We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Podiatrist in Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust to join the Podiatry Department at Amersham Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and clinical leadership in the strategic development, planning, and operational delivery of podiatry wound care services across both primary and secondary care settings in Buckinghamshire. You will act as a key source of expertise in wound care, managing the holistic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex wound care conditions. You will also be responsible for delivering evidence-based podiatry interventions and clinical advice aimed at reducing the need for acute interventions, while supporting patients to maintain mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Podiatrist, you will be working collaboratively with the Head of Service, Podiatry Leads, and a wider team of healthcare professionals to help ensure a consistent and high-quality podiatry service is delivered across the county. You will be responsible for supporting the development of effective treatment planning, including off-loading strategies and preventative risk management for high-risk patients and those requiring specialised wound care. In addition, you will be expected to contribute as a proactive member of the Podiatry Service, supporting service objectives and ensuring all practices align with departmental standards as well as organisational and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) policies and professional requirements.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trust Clinical Fellow in General Medicine as part of the Medical Specialties Directorate to join our team until 3rd August 2027 at University Hospitals Dorset. The successful candidates will be at the forefront of developing our Medical Specialties and associated specialist areas.
The post will give dedicated training in one of the General Medical specialties, participating in the General Medicine and Older Persons Services on call. It is suitable for those with at least two years in Medicine at SHO equivalent grade or above.
We are a multidisciplinary team that is keen to support our speciality doctors in their career development, especially with any management, QI and educational opportunities that they may wish to pursue.
These posts are not recognised training posts however there are excellent teaching and postgraduate facilities. The post holders will be encouraged to attend a wide range of education meetings at lunchtimes throughout the week, and clinical experience will be gained from the Department's own educational programme.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Nurse Specialist to work within Ophthalmology, Eye Emergency Department (EED).

Following training the post holder will be expected to participate in the efficient running of specimen reception, dissection and slide preparation areas. There will also be slide and tissue archiving and maintenance of laboratory stock. We are seeking a highly motivated Cardiac Physiologist Specialised in Pacing and Cathlab to join our friendly and dynamic team, providing high standards of care and support to patients in the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.

We hold a Bi-Weekly Pacing/Cathlab meeting in which interesting cases are presented and discussed with an open-minded attitude, facilitating learning and development of clinical skills. We also produce constructive monthly pacing quality audit reports, incentivizing continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job
To participate in the provision of the cardiac rhythm management including inpatient Pacemaker/ICD/CRT checks, pre and post-op Pacemaker/ICD/CRT programming, pre and post-MRI scan Pacemaker programming, outpatient pacemaker clinic and remote monitoring.

To perform Pacing Quality Audit Reports.

The Occupational Therapist will provide the occupational therapy service to Danescourt, a six-bed community forensic step-down unit supporting individuals transitioning from secure forensic settings towards greater community independence.

Based in the RILD Building, Wonford, Exeter, you will work as part of an existing team of experienced digital application trainers. Importance is placed on effective team working to ensure a consistent approach to training delivery, access to training, team working and sharing of best practice. The adaptable approach of team members is an essential element in supporting the Trust in implementing Clinical Digital Services and Trust strategies.
The ideal candidate will have current experience of end user training delivery including one to one and large groups, excellent IT skills, interpersonal and planning skills, alongside strong communication and presentation skills, which are essential.
Independent travel will be required between sites to deliver training as required.

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a Trust Research Doctor based at the Trusts Wonford site.
All Trust doctors are allocated a Clinical Supervisor and are encouraged to maintain a professional portfolio. The post holder will have access to relevant educational opportunities and will provide high-quality clinical care to research participants with a wide range of conditions, in accordance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice. The role requires working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary research team and contributing to the effective clinical operation of the Trusts research units.
The post is predominantly Monday to Friday during usual working hours, although some flexibility is required. There is no on-call commitment. The post holder will also be expected to support and teach more junior colleagues within the multidisciplinary research team, as well as medical and other students, as appropriate.
This permanent post is designed for an experienced doctor to contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical research across the Trust. The role involves working with established research teams on a wide portfolio of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials and studies, including early and late phase research across a broad range of medical specialties.
The post holder will be embedded within a leading teaching and research hospital and will play a key role in the clinical delivery and medical oversight of research activity. Working alongside experienced Principal Investigators (PIs) and multidisciplinary teams, the Trust Research Doctor will provide medical support to patients and healthy volunteers participating in clinical trials and studies, and contribute to the safe and effective operation of the Trusts research units.
The post is permanent and part-time, working 2 days per week. Flexible working arrangements are fully supported, and there is no on-call commitment.

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a Trust Research Doctor based at the Trusts Wonford site.
All Trust doctors are allocated a Clinical Supervisor and are encouraged to maintain a professional portfolio. The post holder will have access to relevant educational opportunities and will provide high-quality clinical care to research participants with a wide range of conditions, in accordance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice. The role requires working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary research team and contributing to the effective clinical operation of the Trusts research units.
The post is predominantly Monday to Friday during usual working hours, although some flexibility is required. There is no on-call commitment. The post holder will also be expected to support and teach more junior colleagues within the multidisciplinary research team, as well as medical and other students, as appropriate.
This permanent post is designed for an experienced doctor to contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical research across the Trust. The role involves working with established research teams on a wide portfolio of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials and studies, including early and late phase research across a broad range of medical specialties.
The post holder will be embedded within a leading teaching and research hospital and will play a key role in the clinical delivery and medical oversight of research activity. Working alongside experienced Principal Investigators (PIs) and multidisciplinary teams, the Trust Research Doctor will provide medical support to patients and healthy volunteers participating in clinical trials and studies, and contribute to the safe and effective operation of the Trusts research units.
