We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Staff Nurse to join our hospice team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, holistic care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and to support their families during some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort and quality of life, ensuring patients receive exceptional support throughout their hospice journey.
Part-time - 22.5 hours a week - you must be able to commit to a variety of shift patterns including nights, lates, earlies, Bank Holidays and weekends on a planned rota basis.

Main duties of the job
As a member of our team you will have excellent opportunities for training and development to enable you to expand your skills within Palliative and End of Life Care.
You will be responsible for providing symptom management and complex end of life care to patients living with life limiting conditions. You will be able to make a real difference to peoples lives every single day, supporting our patients and their families.
You will also be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based patient care and for providing invaluable support to the patients family.
About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, who is able to demonstrate a commitment to their own CPD.
You will have excellent clinical skills and experience and be able to work under supervision and on your own initiative to provide the highest standards of care and support to your patients and their families.
You will have good communication skills, with sound experience of symptom management gained with a Hospice/Hospital or Nursing Home environment.
You will be willing to learn new skills and expression to develop your own practices.

Newham was the first London borough to offer a fully integrated 0-19 health and social care services since 2017. Therefore, our CYPS directorate continues to deliver the 0-19 Healthy Child programme through the Childrens Health Service. Job summary
We are a well-established, popular and friendly practice at the heart of the local community in Hendon, London NW4 and are seeking an experienced Prescribing Pharmacist to join our forward-thinking clinical team.
We are a training and teaching practice based on a single, practice-owned site, with approximately 12,000 patients and a full range of clinical and non-clinical team members. We are a major contributor to a successful and supportive PCN, have an active group of Patient Champions, are QOF high achievers and are rated GOOD by CQC, with some outstanding points of note.

Face fit testing for respiratory protective equipment is a mandatory requirement under health and safety legislation. This role will play an important part in overseeing the delivery, development and compliance of an effective face fit testing service across the Trust.
The successful candidates will work within the Health and Safety Team and closely with staff and colleagues across a range of services, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a professional, supportive and responsive service.

Main duties of the job
You will carry out face fit testing for staff required to wear FFP3 respirators, ensuring all testing is completed accurately and in line with established procedures.
Working with the Face Fit Team Lead, you will help deliver a safe, effective and compliant testing service. You will maintain accurate records, monitor testing requirements and ensure staff remain up to date.
You will work closely with colleagues across Health and Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, and Procurement to provide consistent, professional advice and support. The role includes both quantitative and qualitative face fit testing, including powered air-purifying respirators (PAPRs) where required.
This is a people-focused role where clear communication, attention to detail and a professional approach are essential. You will help staff understand and use respiratory protective equipment safely and effectively.

Main duties of the job
The Qualified Clinical Coding Officer is responsible for meeting essential trust requirements for statutory information and financial flows through abstracting and analysing complex and sensitive clinical information from a variety of source documentation and translating this into coded form in line with National Clinical Coding Standards using ICD10 and OPCS4 Classifications.
Clinical coding targets will be set in line with completeness, timeliness and accuracy of coding. Other key responsibilities include assisting with clinical coding and workflow audits, representing the clinical coding department at multidisciplinary meetings and providing advice and guidance to more junior members of the coding department in coding rules; identifying any associated training needs.

The role is for 37 hours a week. However, flexibility is essential as you will also be expected to cover for holidays and sickness. Pay rate is competitive and you will receive 6 weeks holiday plus bank holiday. Previous experience as a Receptionist in General Practice or another busy reception environment is essential.

We have an exciting job opportunity a dedicated Band 6 Nurse to join our friendly and progressive Community Children's Nursing Team in Ealing.
We are looking for a full time (37.5 hours per week) post.

You will be a highly motivated independent practitioner, underpinned by a solid foundation in evidence-based nursing practices. In your capacity as a Band 6 Nurse, you will shoulder the responsibility of managing a diverse caseload, serving as a specialist resource in a defined clinical area, and actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of our Children's Community Nursing team.
Main duties of the job
This is an opportunity to become part of a team that provides nursing care to children in a variety of community settings.
The Children's Community Nursing Team provides clinical nursing care, training and support to children, young people (aged 0-19) and their carer's at home or other community settings, enabling them to remain safely in the community and transition to adult services where appropriate.
Our team look after the following children and young people in the community:
- Children with acute and short-term conditions
- Children with long term conditions
- Children with disabilities and complex conditions, including neonates
- Children with life-limiting and life-threatening illness, including palliative and end-of-life-care.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing an excellent, high quality service to the children of Ealing who have additional needs and support one or several of the special schools in Ealing. Your work will entail working closely with children, their parent/carers and key partners to improve health outcomes and support children with special needs to achieve their full potential within all settings; at home, community and at school.
Good communication and working relationships with the school staff and school leadership team is an essential part of the role.
We welcome applications from children's or learning disability nurses with experience or interest in working with children with additional needs.

There is an exciting opportunity for a 12 month role as a Project Coordinator with the Cheshire and Merseyside Diagnostic Programme. The Programme spans across 5 networks and is one of the transformation programme of the Cheshire and Merseyside Provider Collaborative. The Diagnostic Programme has a well established PMO who manage the support and administrative functions across the 5 networks of the Diagnostic Programme (Imaging, Endoscopy, CDCs, Pathology and Physiological Sciences). This is a newly established post for a full or part time Consultant Rheumatologist based at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking to expand our small but highly effective rheumatology medical team of three consultants and one very experienced associate specialist.
This opportunity is unlikely to arise again for many years!
Our candidate must be on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of achieving this.
The post will be based at Barnsley Hospital, one of four Foundation Trusts in South Yorkshire, and in our opinion, the best to work in.

The role involves, coordinating and organising outpatient appointments and investigations with families ensuring that appointments are scheduled within the routine 18 week waiting time, adhering to the Patient Access Policy and RTT 18-week pathway guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties working with the clinical team to ensure that clinic letters, correspondence, and reports relating to the team are accurate and produced within the agreed timeframe and uploaded onto Epic; validating patient data; managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the team; arranging meetings, taking minutes and carrying out actions as necessary; and providing cover in times of absence As a Service Coordinator you should have excellent written and verbal communication; strong administrative and organisational skills, be proficient in MS Word and Excel, diary management, and minute taking. Main duties of the job

The post holder will also support H-fast (home first discharge to assess) working alongside our Multi Agency Discharge Team.
There may be a requirement for the post holder to work flexibly in other areas as required, including different hospital sites and community settings including domiciliary visits. The post may involve working across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Band 6 Radiographer based at West Berkshire Community Hospital in Newbury, part of the Royal Berkshire NHS Trust. The Post holder is expected to work as part of the Community Imaging Team providing an effective Plain film, CT and Dexa service. West Berkshire Community Hospital has been designated as a Community Diagnostic Hub and has been awarded significant investment to upgrade the General Xray equipment and install a Cone Beam CT Unit. The post holder is responsible for the pre-operative assessment of children and young people scheduled to undergo a variety of surgical procedures and investigations requiring a general anaesthetic.
The role will primarily involve undertaking comprehensive pre-operative assessments via telephone, ensuring children and their families are prepared for admission and surgery. Final acceptance into the Apprentice Radiographer post will be dependent on being accepted onto the degree programme by Exeter University (or Derby for top-up AP route) and meeting the apprentice eligibility rules for funding. The start date for the 3 year degree post is March 2027 and January 2027 for the top-up AP route. You must be able to commit to attending all 3 block study sessions per year at the University of Exeter in March, June and October. The 18 month Derby top-up course has no campus attendance.

We have 7 rooms in the Maternity ultrasound department and our general department has 4 rooms. The range of Ultrasounds we perform include MSK, Abdominal / Pelvic, Neck and Soft tissue and Gynae US. Our dedicated Maternity Ultrasound department performs all Obstetric scanning . We also have community Ultrasound services at Orsett Hospital and Brentwood community Hospital. The department has invested in new imaging equipment and promotes service development and improvement initiatives.
Our general and Doppler department is open 7 days a week. We are seeking to extend the opening hours of our maternity department into the weekend as well.
We also staff a symptomatic breast care unit, paediatric hip service and an outreach clinic at Brentwood Community Hospital.

Main duties of the job
- To ensure the highest professional occupational standards are maintained at all times using a high level of specialist knowledge in line with local, regional and national guidelines where appropriate.

In this varied role, you will support the cleansing, validation and correction of waiting list data across a range of specialties, including diagnostics, planned care and inpatient pathways. The Redditch Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) underwent Community Mental Health Transformation in 2021, following the principles outlined in the NHS Community Mental Health Framework (2019). Our way of working aims to improve access, reduce fragmentation, and help people maintain wellbeing, stability, and meaningful lives within their own communities.
This is full time post, but we would consider applicants looking for part time.
Main duties of the job
The team provides accessible, person-centred mental health care supported by local Primary Care Networks. Its purpose is to offer holistic, trauma-informed support for adults with a range of mental health needs, including severe, complex and enduring conditions. The team aims to meet the needs of both people with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) as well as those with trauma histories, personality difficulties, co-morbid substance use, long-term physical health conditions, and social adversity. To this end, the team works collaboratively with primary care, social care, voluntary sector partners and community services to deliver integrated, recovery-focused care. The aim is seamless care across organisational boundaries with a no wrong front door referral policy and a step-up and step-down flow of patient care between primary and secondary services.
The teams accepts referrals for working age adult patients aged 17 and over. Referrals are routinely received from:

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our team at HMP Full Sutton.
HMP Full Sutton is a busy category A and B mens prison in the village of Full Sutton in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The site supports around 560 men aged 21+ with a range of health conditions including a high number of complex needs. Within this role you will be delivering clinical sessions, segregation rounds and providing daily acute support within the main population and specialist units.
We are looking for a General Practitionerwho has a passion for working with patients who are disconnected from the healthcare service and who is keen to work as part of an established team.

Working: Mon, Thurs or Fri
AM session - 08:00 - 12:00
PM session - 12:00 - 16:00
This position is part-time roleworking12 hrs, or 3 sessions per week.Sessions can be worked across 2 or 3 days.
