You will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, meeting agreed objectives, timescales, quality standards, and budgets.You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, benefits realisation, and review. Main duties of the job
As a member of the Digital Product team, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects deliver agreed outcomes to the required quality standards, within approved timescales and budgets.
The postholder will develop, implement and maintain project plans, monitor progress against key milestones, and adapt delivery plans in response to changing priorities or requirements.
They will lead the day-to-day management of projects, coordinating resources, implementing appropriate project controls, and providing advice and recommendations to the Project Sponsor on changes to scope, budgets, schedules and project specifications to support successful project delivery.
The postholder will work with the Digital Product team assisting in key product deliverables to the services and trust.

- To work as part of the Digital Programme Team and be responsible for managing all supporting interdependent projects.
- Develop and monitor project plans ensuring that they are up to date and consistent with the agreed project scope.
- To be responsible for day-to-day decisions relating to the management of the project, including resources and skills required, implementation of project controls, making recommendations on changes to the specifications, budgets and schedules to the Project Sponsor.
- Understand interdependencies between projects and key deliverables and examine causes of delays in meeting planned project targets. Work to resolve the obstacles identified.
- To prepare and deliver regular highlight reports, including detailed analysis of variances with planned expectations for the relevant Project Sponsor.
- Where realignment of baseline project elements is required to prepare and deliver change requests including detailed analysis of variances with planned expectations for the relevant Project Sponsor.
- Maintain project governance, including risk, issues and action logs for the project, and have responsibility for escalating these appropriately to the Project Sponsor and Project Board, providing appropriate mitigation is in place together with options required to address issues.
- Developing and implementing qualitative and quantitative measures to determine and evaluate the benefits arising from the project.
- Ensuring all documents and reports are prepared and delivered as specified in the portfolio management framework and in line with agreed reporting schedules.
- Planning and co-ordinating the activity of project team members, stakeholders and contributors, ensuring that tasks and work packages are completed satisfactorily and on schedule.
- To support Project Board meetings, persuading and negotiating with stakeholders to motivate delivery of the project; assessing progress and addressing issues to ensure project standards are maintained and to achieve agreed objectives
- To prepare and deliver a closure report for the project, identifying lessons learned and reporting on final outcomes/delivery of project objectives and obtain approval to close the project from the Project Sponsor.

- Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with the project team members, staff, senior managers and other key stakeholders.
- Report and present complex and contentious information in a variety of different formats, tailored to meet the needs and expectations of different audiences.
- Requirement for regular contact with internal and external stakeholders, including service users; communicating sensitive and complex information, resolving issues and delivering clear and concise information through detailed reports and presentations.
- Acting as a change agent, securing clinical and non-clinical engagement and involving staff in the development and delivery of services and projects.
- Translating complex or sensitive information relating to projects, systems and processes to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and understanding for key stakeholders.

Clinical and Practice Governance
- Observe and maintain strict confidentiality with regards to any information in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
- Any data that is taken/shared as part of a phone call or transported, faxed or transferred electronically must be undertaken with regard to the Trust Information Governance and Information Security policies.
- The post holder must adhere to the Trust risk assessment and risk management processes.
- The post holder must adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
- Undertake mandatory training and any other training relevant to the role as required by East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust.
- The post holder must participate in clinical and safeguarding audits as required. The post holder is required to participate in relevant emergency preparedness process for their team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Eastbourne Crisis and Home Resolution Team (CRHTT) and the Haven in Eastbourne, East Sussex, with the added option of joining the Digital Directorate as Digital Medical Lead.
The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) provides a 7 day per week service to people experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. The team provides an alternative to acute hospital treatment by offering intensive community-based interventions and gatekeeping all potential hospital admissions. Where a hospital admission does occur, CRHTT can assist in shortening the inpatient stay by facilitating supportive discharge back to the community.
The post also provides medical input to the Haven. The Haven is a 4-chaired, nurse-led, community-based mental health crisis service designed to provide rapid assessment (up to 24hrs) and short-term support for individuals experiencing acute mental health distress.
In addition, successful applicants to the post will have the opportunity to be seconded for 2 PAs per week to the Digital Directorate to work as a Digital Medical Lead. The Digital Medical Lead role will be focused on our new electronic patient record and prescribing systems.

Main duties of the job
As a staff nurse on paediatrics you will be expected to deliver compassionate, safe, high quality, care for children of all ages within our large unit. Our service covers specialist inpatient services such as paediatric oncology, paediatric critical care level 2, paediatric surgery and a paediatric assessment unit as well as an extensive children's outpatient service.
You should be enthusiastic, motivated with good interpersonal skills and able to problem solve and prioritise during periods of pressure.
In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, you will be required to deliver and supervise patient care for the clinical area; ensuring assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of a high standard of care.

Main duties of the job
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and effective operation of the practice dispensary, ensuring that patients receive a safe, accurate, efficient and professional dispensing service.
The postholder will provide strong operational leadership to the dispensary team and maintain high standards of patient safety, governance, regulatory compliance and customer service.
The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for managing dispensary workflow, staffing, training, stock control, procurement and financial performance, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience and the overall sustainability of the dispensing service.

The Golden Valley Practice is a small, friendly, rural dispensing practice situated in beautiful south-west Herefordshire Split across two locations caring for approximately 5700 patients. We have 1 GP Partner, 3 Salaried GPs, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses and 2 HCAs, a Clinical Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Technician, as well as a large friendly administrative team.
We are a genuinely small team. Our size means that we know our patients, and continuity is central to how we organise and deliver care. Many of our patients have been with the practice for generations, and it is common to know several members of the same family.
We are proud of the relationship we have with our patients and local community. Main duties of the job

Job summary

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work flexibly within the Southampton and South West Urgent Community Response and Hospital at Home (UCR/H@H) Service, part of the Southampton and South West Community Response Division, providing assessments, urgent case management and crisis interventions to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, support patient choice, and facilitate timely hospital discharge across the City of Southampton and South West Hampshire.

To work with patients included in the Southern Gambling Service scope, providing psychological assessments and therapy. This will include working with functional and mental health and organic presentations including neuropsychological assessment. Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous, independent practitioner responsible for own work and intervention and for the interpretation of agreed guidelines and policies in providing a highly specialist Psychological Therapies Service. To undertake complex assessments and consultancy, providing expert advice to Psychological Therapies Services colleagues and the wider clinical multi-professional team. To provide specialist treatment for complex cases and plan and prioritise own clinical workload. This is an exciting, and innovative post to support the needs of the local population living with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. We are looking for a registered nurse, occupational therapist, or social worker to take a central role in the development of the mental health offer in one of our/across Primary Care Networks (PCN). As a Mental Health Practitioner;
*You will work in a multi-agency way supporting the interface between Primary Care and Secondary Mental Health Services, to provide specialist advice and support, assessment, treatment, education and solution-focused approaches to the local Primary Care Teams.
*You will be professionally accountable and responsible for patient care.
*Triaging and undertaking initial assessment of presenting need and risk, signposting to appropriate services, or providing time-limited psycho-social therapeutic interventions directly, in GP surgeries, patient's homes and other primary care settings.
*Providing clinical advice to GPs such as specialist opinion, this will contribute to the safe and effective day to day operation of the PCN and the efficient and timely management of clinical enquiries and decision-making.

Job summary
Are you looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same. We are seeking a motivated, adaptable and compassionate individual to join our Radiology Department Assistant team supporting services across Lymington, Romsey and Hythe Hospitals. This is a varied, hands on role supporting patients and clinical staff within CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Xray services.
Duties include preparing and supporting patients for examinations, assisting with moving and handling, chaperoning, stock management, administrative tasks and developing clinical skills including IV cannulation.
We are looking for someone with good communication and IT skills, a positive attitude, resilience, flexibility and a willingness to learn. Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This post requires regular travel between Lymington, Romsey and Hythe Hospitals. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to suitable transport to meet the requirements of the role.
The working patterns for this role will be; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with Thursday as the fixed non-working day. This arrangement is essential to meet our service and rota requirements. Working hours will be 8:00am to 6:00pm on three days per week, and 8:00am to 5:30pm on one day per week. (37.5 hours per week in total)

Main duties of the job
Support Radiographers, Sonographers, Radiologists and the wider team in delivering safe, effective and patient centred care across Radiology services. Assist patients attending Xray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and specialist clinics, providing support before, during and after examinations.
Duties include preparing patients and clinical areas, assisting with patient movement and manual handling, acting as a chaperone, undertaking IV cannulation and safety checks following training, supporting specialist procedures, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, infection prevention and control.

Provide a high-quality, reliable, and efficient cellular pathology diagnostic service for patients.

Significant investment has been utilised over the previous year to advance technologies such as Vantage tracking, SMART automation, Digital Pathology and a new LIMS. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of these advances within Cellular Pathology.
Main duties of the job
The post will be based in the Cellular Pathology Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Stoke-On-Trent
To be an efficient and flexible member of the laboratory team providing a high-quality diagnostic service through specialist scientific and technical activities; handle specimen receipt, booking in, tissue transfer, perform tissue embedding, microtomy (cutting sections), frozen sections, operate and monitor automated immunohistochemistry (IHC) and special diagnostic procedures
Responsible as a Senior Biomedical Scientist for the main laboratory area, to manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day technical activities of the laboratory
Specialist duties in training require the individual to work with the training team to identify, plan, and facilitate training and development needs for all laboratory staff
To deliver tutorials, slide sessions, and in-house lectures
To work within and maintain Standard Operational Policies (SOPs), training records and documentation systems
Perform equipment problem solving and maintenance
Follow strict Health & Safety policices
To maintain competence to practice and to improve professional expertise through engagement in Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and well-motivated Locality Administrator to join the Community Nursing and CIS Team based at Thomas Lewis House in Southampton.
The Locality Administrator role is a pivotal part of the Service, supporting both the administrative and clinical teams across Southampton City.
You will need to possess strong prioritising and excellent organisational skills together with the ability to remain calm in a busy and dynamic environment. The work is varied, challenging and fast paced which requires a flexible approach.
We are looking for someone that has experience in working in a team. You need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, be organised and possess good IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office. Experience of System One is desirable although all training will be provided.
The successful applicant must be flexible, should possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude with a customer focused approach.
The role is full time based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 08:30 to 16:30.
