Qualifications Required
- NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior pharmacy assistant to join the Pharmacy Homecare Team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with the requisite skills, knowledge, experience and expertise to join our existing team.
You will mainly be based in the pharmacy offices, within the pharmacy department. The role involves working closely with Trust colleagues, 3rd party service providers, patients and others in the multi-disciplinary team. You will co-ordinate the ordering of prescriptions for delivery direct to patients, under homecare service agreements. In addition you will be expected to work closely with finance and pharmacy procurement teams ensuring timely processing of invoices; provide data for invoicing of high cost medicines and liaise with clinicians to ensure homecare prescriptions are provided on a timely basis.
The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of a computer, have proven organisational skills and demonstrate an attention to detail in their work. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the creation of official pharmacy homecare orders on the CMM pharmacy system and for placing the orders with the agreed 3rd party homecare providers.
To reconcile homecare delivery notes against purchase orders and approve for payment, invoices and credit notes, in line with departmental policy.
To be responsible for the booking in of homecare items upon receipt of a proof of delivery (POD).
To be responsible for the dispensing of homecare prescriptions under the supervision of the Chief Technician High Cost Drugs/Homecare Services, using the Pharmacy Computer System (CMM), checking proof of delivery andreconciling dispensing records as required, in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
To assist in the efficient and economical running of the pharmacy homecare service and the management of requests for high cost drugs.
To support the Pharmacy Homecare team by contributing to the development of the Homecare services, including the launch of the CMM homecare module.
Assist in the management of the Homecare Diabetes Service, including patient funding, ordering, invoicing, clinic/patient queries and tracking orders.
To work in the dispensary at the weekend, as part of the 7-day Pharmacy service, as per the rota as well as the Bank holiday rota and lock-up rota.

Job summary
This role is part of the Business Analysis and Reporting team, which is undergoing transformation to integrate new technologies, includingMicrosoft Power BI, into its reporting and analysis processes. Job summary
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated Band 5 Dietitian to join our team of over 65 dietitians at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. This is a permanent full time position and applicants should be qualified dietitians that have HCPC registration or have applied for and are awaiting HCPC registration.
The successful candidate will complete 6 monthly rotations covering a range of specialties including general medicine, trauma, gastroenterology, renal, hepatology and diabetes. There will be opportunities to develop your practice by shadowing specialities within your rotation, clinical supervision and a preceptorship.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be part of the larger dietetic team at the QE Hospital of over 65 dietitians covering various specialities. They will provide a professional nutrition and dietetic service to specified wards and clinics within the Trust by assessing, treating and managing their own clinical case load, maintaining associated patient records and contributing to the training of student dietitians on clinical placements

Main duties of the job
The SDEC receptionist is responsible for providing an efficient front-line service to the Same Day Emergency Care Unit within the Emergency Quadrant. You are expected to deliver a high standard of customer care to a wide range of client groups including, patients, relatives and their carers whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
By the nature of the duties the post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with staff, patients, carers and relatives with courtesy and discretion at all times.

The Mental Health Practitioner will be an integral part of the MHST in Wigan. You will use your clinical skills to listen to the needs of the child, young person and family to provide meaningful evidenced based interventions. You will provide support, advice and consultation to families/carers and other professionals in the life of the child/young person. You will work closely with education professionals to foster a whole school/college approach to mental well-being.
The MHST Mental Health Practitioner will play a key role in
- Forming strong working relations with education settings
- Providing consultations to education colleagues and support education settings to embed a whole school approach to wellbeing
- Developing and delivering evidence-based individual and group time limited interventions to young people within education settings

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior health or social care professional with adult forensic experience to join the Quality and Commissioning Team, at the Greater Manchester Adult Secure Provider Collaborative.
Employed by GMMH, the team holds commissioning and quality responsibility on behalf of the GM ICB/NHS England for the 4 GM Adult Secure Provider organisations (GMMH, PCFT, Elysium Spinney & Cygnet Bury).
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced commissioning environment, providing clinically informed quality, contractual and budgetary responsibility to a complex, specialised system-wide programme.
Based at Harrop House, Prestwich Hospital, but offers a combination of office, home and remote working across the Provider Collaborative footprint as required. Wider travel across the Northwest and nationally is required. Working hours are primarily 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, though some flexibility and out of hours visits may be needed on occasion.

Main duties of the job
The Case Manager provides expert forensic pathway oversight and acts as a key contributor to the Provider Collaborative's quality assurance arrangements, working operationally under the Senior Case Manager and professionally alongside the Head of Quality.
The role supports the team in driving transformation as well as best value in planning, quality oversight and the commissioning of adult secure mental health and LD/A services.
The role is designed to build a combination of forensic expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery, and to promote pathway advice for secure/specialised services.

Main duties of the job
You will join a busy and supportive Inventory and Logistics Team responsible for ensuring essential supplies are delivered safely, efficiently and on time across the organisation. We are looking for an individual with supervisory or team leadership experience, ideally within logistics, stores, inventory management or a similar operational environment. You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and the confidence to make decisions in a busy service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to motivate and support colleagues to achieve high standards of performance and customer service. Experience of using IT systems and maintaining accurate records is essential, while experience within the NHS or healthcare logistics would be advantageous.

Fox ward are seeking an experienced, ambitious, driven nurse to join us in expanding our children's cancer services as we set out to create a new, world-leading Children's Cancer Centre.
Fox Ward is a 10 bedded ward in the Blood, Cells and Cancer directorate caring for blood disorders, immunodeficiencies and leukaemia's. We care for patients needing a Bone Marrow or Stem Cell transplant, Gene therapy or Thymus transplant. It is one of a select few paediatric treatment centres in the UK to offer CAR T-cell therapy among other specialist immunotherapy treatments.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Research Nurse to join Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to work in research. The post holder will join a team of research nurses who are currently supporting the delivery of commercial and non-commercial National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) portfolio research studies across a wide range of specialties. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Band 6 OT to join the Birmingham Community Healthcare Foundation Trust Therapy Hub. The Therapy Hub is a community based team comprising occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation technicians, rehabilitation assistants and administrative support. The post is 22.5 hours per week.
As part of the Therapy Hub, you will be responsible for maximising the independence and autonomy of people, ensuring that interventions are provided fairly and in a manner that is sensitive to individual needs. We are currently looking for someone, perhaps like yourself, who would be interested in a role where you would be trained and supported right from the start, helping to provide the best possible care and treatment for our patients.
This vacancy is for a Part Time, 20 hours per week position.
The post holder will work as part of a team to provide a blood sample collection service to the Slough CDC Centre (Upton Hospital) and occasionally Wexham Park Hospital.
The post holder will be trained to perform a range of venepuncture techniques in a variety of clinical settings and will work under direct supervision until successfully assessed to work without supervision.
Within 6 months, the post holder will be assessed on their Phlebotomy practical skills and Phlebotomy base knowledge.
Once the candidate completes all training and the Phlebotomy Competency, they will be promoted to Band 3.
The post holder will participate in a rota-based schedule to cover shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7.30 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.
The post holder will work 5 days a week within a 7-day period, including weekends (on a rota basis).
Main duties of the job
- The work, as a Phlebotomist, involves taking blood samples from patients who are currently being treated on our wards and outpatient department as well as those in other local hospitals where we provide services.
- As you will know, properly taken blood samples are vital in helping our clinicians to effectively diagnose and treat the medical conditions in the patients that they see.
- The post holder is responsible for complying with the Trust's corporate policies and procedures.
- These serve as a basis for regulating the conduct of activities in a consistent manner and are required to satisfy the proper discharge of statutory, professional and legal responsibilities and provide a disciplined framework within which actions take place.
- A Bank Holiday service is provided to the wards and covered by the team on a rotational basis.
