Job summary
Butterwick Hospice is seeking compassionate and committed Registered Nurses to join our Adult Inpatient Unit. Our team provides outstanding, person-centered care for people living with life-limiting illness; while offering vital support to their families at the times they need it most. In this role, you will make a meaningful contribution to delivering high-quality end of life care and complex symptom management, helping every patient achieve the best possible quality of life.

Main duties of the job
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care under minimum supervision. This includes supervision of both qualified and support staff, and of student nurses during their allocation. As IPU provides twenty-four hour care a willingness to workdays and nights is preferred.
The Registered Nurse will work within the framework of the Multidisciplinary team providing a high standard of care for the patients and support for their relatives and to assist in the nursing team development by keeping abreast of change, involving evidence base and directives from government/organisational policies.

Our semi-automated department uses robots, computers and use of digitally secured medicines storage cabinets. There is a significant amount of heavy lifting involved in the role. Manual handling equipment and full training will be provided in use of all systems, equipment and processes.
You will be required to provide operational services (dispensing/distribution/stores/porterage) at both Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital on an as required basis but will be appointed a base site at Conquest for which you'll spend most of your time.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Occupational Therapist to join our band 6 rotation. East Sussex Healthcare Trust is the largest combined acute and community trust in the South East of England. The HR Services Team provides a comprehensive range of transactional recruitment and employment services from the Trust Headquarters, Nuffield Road, Poole.
The Human Resources Administrator role is the first point of contact for recruiting managers within the Trust, applicants, interviewees and existing staff. This role is a key element of the recruitment process from placing and closing advertisements, sending out interview invitations to initiating pre-employment checks.
The role has been designed to allow the opportunity to experience a broad range of activities within the team and is ideal for someone looking to develop their recruitment and HR related experience.
The successful applicant will be based primarily at our Poole office, with opportunities for some home working.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone to join our supportive team who has effective time management and prioritisation skills, together with experience of working to deadlines within a busy high-volume environment. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for:o Providing a high quality service to all Recruiting Managers, Trust employees, potential employees and applicants.
o Ensuring the HR administration process is managed efficiently and effectively.

The successful applicants will be required to independently manage a defined caseload with indirect supervision from a Senior Occupational Therapist. Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be required to support patients to achieve their individual goals enabling them to gain and/or maintain independence in their chosen occupational performance activities. Working as part of the Multidisciplinary Team the post holder will then assist patients in preparing for their discharge from the hospital setting into their identified place of discharge (e.g. home or community based rehabilitation settings) while taking into account their individual Occupational needs.
The department is a well-established team with Bands 2-8 working within inpatient, outpatient and closely with our Discharge to Assess and rehab partners in the community. There is plenty of opportunity to develop. The department offers an established in-service training programme, clinical supervision and support through preceptorship, performance development review & peer group support.

Sefton CAMHS and the Sefton Enhanced Support Team are looking for an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner or Clinical Psychologist to join our service.
The Enhanced Support Team works with children and young people with complex needs who present with high risk, high harm behaviours and high vulnerability. They are likely to have difficulties in multiple domains which are persistent, severe and are framed by family and social contexts. This may include children and young people who are involved in youth justice services, not in education employment or training, who engage in substance misuse, have multiple adverse childhood experiences, who are neurodiverse or have speech language and communication difficulties etc. These children and young people are likely to have been referred to multiple services, but there are significant barriers to engagement
The successful applicant will contribute to the clinical work of both teams and hold case management responsibility for their workload. Provision of supervision to lower banded team members, trainees and other internal professionals as required.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will undertake appropriate mental health assessment of children and young people referred to CAMHS and provide a range of appropriate, evidence based clinical interventions informed by assessed individual need.
The post holder will provide support, advice and consultation to families/carers and other professionals involved in the life of the child/young person
This will be a split post with Sefton CAMHS and is integrated with Children's Services including Social Care and Youth Justice.

As a Security Officer you'll be a key member of the hospital team ensuring that staff and visitors remain safe and the building remains secure.
