Job summary
Due to maternity leave, an opportunity has risen for a fixed term contract in the Patient Safety Incident Management Team
We are looking for someone who is impartial, open minded with, administrative and analytical skills and has the confidence to ask questions to gain a better understanding of an issue.
The post holder will have the capability and knowledge to support the administration of meetings and have the ability to master a new brief and deliver it with confidence, believing in your presentation ability. You will be passionate and willing to contribute to the culture of learning and safety in the organisation and ready to make a difference.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide comprehensive administration support to the Head of Patient Safety Incident Management using knowledge and experience of a full range of administrative procedures and software functions.
The post holder may, at times, come into contact with highly emotional and distressing situations and information. This must be dealt with in a confidential and appropriate manner, which may include liaison with service users and their families/carers, taking action where and when necessary.
The post holder will play a key role in the day to day organisation/updating of the department's administrative databases.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting the Trust's data quality assurance and income optimisation agenda. Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for band 2 Receptionists/Admin clerks to join the busy teams in Outpatients. The posts are to cover reception, prepare notes and book appointments for clinics.
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.
We have multiple positions available;
x2 37.5hrs working Monday to Saturday on a rota basis anywhere between the hours of 7.30am-7.30pm
x1 31.5hrs working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with rotational Saturday's
x1 23hrs working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with rotational Saturday's
The posts are based at one hospital site, but the post holder may be required to work at any of our 4 sites if the service need arises. Attention should be drawn to the requirements contained in the Person Specification for the roles.
Main duties of the job
Working on a reception desk within 12 departments on a rota basis, arriving patients for clinics, checking demographics, preparation of clinic notes, patient facing queries, telephone queries, responding to emails, booking appointments and general admin duties e.g filing etc.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Mental Health Triage Clinician to join our NHS 111 Adult Urgent Mental Health Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and developing team providing a vital service to people who contact NHS 111 with urgent mental health needs.

The service operates seven days a week between 08:00 and 20:30, therefore the successful applicant will be required to work flexibly across the rota, including evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent full-time post of 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
As a Mental Health Triage Clinician, you will be one of the first points of contact for people accessing urgent mental health support through NHS 111.
You will complete telephone-based mental health triage, gathering relevant information to understand the person's current presentation, level of need, risk and any immediate concerns. You will use this information to support safe decision-making and ensure people are directed to the most appropriate service or support.
The role will involve identifying and responding to concerns around mental health risk, safeguarding, physical health, social circumstances, medication, substance use and available support networks.
You will use relevant Trust IT systems to accurately document triage assessments, risk information, decisions, outcomes, safety advice and onward referrals in a clear and timely way.

Job summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse, at Band 6 to work via a Bank Contract, based in Hemel. You will be joining our Temporary Staffing Team within HPFT - Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen for a Health Visitor to join the Abingdon locality on a part time basis . The post is to work in the integrated 0-19 Children's and Young People Public Health Service here in Abingdon and it's surrounding village areas. The new service brings together Health Visiting, School Health Nursing, and the Family Nurse Partnership, delivering the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to provide an innovative and high-quality service that helps children, young people and families to thrive.
Health visitors, community public health nurses (previously known as community staff nurses) and community public health associates (previously known as community nursery nurses) will now be working with children up to 8 years of age where there are known concerns or vulnerabilities and will provide health related episodes of care to support with areas such as behaviour, diet, and sleep. A new four-year health and development review to support school transition and address any school readiness concerns has been introduced.

Main duties of the job
- You will be leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme completing the 5 mandated contact with the addition of the new 4 year health and development review to support school readiness and transition.
- You lead and will be responsible for a skill mix team delivering public health service initiatives to a defined population.
- You will work as part of a team that includes Community Public Health Associates, and Community Public Health Nurses with additional support from experienced Locality Team Leaders delivering a service alongside SCPHN SHN and the FNP in 0-19 locality teams.
- You will deliver services to children and families within homes, and community settings.
- Clinical activities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating family focused care and delegating to CPHA and CPHN when appropriate. You will develop multi agency relationships and work closely with other agencies including the voluntary sector.
- The role will require the post holder to adhere to Safeguarding policies and actively engage in safeguarding processes.
