We are looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse to join our dedicated Rheumatology team, providing expert clinical care and support to patients living with rheumatological conditions.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care while developing and enhancing your specialist Rheumatology knowledge and skills.
- Provide expert clinical support and advice to Rheumatology patients, helping to improve their experience and outcomes.
- Act as a key nursing resource for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, offering guidance, education, and psychological support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by reviewing nursing practice and supporting the implementation of evidence-based changes and best practice.
- Assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of audit, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your specialist expertise within a supportive multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in enhancing services for Rheumatology patients across our organisation.
Main duties of the job
To co-ordinate a clinical workload in liaison with the appropriate medical physician and departmental manager.
To ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice are maintained.
To administer intravenous and intramuscular therapies of Rheumatology patients, under the direction of the Consultant Rheumatologist.
To perform assessment of Rheumatology patients, before and during treatment.
To perform ongoing monitoring of Rheumatology patients, under the direction of the Consultant Rheumatologist.
Actively support/enhance good communication between members of the multi-disciplinary team, the patient and their carers.
To maintain accurate patient records.
To actively participate in the collation of data for research and audit purposes.

This advert is for a 1.0WTE Consultant in Allergy based at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (QMC Campus).
This appointment will be on the terms and conditions of the extant NHS Consultant contract. The contract is for a fixed 12 month period.
The successful candidate will be on the Full and Specialist Register of the GMC or be eligible for registration within six months of interview. It is expected that the appointee will hold Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) or Pathologists (FRCPath).
Main duties of the job
The appointee, in collaboration with the other consultants, will be expected to fulfil the duties within the agreed Job Plan.

- participation in the provision of a clinical service in the diagnosis and management of patients with allergic disease. This may occasionally require review of individual patients on the wards or discussion with colleagues outside NUH, for example in other Trusts or in primary care.

Job summary
The Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse is a key member of the West Norfolk Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), providing specialist assessment, care planning, treatment, and care coordination for adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties. This is a excellent opportunity to join the regional specialist palliative care to support CYP and their families with life limiting, palliative and end of life care needs across the region.

The Molecular Diagnostics department is looking for an Administrative Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Molecular Diagnostics Department to facilitate the timely provision of diagnostic services ensuring procedures in relation to donors and patients are carried out to the highest possible standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Second Street Surgery. The role of the Reception Care Navigator is to ensure that patients are assisted courteously, efficiently and with empathy, and to support other members of the practice team. We are looking to recruit a proactive and ambitious pharmacy technician to lead, develop and oversee our procurement, distribution and administration teams.
The role exists to provide oversight of the purchasing and efficient distribution of medicines across the Trust. This includes joint responsibility for overall stock control and management of teams involved in procurement, distribution and invoicing. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside procurement colleagues across the Yorkshire and Humber region.
The combination of responsibilities within this post will facilitate development of leadership and operational management skills and you will be supported to develop your expertise by the Medicines Evaluation Team Leader.
This post will suit you if you are a registered pharmacy technician with experience of managing stock control systems within a hospital pharmacy environment. You should be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and lead a team, whilst being proactive in reviewing and redesigning processes where needed. A good understanding of the various digital systems used in the management of procurement and stock control, both at a Trust and Regional level, would be an advantage.
Main duties of the job
The main focus of this role is to:
Lead on and oversee the purchasing, invoicing and distribution of pharmaceutical and other products procured via the pharmacy department, ensuring that they are processed efficiently and accurately, with any issues being resolved in a timely manner.
Work with the dispensary managers to ensure effective stock management across the pharmacy department and Trust, maintaining regulatory documentation.
Manage the pharmacy administration, procurement and pharmacy stores teams.
Act as a superuser for BD Rowa, Wellsky and Powergate, to include set up and maintenance of supplier files and be able to provide training to relevant staff members on the use of these systems.
Lead on the implementation of contract changes in the Wellsky and Powergate systems, delegating to appropriately trained staff where required.
Lead on the management of medicines shortages and implement solutions in line with regional/national recommendations.
Support and contribute to Cost Improvement Programmes with respect to efficiencies that may be achieved through pharmacy processes.
To manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
To represent the Trust at regional procurement meetings/forums.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commissioning & Contracts Manager to join the South London Partnership (SLP) Complex Care Programme.

Job summary
The Health Records Clerk is responsible for the accurate, complete and timely availability of patient records and documentation within the Electronic Document Management Systems as part of the patient clinical record.
The role involves being responsible for document retrieval, preparation, scanning, indexing and quality assurance processes in line with departmental procedures including the use of the EDMS, PAS and EMIS systems, along with a number of other systems and IT processes.
Main duties of the job
Working as a member of the Health Records Scanning Bureau, the post holder will be responsible for retrieval, transportation, archiving, preparation, indexing, scanning, sorting, handling and quality assurance of health records, supporting the digitisation of paper-based records into the Trust Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Hyland Onbase and EMIS in line with departmental procedures.
The role is vital to support service users regarding health records related processes including medical staff, nursing staff, allied health professionals, medical secretaries, administrators and external agencies. Document preparation and manual scanning includes frequently being seated whilst completing these tasks.All post holders are to be involved in and adaptable to future changes in the scope and location of their role, supporting health records processes and being receptive to change as the Trust EPR and EDMS solutions develop and mature over time, in particular supporting processes that are compliant with BS10008 scanning standards.

This busy, friendly, Radiology Department has a vacancy for a Senior Radiology Assistant. The post is a rotational role through all LUHFT sites including Aintree University Hospital, Royal Liverpool Hospital and Broadgreen Hospital.
This is an exciting post, requiring multi-disciplinary team working with Radiographers, Sonographers, Radiologists and our clerical teams. It will involve caring for a wide range of patients and providing assistance with radiology-based procedures and examinations.
The job role will include setting up and assisting in procedures and examinations, post-procedure aftercare, and aiding imaging staff as a chaperone.
The main working hours for this job are:
Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700.
Scope for further weekend, evening and bank holiday working is also expected.

Main duties of the job
As a member of the CSSD team, you will be responsible for the cleaning, inspection, packing and sterilisation of medical equipment and surgical instruments.

Quality Control North West Liverpool is an NHS regional specialist department responsible for providing pharmaceutical testing services to NHS and non-NHS clients. Job summary
The Trust wishes to appoint a full-time Consultant Immunologist within the Clinical Immunology/Allergy Directorates.
The role will be based in Broadgreen Hospital and the successful applicant will work alongside members of the Allergy/Clinical Immunology department which sits under the Broadgreen site management team. Much of the work will involve seeing patients referred to the allergy clinic, primarily in an outpatient setting. Clinics are typically held in a structured outpatient environment, allowing for focused, patient-centred care and multidisciplinary support.
The post-holder will be expected to contribute to MDT and teaching during clinical sessions.
Main duties of the job
