Job summary
As an Engagement and Partnerships Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships between the Trust and the communities we serve. Your primary responsibility will be to implement community engagement strategies that align with the Trust's vision and values.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and device methods to ensure that the voices of patients, carers and local communities are heard and can influence the Trust's decision making, particularly around service development and transformation.
You will work closely with the Head of Public and Community Engagement to plan and deliver a range of engagement activities, including public meetings and community events. You will help build trust and confidence in the Trust and the NHS, ensuring that the community feels valued and involved in shaping their local healthcare services.

Job summary
SWB are currently looking for a Sterile Services Assistant to join our team. The post is advertised as full time on a permanent basis. The post holder will be required to be flexible with shift patterns as requested by management. Full time and part time shifts available.
Within the role you would be responsible for the receipt and distribution of Sterile Surgical Instrumentation and the collection and dispatch of used/soiled Surgical Instrumentation to and from all areas of Trust. To be responsible for ensuring that all instrumentation movement is recorded using specialist computer database software and scanning equipment. To manually handle incoming and outgoing goods as required. To ensure that a complete, efficient and auditable stock control system is maintained.
Main duties of the job
- Delivery of clean sterile trays to Theatre areas.
- Collection of dirty sterile trays for return to outsourced provider.
- Booking in of equipment to ensure effective tray management.
- Record and manage missing trays and discrepancies.
- Checking of incoming deliveries to ensure compliance.
- Close working with Theatre areas to ensure appropriate stock management.

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and work within the West Dorset District Nursing Team. The Team Administrator is often the patients first point of contact with the service. As a result we are looking for the successful candidate to be friendly, professional and able to work under pressure. Previous experience of SystmOne is beneficial but not essential.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Epsom and St. Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust as a rotational Band 5 Occupational Therapist. Occupational Therapy plays a vital role in the acute care setting, ensuring that patients experience a seamless and positive journey during their inpatient stay and beyond. Our Occupational Therapists collaborate closely with physiotherapy colleagues, the wider multidisciplinary team, and community partners. The team provides services across two hospital sites in a diverse range of clinical areas, such as respiratory, cardiac, elderly care, general medicine, renal and surgery. Rotations currently include, General Medicine (including cardiology, and renal care), Orthopaedics/Surgery, Care of the Elderly, Acute Stroke and Bed Based Rehabilitation. Job summary
As a Specialist Occupational Therapist within the Experts at Hand team, the post holder will work across health, education and local authority services to provide early, needs-led advice, consultation, assessment and intervention for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, the post holder will support schools and settings to develop confidence and capability in meeting needs inclusively, improve access to specialist support, and help children and young people thrive within their local communities.
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of the Experts at Hand model, providing individual, group and whole-setting approaches in partnership with education professionals, therapists, psychologists, family support services, social care and other relevant partners.
- The role will support the development of innovative, accessible pathways that provide the right support at the earliest opportunity, reduce barriers to specialist advice and strengthen inclusive practice across local services.
- To be responsible for Occupational therapy intervention by setting appropriate short and long-term goals, training parents and carers and monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
- To provide spontaneous and planned advice and support to parents, carers and other members of the multi-disciplinary team in order to solve complex problems.
- To maintain and develop service specification by assessing the needs of children at home, nursery / school, to determine the most appropriate intervention pathway, setting appropriate goals and monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
- To work autonomously to plan, implement and evaluate a specialist programme of therapy by reviewing their current situation in terms of condition, presentation, equipment, adaptation and commencing the most suitable intervention.
- To provide highly specific and comprehensive information to parents about their child's condition, support groups, other treatment centre/approaches.

The successful candidates will be responsible, under the supervision of the Production Manager, for the delivery of Radiopharmacy Aseptic Services, including participation in and supervising of aseptic dispensing and manufacturing activities. They would also participate in the quality control of the radiopharmaceuticals and contribute to the day to day running of the department in a proactive manner.

Main duties of the job
- To deliver a high-quality trauma-informed mental health service to children and young people across Berkshire.
- To deliver interventions that are systemic in nature and develop the professional family network to support them to work therapeutically with the young people in their care.
- To provide specialist assessment and therapeutic interventions, offer consultation on children's care to non-clinical colleagues and to other, non-professional carers, working within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- To work in a trauma informed way. This means facilitating and collaborating in multiagency formulation meetings, devising multiagency intervention plans and offering ongoing supervision and coaching to professionals so that interventions are therapeutic, streamlined and developmentally appropriate for the young person.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a busy team delivering Radiology Services to people within Essex and surrounding areas. The role is varied and involves being the first point of contact for people wanting to access our services. So, an excellent interpersonal manner is essential.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of the admin team providing a full range of administrative support including bookings clerk and reception duties. Main duties of the job
As an Orthopaedic Theatre Technician, youwill be a hugely valuable support to our Nursing and Midwifery teams providing care to our patients. Every day will be different and you will work alongside the rest of the team carrying out a wide range of tasks and assisting with care to support the needs of the patients and their families.

Working closely with Patient Flow Co-Ordinator's, ward teams, and the wider MDT, the post holder will play a vital role in ensuring patients are discharged safely and efficiently.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide cross-ward support and act as a key point of contact within a designated zone. They will maintain oversight of complex discharges, monitor referral progress with the IDT, and identify and address barriers that may delay patient discharge. The role requires close collaboration with the MDT to facilitate safe, timely, and effective patient discharges while ensuring continuity of discharge planning.
Key responsibilities include attending MDT board rounds, gathering and updating detailed patient information, escalating outstanding diagnostics and specialty reviews, patient transport arrangements, liaising with pharmacy regarding discharge medications, and communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and carers. The post holder will also ensure that all members of the MDT have a clear and agreed discharge plan, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation to support patient progress and discharge outcomes.
This role requires excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong IT literacy and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy acute hospital environment. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care are essential for success in this position.
