of the job
Planning and Design
The post holder will provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support to the Guardian to enable the Health Board to comply with the 2026 Terms and Conditions for Resident Doctors in relation to exception reporting.
The post holder will be guided by established processes but will also be required to act on their own initiative with advice from the Guardian where needed.
Improvement and Monitoring
Analyse data and information received and identify trends of high-risk Exception Reporting across Departments.
Monitor the system database on a daily basis for all Exception Reports logged.
Escalate any Immediate Safety Concerns generated via an Exception Report to the Guardian.
Monitor deadlines for the review process of Exception Reports by Educational Supervisors and proactively seek resolution within required response times.
Work with the Guardian to identify where there are areas of concern and support the development of action plans and reports in relation to this.
Communications
Deal with all day-to-day correspondence on Exception Reporting - initiating appropriate responses in order to provide relevant staff with the required information.
Liaise with Resident Doctors, Educational Supervisors, Rota Co-ordinators and Service Managers to ensure submission of claim forms or via the roster for payment arising from Exception Reporting are processed within contractual timescales.

Job summary
We are recruiting 2 x Full-Time Sterile Services Supervisors. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work within a well-established Sterile Services team at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
The Sterile Services Supervisor will have extensive knowledge and skills of requirements for the product in line with the ISO 13485:2016 standard. They will support the management team in ensuring staff conform to the departmental Quality Management System, hospital policy and procedures, highlighting immediately any areas of concern.
The post holder will be responsible for assessing, organising, and planning the daily workflow within the sterile services department to ensure maximum usage of resources and the efficient and effective operation of the department.
They will provide training to senior and junior colleagues and act as a resource to support the technicians to reduce the Departmental and individuals' non-conformances.
The post holders will be expected to deputise in their absence with the support of the Sterile services Manager.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
- General management and supervision of the production team.
- To assess, plan, organise and manage own workload and the workload of others, to ensure maximum utilisation of resources available on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and co-ordination of staff within the department.
- To provide and receive complex information and to facilitate effective communication with both departmental staff and customers.
- To provide appropriate support for technicians and their on-going development through regular reviews of performance and yearly staff appraisals.
- Responsibility and authority for resolving day-to-day problems and queries arising from customers and supporting the Management team with more complex complaints investigation. Ensure delegated actions relating to complaints are completed within the specified time frames.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Instructor/ Physiotherapy Assistant to join the orthopaedic team at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor.
The successful candidate will support the physiotherapists and the multi disciplinary team to provide physiotherapy intervention and facilitate hospital discharges. The post will involve working with orthopaedic patients requiring rehabilitation. These will be both trauma and arthroplasty cases and may also include people who have accompanying conditions such as stroke, respiratory disease, and symptoms of frailty.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinking Specialist Dental Nurse to join the Birmingham Community Dental Nursing team . Weare a multi-disciplinary team that carry out a variety of different dental treatments under local anaesthetic, conscious sedation and general anaesthesia.
We are looking to recruit to the post below:
Band 5 Specialist Dental Nurse
22.5 hours / 0.6 WTE - permanent post
Working days to be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
The post-holder must hold a Dental Sedation Certificate (IV and IHS), be up to date with Sedation training and able to supply a copy of their CPD log relating to their Sedation specialism.
The post-holder must be flexible as travel to other sites/locations within the division may be required.
The Post Holder will support the clinical management of the dental specialty and ensure the provision of a high standard of patient care and that all Trust policies and procedures are adhered to.
Delivery of high-quality clinical nursing support for the specialties across Dental Services Division clinical sites to respond to the complex needs of the patients that meet the specialty criteria.
Main duties of the job
Maintain a high standard of patient care and confidentiality within all dental clinics throughout the service and manage patients with complex dental, social and medical needs
Stock control/rotation and the ordering of dental consumables as required from appropriate suppliers.
Prepare and maintain specialised dental equipment and dispose of clinical waste including bodily fluids.
Support recording of patient pre-operative assessments. E.g. height weight and blood pressure
Carry out any other duties relevant to this role specified by the Dental Nurse Manager.
Identify relevant staff & student who require additional training within the specialty & escalate as appropriate
Support the School of Dental Nursing, University of Birmingham, School of Hygiene and Therapy and relevant Heads of Service to provide team training for all disciplines.
Adhere to procedures to support and maintaining achieving national targets of compliance.
Ensure to implement agreed, local Divisional and Trust Policies.
Implement outcomes in respect of Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement relating to the specialty.
