Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse to be part of Bury's Specialist Mental Health Team which is part of the wider Neighbourhood Mental Health Service.
The Specialist Mental Health Team delivers interventions and support to individuals of working age who require intensive longer term input due to a severe/ enduring mental health conditions.
The team comprises of professionals from a variety of disciplines
Following the transformation of services health and social care tasks have been allocated to relevant professionals within their employing organisation, Pennine Care Foundation Trust and Bury council. There is an expectation that joint working will continue with council colleagues for an holistic approach to care.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team and this appointment will be pivotal in delivering and supporting this new way of working.
Included in your responsibilities would be;
Day to day management of the team.
Supporting and developing the new model of working
Ensuring safe and effective service delivery within a framework of high quality practice
Working in partnership with statutory, independent sector and other agencies.
To demonstrate sound clinical decision making
To monitor and achieve key performance indicators

You will also have the support of a Practice Development Nurse who will support your development alongside your team leader and the senior nursing team which comprises of matrons and a lead matron. Job summary
Aspen Medical Practice is seeking a Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team. We believe excellent patient care depends on giving clinicians the time and support they need to work safely and sustainably. Our standard GP clinics include ten 15-minute face-to-face appointments, four protected follow-up telephone slots and 1 hour 10 minutes of protected administration time per session.
We care for approximately 32,000 patients and have invested in a large multidisciplinary team, dedicated administrative support and structured appointment templates to help reduce GP workload and support continuity of care. GPs work within a collaborative Duty Hub model, providing access to colleagues for advice and support throughout the day.
This is a permanent role for 4-8 sessions per week. Flexible working arrangements will be considered, although we are particularly interested in candidates who can work on Mondays and/or Wednesdays. The successful candidate will also participate in our Extended Access service through either an evening or Saturday session.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered clinician to become part of the Teeswide CAMHS crisis team. The post is for a band 6 clinician who has a keen interest in childrens mental health and is able to work in a fast paced but rewarding service. The post is to work as an autonomous clinician carrying out crisis assessments and being able to formulate plans for young people and their carers during times of distress.
The crisis team is a 24 hour service that caters for children and young people up to the age of 18 living in the Teesside area and offers rapid assessment of mental health and emotional needs for children in crisis.
Candidates must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework at the time of applying.

Main duties of the job
The main duties involve assessment of mental health and emotional needs of children who present in crisis. The clinician needs to be able to carry out thorough risk assessments and be able to formulate safety plans with children and their carers during times of distress.
You will offer telephone support to children, young people, carers and other professionals who need advice and guidance around emotional distress.
The successful applicant will complete short term interventions around risk management and monitoring of mental state with a view to maintaining young people safely in the community wherever possible.

We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and highly motivated psychology graduates who are keen to gain experience in order to progress towards applied training in psychological practice. One post is on the Greenwich Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and the other in Bexley MHST.
Main duties of the job
The posts are focused upon supporting data collection processes for Children and Young Peoples IAPT (CYP-IAPT), including clinical outcome monitoring and service-user satisfaction. The role involves supporting clinical staff in using and interpreting routine outcome measures, analysing data, producing reports and training staff in outcome measures. Having good IT skills and knowledge of Excel and SPSS would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are necessary to be able to liaise and support clinical staff and teams, and an interest in working with children and young people is essential. The post will be supervised by a Clinical Psychologist. Although the primary task in this role is to support data collection there will be opportunities to undertake clinical work under supervision.
Both teams are friendly, busy and thriving CYP CAMHS services, providing early mental health intervention to CYP/families within a number of local primary and secondary schools.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy service within Neurosciences. - Provide clinical pharmacist input to daily consultant-led MDT ward rounds.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Band 7 Clinical Team Lead to head up our new Female Enhanced Care Unit (ECU ). Our Female ECU will provide specialist care for women experiencing acute and complex mental health. The unit supports patients who require enhanced engagement, intensive therapeutic input, and a structured environment to support recovery.
Main duties of the job
We are committed to providing care that is safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred, recognising the unique needs of women within mental health services.
As Clinical Team Lead, you will be pivotal in the recruitment, selection and development of your clinical team.
As a new service, the drivers will balance a therapeutic and medical model and you will support and influence the implementation, training and delivery of this.
You will clinically and operationally lead the new ECU team.As part of this role you will join the acute and urgent care leadership team, with access to senior and peer support from mental health inpatient services and the wider Mental Health division -unplanned care.
As part of the inpatient leadership team, there is an expectation to provide senior Band 7 duty cover on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holiday Mondays across the wider unplanned adult and older adult inpatient services. This currently equates to approximately one in every 15 weekends (around four weekends per year), with time off in lieu taken during the week. This role is supported by the weekend multidisciplinary team (MDT), which provides cover for all inpatient areas to facilitate urgent MDT discussions. The service is led by the Band 7 on duty alongside an inpatient Responsible Clinician (RC) or Approved Clinician (AC), both operating on a rota basis.

The post holder will join the RTT (Referral to Treatment) Validation team within the Patient Administration Contact Centre and will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and patient-facing tasks.

- Undertake ongoing mental health risk assessments, including risks relating to self-harm, suicide, aggression, absconding, vulnerability, delirium/dementia, cognitive impairment and emotional distress.
- Deliver direct therapeutic engagement to patients requiring enhanced support, one-to-one observation or behavioural intervention.
- Support patients experiencing psychological trauma, distress, confusion, agitation or challenging behaviour using trauma-informed approaches and de-escalation skills.

Job summary
The post holder will support the provision of the Autism Team to autistic individuals and complex healthcare needs across Lancashire and South Cumbria. Your role will be to ensure that the person's communication needs are assessed and considered. You will be a registered Speech and Language Therapist who will undertake appropriately delegated work to support the care and treatment of autistic adults within the community and inpatient settings. You will 30 hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is required to meet the needs of the team and the wider network. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Speech and language therapist to join the Specialist Autism Team, a unique and continuously developing service which works closely with secondary mental health care services to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions for autistic individuals.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for an experienced band 5 or existing band 6 physiotherapist to develop their skills and knowledge within the speciality of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy within a supportive team.
The pelvic health physiotherapy service is based at Homerton Hospital with a responsibility to provide inpatient and outpatient services, community clinics and group exercise and advice sessions. The service has close links with gynaecology, urology, colorectal and sexual health consultants, midwives, specialist nurses and GP services. The service is led by the pelvic health physiotherapy team lead and the wider Outpatient therapies lead. Pelvic Health experience would be advantageous but an MSK physiotherapist with enthusiasm and drive to develop within the speciality of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy would be considered. Potential funding is available for courses specific to development into this area. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical, teaching and managerial skills and be actively involved in service development.

Working hours:we are open Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 6:00pm, closed on Bank Holidays and during the Christmas and New Year period. Our team works on a rota basis, covering 37.5 hours per week typically 7.5 hours per day.
Your role:you willbe responsible fora group of children, providing daily care, activities, and completing developmental reviews. You will support children from 6 months to reception age, ensuringhigh standardsof care and learning in a safe, stimulating environment, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will support and inspire children to become independent, creative, and confident individuals. By planning engaging and stimulating activities, you will help children achieve their full potential. Also building strong relationships with parents is essential.
You will alsomaintaina positive, caring approach, contribute creative ideas, and work collaboratively within the team and bring experience in working with children with special needs, working closely with the nursery team and the area SENCO to provide the best support.
