As the senior CT radiographer, the candidate will also be competent in undertaking Cardiac CT scans and already be competent in, or have the aptitude to train in undertaking Virtual Colonoscopy CT scans.
At the Darent Valley site, the mainly inpatient and A+E based workflow requires the candidate to be flexible in their approach to managing a CT day list, communicate effectively with staff in the wider multi-disciplinary team and deal with the acutely unwell patient to achieve diagnostic scans.
Working days and or shift patterns will be agreed by the line manager to meet the needs of the service and will based on a 7 day service.
