Job summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive part time Operational Support Administrator to join our friendly and growing team at DGS Health.
This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to support the day-to-day delivery of a wide range of healthcare services across our organisation. Working closely with operational, clinical and corporate teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our services run efficiently while providing high-quality administrative support across a number of functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive healthcare organisation.
Main duties of the job
The Operational Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of DGS Health's clinical services. The post holder will be responsible for managing patient referrals, booking, amending and cancelling appointments, responding to patient and clinician enquiries, coordinating clinical rotas, and ensuring accurate data entry and record management across multiple clinical systems. You will also support reporting and service administration, maintain high-quality documentation, and ensure clinicians have the information and resources they need to deliver safe and effective care.
In addition, the role will provide wider administrative support across operational, HR and finance functions, contributing to the efficient running of services and delivering an excellent experience for patients, clinicians and colleagues.

DGS Health is a GP Federation based in Gravesend, North Kent. We are comprised of 100% of local GP practices across Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley. We pride ourselves on being clinically led and managerially enabled and like to ensure we recruit people who share our ethos and culture. Our services include urgent treatment services, paramedic home visiting, care home support and frailty nursing. Key Responsibilities

- Coordination of various monthly meetings (logistics, preparing and sending papers, taking minutes and action points, following up actions)
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on Primary Care Networks and their member practices.
- Attending PCN Meetings as required taking notes and actions.
- Support the digital agenda, promote usage of digital services and serve as an important notification portal for the Primary Care Network member Practices
- Undertake key operational tasks as outlined by Admin Supervisor and Operations Lead
- Contribution to and submission of appropriate returns and reports as delegated by management to the relevant bodies.

The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties in Wirral Primary Schools. The purpose of the Mental Health Support Team is to promote positive Mental Well-Being as well as Positive Mental Health. The main focus of Mental Health Support teams is:

To work with children and young people 1-1 or through group work
To support schools in their development of a Whole School Approach to Mental Health
We seek to appoint 3 enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are passionate about CYP mental health. You will be a qualified Senior Wellbeing Practitioner/ Education Mental Health Practitioner/ CYP Wellbeing Practitioner registered with a professional body, or hold a core profession, and have experience of working in a Child and Young person Mental Health Support Team.
If you are a qualified EMHP/ CYWP, you will currently be studying to become a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner or willing to undertake this 2-year training within 12 months of starting this post.
Main duties of the job
The Mental Health Practitioner/ Senior EMHP/ CYWP role for MHST will support the delivery of all interventions provided by Education Mental Health Practitioners and Children and Young People's Wellbeing Practitioners, ensuring that a wide range of evidence based interventions are used to support young people's mental health. You will support leadership and will be involved in the development of the MHST alongside the Clinical Lead, Team Manager and Clinical Coordinator, supervising practitioners and coordinating a cluster of Education Mental Health practitioners and Children and Young People Wellbeing Practitioners. The senior EMHP/ CYWP will also hold a small caseload and provide supervision to practitioners in the team.
Ideally this would be a full-time position, however part-time or flexible hours may be considered. This role will involve remote working/hybrid working however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days.

Mole Valley Neighbourhood mental health team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our in the Brief Interventions pathway will work closely with GP Practices. This role is 33.75hrs can be spread in 4 or 5 days a week.
This rewarding role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with established mental health needs, helping them achieve recovery goals and maintain independence within their local community. As a Public Health Staff Nurse 0 - 19, you will participate in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and will work in partnership with children, young people and families, the Local Authority, Early Intervention Services, Local Authority Children's Services, Early Years Providers, Schools and Education Establishments, and other services. We are looking for a part time enthusiastic and motivated 0-19 Public Health Staff Nurse to join our team. The core team hours are 09:00 - 17:00 with no weekend working.
Main duties of the job
As a Public Health Staff Nurse 0-19, working to the Healthy Child Programme you will work in partnership with children, young people and families, the Local Authority, Early Intervention Services, Children's Services, family Hubs, Schools and other Health Care providers, providing services in response to identified needs, including supporting the delivery of ParentLine and Chat Health.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and packages of care to peopleon an allocated caseload; promoting independence and autonomy; working within amulti-disciplinary team.
You will have advanced own clinical knowledge, skill and competence based on current evidence through educational programmes.
You will evaluate care, taking appropriate action leading to improvement in quality standards through clinical audit, and contributing to root cause analysis and dealing withcomplaints.
You will provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to students and junior staff in the team.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our expanding Community Investigation Hub, based at Burnham-on-Sea War Memorial Hospital. This service is part of North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network (PCN), which brings together five GP practices to deliver joined-up care to our local population.

Main duties of the job
You will support a range of investigations and monitoring services within a structured clinical team. This includes taking bloods, performing ECGs, spirometry, routine observations and vaccinations.
Most clinics run from our dedicated hub at Burnham-on-Sea War Memorial Hospital, with some travel to member GP surgeries and occasional home visits. You will work to defined protocols, supported by senior clinicians, and play an essential part in delivering high-quality care to patients across the network.
