Applications are invited from outstanding surgical candidates with FRCS(Orth) or equivalent for the post of Clinical Fellow, The Spinal Service, Oxford University Hospitals NHSFT, Oxford. This post are suitable for surgeons who have completed their specialist registrar training (post CCT is desirable) and are seeking experience in spinal surgery prior to obtaining a consultant appointment and are available from August 2025.
The Fellowship will rotate between 2 pairs of clinical teams to be discussed at interview regarding training preference. The full range of spinal surgical experience is available with surgical subspecialties including early onset scoliosis, adult deformity, all acute spinal presentations, degenerative spinal pathologies including MIS, spinal sarcoma and metastatic disease. Training and service delivery will occur across the three main OUH hospital sites.
We expect successful candidates to have their own surgical loupes (recommended 3x magnification with extended field) when they start in post. Training with the microscope will also be available.

You currently must be in the UK and have current experience of working in a UK Healthcare setting as an HCA.
Main duties of the job
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work under direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse/Nursing Associate. You will be primarily assisting the nursing team with care of the patients and will facilitate the smooth running of the department.
As a member of the ward/department team you will always support clinically your registrant colleagues and act in the best interest of patients. With this role we expect that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and values others' beliefs whilst delivering clinical care. This is a clinical front facing role where excellent customer care skills are expected to be delivered to patients, relatives, carers, and colleagues.

As part of the wider Older Peoples Mental Health Services an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Young Onset and Rarer Dementia team.
This award winning team is based at The Meadows within the borough of Stockport and provides support for clients (under 65) and their carers.
The team are responsible for providing interventions to people with a diagnosis of a young onset dementia, or a rarer type of dementia, in a community setting involving particularly challenging and complex cases.

You can expect to work some long hours, but you wont be working more than five days a week.

We are looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist to our CMATS Team in the East area of BCUHB.
The CMATS service delivers triage and clinical assessment of individuals with musculoskeletal symptoms and orthopaedic conditions, within the East Area of North Wales. Our aim is to offer excellent assessment and treatment of people with musculoskeletal problems within a timely manner; ensuring an appropriate onward management plan through shared decision-making.
The position includes time working within our outpatient musculoskeletal Physiotherapy departments and also offers an opportunity to work in Orthopaedic clinics alongside Orthopaedic consultants and their teams.
We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, who will have a broad background in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, where additional extended scope competencies would be beneficial.

Main duties of the job
To take a clinical lead role in the triage, assessment and treatment of patients where the caseload will comprise of mainly patients with highly complex presentations. It will require liaison with a diverse number of multidisciplinary specialities and integrated working with other disciplines and agencies.
To work as an autonomous, clinical highly Specialist Physiotherapist. To work with the Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist to develop and deliver a high quality clinical service throughout BCUHB. Leading by example; provide a high standard of specialist assessment and treatment of patients in a variety of locations. Using evidence based principles / current best practice and advanced clinical skills and clinical reasoning assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
To develop competencies for frontline clinical staff within the section in order to assess; clinically reason and effectively treat routine cases and identify those with complex needs where support may be required. Support staff to develop skills to identify potential serious pathology in patients referred for Physiotherapy.
To provide an ongoing rolling training programme and support package to develop appropriate knowledge and skills in the workforce within thespecialism and rotational staff base.

Transcend is a newly commissioned service established to explore how Gender Incongruence can be best supported and treated within a Primary Care setting. About us
Stratton Medical Centre is a busy town practice on the outskirts of Bude. We have over 10,700 patients who are looked after by an integrated team of 9 GPs, 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Paramedic, 2 Nurses, 3 Health Care Assistants and a Phlebotomist.
As part of a wider Primary Care Network (PCN), our GP team also benefit from a clinical pharmacist, a home visiting paramedic, a social prescriber and health and wellbeing coach. We also have a team of staff who work with more vulnerable adults including diabetics, learning disabled and the frail elderly. All these staff contribute to managing our patient group.

We are looking to recruit Bank Nurses who are highly motivated & clinically skilled first level registered nurses in either Physical or Mental Health.
Mental Health Nurses will need to have with an interest in all elements of Inpatient and Community Mental Health care delivery. Physical Health Nurses with an interest in recovery rehabilitation, palliative care, or Older Adults to our Inpatient units for Physical Health.
As a valued member of our nursing team, the successful candidates will be required to support shifts on an internal rotation basis, this will involve both day & night shifts, according to your own availability.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for identified service users, acting as nurse for service users with complex and challenging needs.
As a key member of the team, you will provide a high standard or individualised, holistic, and evidence-based patient focused nursing using the nursing process. Registered Nurses also act as a vital link between patients, carers, relatives, and therapists to ensure there is a consistent focus on patient outcomes.

Job summary
The Rapid Response Co-ordinator provides operational co-ordination of Patient Transport and therapeutic support for individuals on a Section 136 of the Mental Health Act within designated places of safety and patients waiting within health care settings for mental health support. The role focusses on managing real-time demand, allocating staff and resources and ensuing that patients receive appropriate support, transport and engagement during times of crisis.
Main duties of the job
The Co-ordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Urgent Care Rapid Response Service, working closely with clinical teams, emergency services and partner agencies to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care to people experiencing mental health crisis. The role will involve coordinating and prioritising requests, allocating staff, supporting patient flow and maintaining oversight of service demand and operational activity. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and communicating effectively with a range of professionals. They will promote a patient centred approach, ensure effective use of resources, and support the smooth and safe running of the service in line with established policies and procedures. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sunderland Talking Therapies to appoint a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The position is full time hours (37.5 per week) for either a qualified PWP who holds a PWP accreditation or a Trainee PWP who is nearing the end of training due to be ratified, and wants to develop their skills and experience within our team. We are looking for a hard-working person to join our deep clean team. You will be based at Kendray Hospital in Barnsley but work trust wide, deep cleaning our sites. Duties include
Hand and machine internal deep cleaning of trust properties.
Outbreak infection control cleans.
Using mechanical cleaning equipment such as scrubbing machines, carpet cleaners, high vacuums and steam cleaners.

Job summary
Due to organisational growth we currently have vacancies for Advanced Nurse Practitioners to work in our Extended Access service.
The primary focus of the role is work as an autonomous advanced practitioner providing high quality and timely patient centred care.

Main duties of the job
As an Operations and Relationship Manager (ORM), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of NHS LIFT buildings within the CHP portfolio, reporting into the Portfolio Manager.
This includes overseeing property compliance, ensuring high standards of tenant engagement and satisfaction, managing relationships with service providers, supporting compliance with safety and contractual obligations, and contributing to community engagement initiatives.
A structured and proactive approach is vital to effectively, organise, plan and prioritise the workload to ensure that all responsibilities and met efficiently, compliance is maintained and strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders are fostered.
The operational focus will be:

Job summary
Applications are invited for a qualified Physicians Associate on a fixed term period of 10 months. Working within the Community Services Department (Diabetes and Endocrinology) based in Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital the post holder will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic Multidisciplinary Team. The post holder will be welcomed by those working in the department, with every encouragement provided to develop and consolidate their Medical knowledge.
This post is a fixed term contract/ secondment for 10 months till 27th of June 2027 to cover maternity leave. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
As a Physicians Associate you will provide care for patients including clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment under the mentorship of a consultant.
The successful candidate will be autonomous, a team player and will be expected to work with the wider practice team to deliver services to meet the needs of the patients. The ability to multi-task and to work under pressure is essential and you must also be adaptable to a varied and high volume workload.
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications, an understanding of GDPR and maintaining strict confidentiality in the healthcare setting are all essential together with excellent organisational and communication skills, flexibility approach to work and good time management.
Education and supervision is available through accredited and in-house training and the successful applicant will be supported by experienced trainers and clinical mentors. The level and type of supervision will be dependent on the post-holders skills and knowledge. A comprehensive induction plan will be tailored for successful candidate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Due to the continued growth of The Communication Hub, Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our patient-facing Single Point of Contact service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to improving access and communication for patients across the Health Board.
The position is based on a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm working pattern, with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week at Hafan Derwen and two days working from home.
The post holder will be Service Coordinator for Waiting List and Cancellations. A key function within the Communication Hub providing patients with accurate and safe information.
The team is seeking an expert in health service administration, patient communication and team leadership. It will require somebody who is knowledgeable of health board systems and an excellent communicator, who is self motivated and committed to quality improvement, whilst demonstrating sound personal and organisational values .

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering a process infrastructure to manage escalated complex queries or process concerns. They will lead on all aspects of operational delivery for the identified service.
The role will include liaising and communicating information verbally and via technical links with health colleagues and partner organisations; to ensure continuity of care for those accessing the service. They will identify and coordinate centralised resources and provide high quality, timely and accurate information and support.
Other tasks will include:
