Job summary
The Operational Divisions and Service Directorates are supported by a range of Corporate Services. These ensure the efficient and effective operation of our core businesses and support the delivery of our performance and regulatory functions. All corporate services staff are specialists who use their professional skills to provide services across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Services team, part of the Estates and Facilities Directorate within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This role is based at Highbury hospital NG6 9DR. Highbury hospital is an NHS property primarily serving as a hub for regional mental health, forensic, and support services.
This position is part-time, working 25 hours per week, 5 out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays. The primary responsibility is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises, following strict infection control and health and safety guidelines. Full training will be provided for all duties, and uniform will be supplied.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for the National Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening Programme within the Nottinghamshire multi-professional team.
The National AAA Screening Programmes aim is to reduce the number of people who die from a AAA in the eligible population. Those eligible for screening are in their 65th year or older, assigned male at birth and who are registered with a GP. Research shows that by scanning those eligible for screening, reduces the rate of premature deaths from ruptured AAAs by up to 50%.
The post holder will be required to undertake abdominal ultrasound scanning within various community and hospital-based clinics around the Nottinghamshire County, in accordance with national and local guidelines. Whilst ensuring work is undertaken to a high standard. The postholder must undertake and successfully pass, the national accredited Health Screening Diploma and yearly assessments of their continuing competency.

The post holder must have a full current UK driving licence and use of own vehicle for work purposes.
Main duties of the job
Complete and pass the Level 3 Health Screening Diploma (HSD) in AAA Screening (if not already obtained) and complete and pass the AAA yearly reaccreditation.
Organise and conduct ultrasound scans on the abdominal aorta in those people born male aged 65 years and over, to reduce deaths prior to rupture. In accordance with the current guidelines for sonographic scanning and AAA screening programme protocols.
Transport bulky portable ultrasound equipment and clinic supplies to approximately 50 various clinic locations around the county.
Undertake, record clinical measurements, and other patient information as required.
Inform patients of their results giving further information and offering support.
Deal with anxious patients and their relatives with tact, empathy, patience and discretion. Recognise where communication difficulties arise and overcome barriers to understanding.
Attend meetings and training sessions.
Maintain clinical skills, AAA screening knowledge, and continuous professional development.

The Imaging Business Unit is a diverse and exciting department with services delivered across 2 acute hospitals at Royal Derby Hospital and Queens Hospital Burton as well as 7 community sites throughout Derbyshire and East Staffordshire.

We require an organised and flexible individual to support reception duties within the Elective hub at the Royal Derby Hospital. This is a part time role, Wednesday - Friday 7am - 6pm.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and visitors, delivering a courteous, compassionate, and efficient service within a busy and sometimes challenging environment.

Job summary
First Steps Ed are looking for a passionate and supportive Eating Disorder Support Officer to join our team in Nottinghamshire/DerbyShire. This role will suit individuals who have a passion to support service users through their eating disorder journey using 1-2-1 person centred approach either online or Face2Face. This role will require a mixture of both in person and online support so travel and access to a vehicle is required. This is a fixed term appointment until March 2028 with a potential to extend.

Job summary
14 Arches, Staff Psychology and Counselling, is a psychology led service, which delivers specialist psychological support to NHFT colleagues. The team currently consists of two part-time Principal Psychologists, who are the Joint Service Leads; Senior Psychologists and Counsellors.
You would be joining the 14 Arches team at an exciting time of service expansion, in order to meet the needs of a growing NHFT workforce. We are recruiting additional Band 6 Counsellors (1.5 WTE permanent) to join the team. The role comprises working directly with individuals and groups, providing training and supporting the development of the service. This will include offering short-term counselling to individual staff around a concern which is impacting them at work. It may also involve facilitating group sessions for staff related to psychological wellbeing as well as presenting about the service and providing training sessions relevant to staff wellbeing.
The post will be line managed by one of the Joint Service Leads. Regular clinical supervision will be provided by either a Senior or Principal Psychologist within the service. We also hold regular reflective practice sessions within the team and encourage engagement with a Community of Practice for counsellors working in NHS settings.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be expected to:
Deliver short term counselling interventions to NHS staff for a range of presenting issues
Contribute to the development and delivery of psychologically informed groups to promote staff wellbeing
Provide initial assessment of clients presenting with multiple and complex issues; select appropriate therapeutic interventions, make decisions regarding referrals to specialist services and facilitate these as needed.
Undertake safety assessments/formulations and development of safety plans for individual clients.
Manage safeguarding concerns and share information to ensure safeguarding in accordance with local and national policy.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered health professional with experience in safeguarding to work in Nottinghamshire Countys Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
The post will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work within a multi-agency team in partnership with a range of agencies from across the safeguarding partnership, such as the Police and Adult and Childrens Services.
You will coordinate and undertake operational management within the MASH, sharing relevant health information to help ensure that adults, children and young people in Nottingham City receive the right help at the right time.
The post holder will need to have robust safeguarding knowledge, and a solution-focused approach which will enable them to develop effective professional relationships with safeguarding partners. You will have experience working directly with adults, children and families - applying safeguarding policy and processes.

Main duties of the job
The MASH Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of CityCares key functions within the MASH including:
- The day to day operational management of the MASH Health Team, allocating the workload and prioritising work accordingly.
- Ensuring health records are reviewed, analysed, and relevant information shared with Children and adults Social Care in a timely manner where there are safeguarding concerns, domestic abuse incidents, or a request for additional support services has been made.

As a band 4 Recovery Support Worker you will be delivering evidence based interventions in a group and 1:1 setting with our service users.
You will carry a case load and manage that effectively.
Main duties of the job
You will be joining a well established, hard working team who will support you in your new role. Your day to day job will be to support the men in your care through their recovery plan. This will be through the delivery of group work session and 1:1 interventions.
You will support the Under the Influence Pathway and report writing and updating case notes will be an important part of your role
You will provide a range of low, medium and high intensity interventions as part of the substance misuse team to those service users experiencing substance misuse problems.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, in a custodial environment, you will be delivering a high standard drug and alcohol recovery service in response to the needs of the service users as part of Inclusion and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation trust and supporting with the Recovery Champions and mentors.
You will provide a range of psycho-social interventions motivating and supporting service users to achieve recovery and positive outcomes within a recovery-orientated substance misuse treatment service
Collaborating with clinical prescribing services, you will ensure the needs of each service user is met and that integrated working is a key element to Inclusion's prison services.

NHFT have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding perinatal psychology pathway. NHFT has an established award-winning Specialist Perinatal Mental Health and Maternal Loss Service which has expanded in line with the Long Term Plan for Mental Health.
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist who has skills, experience and interest in working with women/birthing people experiencing perinatal mental health conditions including post-natal depression, post-partum psychosis and maternal OCD. This is a multi-disciplinary service with lots of opportunities for joint working and service development.
Psychological interventions are provided on both a group and 1.1 basis and include compassion focused therapy, CBT, EMDR and IPT. Both remote and face-to-face interventions are available.

To provide a specialist perinatal psychological intervention to women experiencing or at risk of experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions in the perinatal period and following maternal loss.

Job summary
Cardiology at Northampton General Hospital has seen exponential growth over the last 5 years. We are therefore looking for an intuitive 7 Echo Physiologist to join our young and dynamic team. The position is also offered with a recruitment and retention bonus in line with the UHN.
There are exciting opportunities here for the right candidate and we would love to hear from those who have their BSE accreditation and are looking for the next step in their career.

We have all the facilities of a tertiary-equivalent Centre, including a modern digital echo lab performing the full range of complex scans including DSE and TOE, regular paediatric clinics.
We are proud to also be part of Satellite clinics for the community Diagnostic Hubs so there will be an expectation to rotate round these clinics.
We are very proud of our Physiologist-led stress echo and contrast / bubble service.. We also see large numbers of Paediatric and ACHD patients.
Main duties of the job
Main duties will involve performing routine and urgent scans in and in-patient and out-patient setting, including working in the new CDC hubs.
Dependent on experience you will also be performing DSE, TOE and paediatric Scans.
We are looking to expand the services to include Physiologist led Valve clinics, TOE clinics and DSE clinics
We offer Echo's in community hubs so there is the expectation to work outside of the trust occasionally.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our well established Stroke team at the Royal Derby Hospital. This team is a valuable source of knowledge and resource in Stroke across the trust, assessing, managing, treating and advising on Acute Stroke Care in numerous different settings.
They will be given the support and guidance to fulfil this role and it provides an excellent opportunity for personal development into a specialist nurse role, through competency packages, nurse prescribing and clinical decision making modules supported.
Whilst the role is for 23 hours there is an opportunity to increase this to full time, as another part time member of staff is going on maternity leave at the same time. Therefore, there will be an option to extend the hours for a year to full time.
Main duties of the job
To work within agreed role responsibilities escalating clinical issues for appropriate medical review. To provide an expert specialist nursing service.
Receives and prioritises direct referrals to Stroke across the trust. Assess patients with suspected Stroke and refer to appropriate area. Provide expert nursing advice and support to patient and carers. To support junior members of the team.
The candidate would be expected to work alongside the Stroke MDT to support and deliver a continually expanding high standard of expert knowledge and care to Stroke patients who enter the trust. It is essential that the candidate is a Registered Nurse with current acute experience. A knowledge of up to date national and local guidelines is essential, as well as being an excellent communicator and team member. The role will involve autonomous working and clinical decision making, implementing trust guidelines as well as providing expert support, knowledge and advice on potentially complex Stroke patients to medical and nursing staff across the trust.

Job summary
One full-time vacancy have arisen within the Estates Department for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to provide technical support services for the reactive/planned maintenance work in a variety of settings to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. Operating as a mobile Maintenance Technician, you will receive your work from the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk.
The Estates Management Team of 40 directly employed staff forms part of the Estates and Facilities Directorate within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The Team provides planned/reactive maintenance, and emergency services 24/7 365 days a year to 54 buildings across Nottinghamshire utilising mobile engineers across all building disciplines, we ensure that the Trust's buildings are fit for purpose and compliant with current legislation. This is achieved by assigning jobs via the Facilities Helpdesk to our engineers out in the field onto their handheld devices.

Main duties of the job
