We are looking to recruit a qualified nursery nurse to join our busy and successful nursery. you will need to hold a relevant childcare qualification to level 3 or above. Experience of working with children is desirable. You will need to have a good understanding of child development, the EYFS, OFSTED standards and an OFSTED approved Paediatric First aid and life support training. Job summary
Important information for applicants: This is a 24/7 operational role and successful candidates will be required to work a rotating shift pattern from the office covering day, twilight and night shifts. The rota follows a two-week cycle, with 3 shifts worked in week one and 4 shifts worked in week two.
The selection process will include a mandatory in-person Assessment Centre on 13th between 10.00 and 14.30 Alternative dates or virtual attendance options will not be available. If you are unable to attend this session, please do not apply for this role.
Our Initial Response Service (IRS) is a centralised, triage-led function designed to provide a single point of access for urgent mental health referrals, bringing together the elements of 111 Mental Health Option, Crisis and Home Treatment pathways. It is responsible for receiving, screening and clinically triaging referrals, ensuring service users are directed to the most appropriate service in a timely and safe manner. The model supports rapid decision making, prioritisation of risk, and coordination of responses, including escalation to face-to-face crisis assessment where indicated. The service aims to reduce duplication across services, and deliver consistent performance against response standard.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, dynamic service which will improve the experience of people who use services!
Main duties of the job
You will use your communication skills to engage with individuals who may be distressed, providing reassurance, clear information and support, while working closely with clinical teams and partner services to ensure the right care is delivered at the right time.
You will also play a key role in supporting the smooth running and development of the service, using your organisational skills to maintain accurate records, prioritise workload and ensure information is managed effectively. You will contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, supporting team learning, and helping shape a responsive, high-quality service.

Job Title: Clinical Fellow in Radiology

This 24-month post is for a clinical fellow who will spend 24 months being trained in cardio-thoracic radiology and contributing to the radiology service at Harefield Hospital. The training programme will include cardiac and thoracic CT, intervention procedures, ultrasound, plain film and some cardiovascular MRI.

Main duties of the job
- To assist in the running of the clinical radiology service under the direction of the Clinical Lead, including thoracic interventional procedures
- Depending on the mutually agreed post duration, the fellow will be expected to gain competence in advanced cardiac CT reporting and thoracic interventional techniques . For the appropriate candidate, a level 2 accreditation may be possible in CMR.
- There are no formalised research duties in the job plan for this position. However, depending on the individual and the mutually-agreed duration of the post, the fellow may be involved in radiology research and peer-reviewed publication.

Job summary
We are pleased to offer a recruitment premium of £15,000 and a relocation allowance of up to £8,000 (where applicable) for external candidates.
We are looking for a consultant psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership and support the ongoing development of a new innovative Assertive Outreach Function to support local mental health services in the urban centres of Slough and Reading.
The role will work very flexibly with a team of NHS and VCSE staff to provide excellent care to patients with psychosis who find our conventional services harder to engage with. A caseload for the function capped at an agreed optimal (AO-compatible) level will ensure that patients in greatest need of additional input will receive it. Clear best practice guidelines, formulation based care delivery and shared caseload principles will support smooth-running of the service.
As an Advanced Foundation Trust, with an 'outstanding' rating from the CQC, we are able to deliver positive changes for our service users and their carers via our mature Quality Improvement approach to innovation and development whilst being a great place to work.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be working in a new post as the Consultant Psychiatrist for the new AO function across the Reading and Slough localities. They will be expected to case manage a cohort of around 30 patients in each location, giving a total full caseload of 60 for the AO function in Reading and Slough. This is open to review. Those patients will be selected by the place MDT (including input from the AO team members) from the cohort of patients with psychosis as those most requiring an AO approach for their wellbeing and for the safety of our communities.
The post holder will be expected to take a lead role in the clinical management of patients and to be the Responsible Clinician. Some of these patients with be subject to community treatment orders. The majority of these patients will be under existing services and the postholder will be expected to receive transfer of care of these patients in a manageable agreed timescale.

We are excited to be developing the Experts at Hand (EaH) model across Bedfordshire and Luton, building on two years of work through the Change Programme with our local authority partners to test and refine new approaches within community Speech and Language Therapy. Postholders will work flexibly within locality and neighbourhood teams, contributing to an integrated universal, targeted and specialist offer across community, early years and education settings.

The role also supports the delivery of the Patient Shop service, providing operational cover for the Patient Shop Supervisor as required to maintain service continuity and meet patient needs.
Facilitates patient access to finances held by the Trust. Facilitating safe storage for monies and property for patients. Maintaining accurate digital records of patient finances. Ensuring that any patient withdrawals are recorded live and the electronic system is live and up to date. Main duties of the job
Applicants must demonstrate clinical skills competence and robust knowledge of radiographic anatomy and relevant pathology, alongside excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. They must be able to work both autonomously and within multi-disciplinary teams, show flexibility to work at satellite spoke sites, actively mentor radiography students and apprentices, and participate in the out-of-hours rota as part of our seven-day service delivery which includes evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
Senior Radiographers additionally must demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions, assess clinical situations and act appropriately, display leadership behaviours, and provide mentorship to junior Radiographers.
This is a Plain Film rolewithout CT rotation. However if a future service need arises there may be an opportunity to rotate through CT or Interventional Radiology.
Applicants must hold HCPC registration and have prior NHS experience either through clinical placement training or previous employment. Applicants must have a minimum of 18 months' post qualification clinical experience.
All interviews will be held face-to-face at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. This gives candidates the opportunity to see our hospital, tour the Plain Film department, meet some of our Radiographers, and explore the town of Reading.
